The 5 American actresses make one last appearance on BBU Live with Denise van Outen. Here are some of their comments:

Ashley Benson: "I was REALLY impressed with Leilani. Not only did she fight well, but she's got a ass-kiss I felt down to my toes. What a night!"

Lucy Hale: "I hadn't actually planned to spank Roxanne, but I admit I wanted to erase the memory of the fights I lost over here. I don't know about the fans, but I felt much better after I smoked Pallett's funs.

Troian Bellisario: "That Billie Piper showed real spirit. I mean, she really had me worried at times, but I managed to beat her. Then she came right over and kissed my ass. Wow, the BBU must have been saving their best ass-kissers because Billie really knows how to do it. She was great!"

Shay Mitchell: "Yes, I was disappointed to have my winning streak broken, but Alesha Dixon earned her win. Why did I visit her dressing room after the fight? I wanted to congratulate her in person and thank her for not humiliating me in public, though I admit I had that coming. What else happened? That's between Alesha and me. I will say that we parted on good terms and I hope to see her again.

Lyndsy Fonseca: "Yes, I am disappointed I didn't do better on this trip. I had been hoping to go home 3-1, but Una Healy has beaten me twice now and she did it in a professional manner. Are we friends now? Oh, I wouldn't call it that, but she told me that I earned her respect. She already had mine, so I call that a good finish."

So what's next?

Troian spoke for the group: "Well, Shay and I are hoping we've stirred up enough interest back in the States so we canb join Lucy, Ashley and Lyndsy in the FCBA."

"But," Shay said with a smirk, "we won't ever forget the BBU and the friends I--we--have made here."

Denise looks off stage to see Sacha Parkinson and Alesha Dixon standing there exchanging little hand signals with Shay.

"You have plans tonight, Ms. Mitchell?" Denise asks.

Shay blushes: "Just a little 'Girls Night Out'."

"We'll leave the light on," Troian snickered.

"Yeah, remember we have an early flight back home," Ashley said.

"Oh, come on," Lucy Hale said, "let her have some fun before we go."

Lyndsy Fonseca smiled: "Let me say that we've all had a wonderful time and, I, at least, enjoyed the boxing. Maybe after a while, the BBU girls will start to miss us and we can come by again."

All the girls chime in to agree with that and Denise signs off:

"This is Denise van Outen for BBU Live."

Denise van Outen's assistant Davina Daltrey got word that Una Healy had been seen entering the BBU Live studio. She immediately got a camera crew and arrived to find Una confronting Troian Bellisario as she and the other PLL's were exiting the BBU Live set,

"I want you in the ring, Bellisario!" Una was saying jabbing at Troi's chest with her finger.

Troian glared at the redhead: "You don't have to be rude about it."

"Come on, Una," Lyndsy Fonseca said, "we're booked to go home tomorrow morning."

"Fine, there is still time to fight tonight," Una said. "I know the gym where we can do it."

Troi's eyes narrow: "It bugs you that I'm undefeated, doesn't it?"

"Right you are," Una snapped. "You aren't that good fighter. I aim to make sure the BBU knows that by kicking your ass."

"Just you go and try it, Red, we'll see whose ass gets kicked," Troi fired back.

"Here's the address," Una said handing over a card. "It's a good gym. You won't be able to blame the facilities when I beat you."

"And you won't be able to blame anyone but yourself when I've made your butt as red as your hair afterwards!" Troi declared.

Una smiled nastily: "It's your butt that's going to be red. You better mmake sure you have a pad to sit on for that lomg flight home."

Una stalked off. Lynbdsy Fonseca can be heard telling Troi: "Are you crazy? You're fighting her with no prep! She's a lightweight champion! Troi, this is your ego talking, stop listening to it!"

"No!" Troian said stubbornly. "She called me out. I won't duck her. Just because you couldn't beat her doesn't mean I can't."

"All right, all right," Lyndsy said, "but at least let me tell you what I've learned about fighting her. It might help."

Troi looked grateful: "Thanks, I'll be needing all help I can get.!"

I just rang Una Healy, and asked her whay she'd challenged Troian. She said:

Boy am I looking forward to this!

This Bellissario slut needs to learn some manners, and she's gonna find out all about that real soon.

I asked her if she was sure she'd recovered from her fight with Shay Mitchell, to which she responded:

Course I have! Bit of a cut lip, but other than that, I'm fine and dandy - Im too good for her anyway.

It's Fonseca who hasn't recovered - stupid bint! I'm the bantamweight champion, not, repeat not, lightweight

Irish TV presenter Christine Bleakley catches up with Una Healy as she prepares for her fight with Troian Bellisario, asking,

"C'mon Una! You can't be ready for this fight, can you?"

She responds sharpky,

"Course I feckin can! Kid doesn't worry me!"

Christine goes on,

"It's only a couple of days since you had that hard fight with Fonseca! Don' tell me your aren't aching a bit?"

Une nods,

"Yeah, well she knocked my ribs about a bit, so I don't really need a long fight - I need to knock the slut out quick!"

Christine probes,

"Or?"

Slowly, Una replies,

"Or, if she starts hitting me around the ribs I'm gonna get beat up!"

"Hey good news, Troi," Lyndsay Fonseca said coming into the gymn where she was training with Troian Bellisario, "I just heard from the promoters. If we delay our flight home a couple of days they can guarantee you a bigger purse."

Troian had been working the heavy bad, stopped and wiped her brow with a towel she had around her neck.

"Good, because I need training time," she said.

"Unfortunately, that means more time for Una's ribs to heal," Lyndsy said. "I was counting on your working them."

"I can still work them, it will just take longer for her to feel it," Troi said. "All I have to do is hang on and avoid getting knocked out before the body attack works."

"That's what I'm here for," Lyndsy said, putting on her sparring career. "Now come on and we'll get in the ring and start working on some things..."

Being a fellow Irish girl, Una has been happy for me to watch her train.

She heaved a sigh of relief when she found out the fight was being postponed - her ribs are really quite sore.

Only thing is, she had a visitor at her training camp.

Nina Dobrev!

Nina was offering some 'help' and volunteered to spar for a couple of rounds.

The girls donned the headgear, and danced around for a while, then Nina just hit the living crap out of Una's body, trapped her ina corner and beat hell out of her. Una was grovelling about on her knees, hugging her ribs and sobbing, with Nina being escorted swiftly from the building.

I heard her on her cellphone in her car, though. Not sure who she was phoning, but she clearly said, "Yeah - just as we thought! Her body's shot! Concentrate on that, and it won't last long! Byee!"

"Darn it," Lyndsy said, "I keep getting Una mad at me. I don't know what it is, but everytime I mean to call her the BBU Bantam champ it comes out BBU lightweight champ."

"Lyndsy, somewhere deep inside your brain is a burning desire to be a lightweight and it comes out whenever Una Healy's name comes up," Shay said solemnly.

"She's plenty big enough at bantam for me," Troian said grimly. "I sure don't need her lightweight size."

"Come on," Lyndsy said, "if we work at it in the time we have, you can stay up with her--"

"--And then hope for a miracle!" Ashley Benson added mischevously.

"Ashley!" Lucy Hale chided. "That's not funny."

"I am, too, going to beat her!" Troi insisted.

"Then let's get to the gym, I've already thought of things you can try to use against her," Lyndsy said briskly.

"Yes," Ashley said, "practice calling her the lightweight champ--that will get her all distracted and upset."

Troi shot Ashley a dirty look and left the hotel suite with Lyndsy as the others followed...
