As Jojo is escorted to her dressing room, ESPN10 reporter Becky Bond provides a recap of the Jen England / Katie Holmes rivalry. "After a few months, one might have expected the intense hatred between these two women to lose some steam, but upon their arrival tonight, things seem to have progressed even further. Upon entering the arena Katie stated that despite her recent loss via knockout to Jill Wagner, she believes she prove that loss to be a fluke by stopping England. Holmes stated that she loathes Jen, and looks forward to sending her back to the back page of third class swim magazines. Jen, on the other hand, enters this fight with two straight losses, albeit one of which was controversial. She was stopped for only the second time against Penelope Cruz, a fight in which many believed was ended far prematurely, as England showed no true signs of distress. Her loss to Swanepoel also leaves questions, as Jen was sloppy at several times throughout that bout. England needs to come up big here tonight, otherwise she might be relegated to sparring duty. While confronted with Katie's brash claims, Jen stated that "Holmes needs to put her money where her mouth is and bring it tonight. Katie is a paper tiger, all talk outside, but folds quickly inside the ropes... I plan to punish her tonight."

R1: Jen roaring out of the corner, hot and heavy sending a spooked Holmes on the run from England's primal fury. Jen sheperding Katie into the neutral corner, taking away her running room. Holmes distressed, covering up high, and desperately looking for a way out. Jen tearing into her body mercilessly, sending sharp "piks" throughout the arena as Katie sobs into her raised mitts, bracing herself for each hit. Katie dropping her left in desperation, plowing a low hook to Jen’s trunks bringing an enraged England in to clinch. Holmes smiling for the first time tonight as she tries to slow down her nemesis with low shots to the body. JEN FIRES BACK! England catches a Holmes hook ticketed for her kidneys under her left arm, and pulls her in for a sharp shot to the navel. Katie gurgling backward, once again covering up earmuffs in the turnbuckles. ON COMES ENGLAND! Jen smells blood, pelting Holmes to the body, forcing her to drop her right, then landing a sickening uppercut in the gap. HOLMES IS SHOOK! Katie bounces off the ropes, legs trembling, hands sagging at her hips. ON COMES ENGLAND ! Jen rushes forward, landing a sharp hook to Katie's cheek, sending spit and sweat everywhere as Katie crashes to the canvas! KO1 England!

Jen overjoyed as her gloves are removed, rushing forward to bear hug interim head trainer Stacy Keibler. "I knew if I cornered Katie she would try something stupid, this time I was prepared... one more fight to go baby! Then Katie will be as washed up as her husband!" Holmes refusing to comment after she is revived by her corner, scowling as she hastily exits. It is safe to assume she will be training heavily for the next encounter.
