First up is a flyweight clash, which sees the return of Adele Silva, absent from the ring since her savage beating from Christina Ricci, as she takes on the chunky Pooja Shah.

Adele's shapely body looks good in her blue bra and panties, with Pooja wearing a black bikini for the fight.

Round 1

Pooja starts the fight looking to make her height and reach tell, but Adele gets inside her reach, hurting her and she rips shots into Pooja's body, even getting swift little uppercuts landing to her tits, making her yelp. This is a tough opening round for Pooja, who learns how hard Adele can punch when the blonde rips a good shot into her belly before the bell.

Round 2

Adele attacks Pooja immediately but the girl resists well, thudding hooks into Adele's body, then catching her face with a sharp left, which staggers her, but when she comes in to follow up she gets another battering to body. Pooja uses her strength to turn Adele on the ropes, and clips her face with a couple of good shots before the end of the round.

Pooja scores an equalising round.

Round 3

A confident Pooja comes out strong in the third, but she takes a savage battering to her ribs and belly, the blonde backing her up, making her gasp. After the girls are broken from a clinch, Adele works Pooja back to the ropes and rips into her body, Pooja dropping to her knees from a bellyshot. She gets up again at 6, but she's shaky and weeping, and the girl takes more punishment from a determined Adele, who almost puts down again, hurting Shah with hooks from both hands.

Big round for Adele.

Round 4

Adele fires into Pooja from the bell, weakening her completely with heavy bodyshots, she then nails her with a left hook, and Pooja is down, rolls over from back to front, then she tries to get up, but fails, the referee counting her out.

Adele Silva knocked Pooja Shah out in round 4.

A jubilant Adele is pleased to be back in the ring, and tells Denise van Outen, "I'm fitter and stronger than ever before! I want Dannielle Brent's title, then I want my revenge against Ricci - I know I can beat her, and I will!"
