BEFORE: "It breaks my heart to know that Krissy's career might be over after she loses this fight to me," Mila says without a trace of visible heartache on her beautiful face. "But then again, she is HISC, and all those girls are starting to reap what they've sewn over so many years of tyranny. Krissy's put a lot of tummy on a lot of faces: I'm pretty sure nobody's going to be weeping when I do the same to her." Kristen resolute, defiant...she knows her back's to the wall in this one. "When the pressure's on, I perform," Kristin says, her eyes daring any in the press to nay-say her. "Remember Allison Hannigan? When it was her or me, I pushed her out. Whenever HISC has been on the ropes and the 'big three' were sputtering - I stepped up and held the line. Don't you dare hold a wake for me. I'm turning Mila back, and I'm turning her back hard. I'm nobody's whipping-girl!" Krissy in purple bikini top/black sport-bikini bottoms; small punching mittens; chopped tousle. Mila in white bikini with ring connections over very dark tan; small black punching mittens; hair slicked back into high genie-ponytail. INTERESTING SIDEBAR: Allison Hannigan actually in the Kunis camp to act as HISC-busting consultant, while Krissy K's actually had some correspondence from hated rival Kristen Bell on the subject of Mila! Crazy.

During R1: Girls outside...strong, planted stances...forward leans...they're alternating hard straight rights and stiff left jabs, trying to touch each other crisp. Krissy more apt to loop a hook in the mix; Kunis pretty much straight-tapping away, hoping to kiss mitts off Krissy's face. Not a lot of clean contact as girls move their heads like serpents, but Kreuk landing enough to eke out points.

R2: Disaster for Kreuk. First minute, Mila really dials in, scoring with straight, flush punches off Krissy's face, stunning Kreuk, breaking up her stance, sending her stumbling about all blinking and destitute. Second minute, hard-eyed Kunis walks Krissy down, POUNDING her the one-two up top to wobble Kreuk's butt, then hooking the body huge off the lead (left) plant leg. Kreuk moaning, backing away after each punishing sequence and KREUK TAKES A KNEE! Krissy busting up, woozy...veteran gives up the 10-8 to get herself together, but it doesn't buy her much. Upon resumption, Mila's pursuit relentless, heartless - left hands stitching jabs to Kristin's face, poking and steering her about; right hands flashing through to chin, turning Krissy's head. Kreuk losing control of her legs - stepping tragically around all hinky: spanking jab humbles her left breast, followed by pounding hook hard across the cleavage. Kreuk sputtering to ropes - right hand palm-out at left cheek; left across her gut: she's a helpless target as Merciless Mila steps-to! OH THE HUMANITY! Kunis in there shredding - hooks cutting across tummy; right hands drilling into jaw; crispy right uppercuts clipping mouth; whip-across hooks slamming right eye and DOWN GOES KRISTEN! Kreuk collapsing like a beautiful tinker-toy - left leg out straight to side as she hits hard on right knee, her cheek skidding into canvas. She sprawls tummy-down and it's over: KO2 Mila Kunis in blistering fashion.

After: Nightmare for Kreuk only gets worse: brought 'round on her stool, Krissy sobs out, raising her hands to push at Mila's tummy as Kunis barges into the HISC corner. Krissy heaved up off her stool, jammed into her corner: Kunis mounts those ropes, puts that tanned, trembling tummy in Kristin's face and grins wide into an adoring crowd. Mila's left hand fists into Krissy's tousle as right hand points into audience and does a slow pan from right to left: poor Kreuk's face turned to her right, eyes shut tight, lips curled off teeth as she's subjugated. Camera catches Allison Hannigan standing, clapping, beaming...sweet justice a long time coming for the once-feared starlet.

No word from HISC in the immediate aftermath, but Kristin's collapse not the performance she - or they - were looking for! Alyson Hannigan tweeting: "Poor Krissy...I WANT NEXT!"
