BEFORE:

"Serinda Swan?" Alesha says with a smile. "Another Yank out of Philly who thinks she can beat Alesha Dixon? Just like Scherzinger and Park? Remember how things worked out for those two? And both of them are better than Swan! The smart money is on ME."

"Alesha Dixon is overrated," says a hard-eyed Serinda. "She's overrated as a singer. She's overrated as a fighter. And as far as her looks? Maybe, MAYbe she's hot for the UK, but in the U.S.? She'd be the ugliest girl in the room at most of the New York and LA clubs...unless Decker was there. She's made what little rep she has off two hometown wins against Front Street. But, this time, we're not IN the UK. And she's fighting The Hottest Player In The Game. That's a very unfortunate confluence of events for Ms. Dixon."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Ringside at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City I'm Jenny O'Dell along with Pam Anderson for BBU on HBO, and Pam, gotta love being part of this new series, the first time the BBU has been on live TV in the United States!"

Pam: "It's a thrill, Jenny, and we've got a great crowd here tonight to see Alesha Dixon carry the BBU colors into the ring against Front Street beauty Serinda Swan. Swan's the bigger girl, Jenny, but Dixon just might be the better boxer."

O'Dell: "And look at this! That's 'Foxy Lady' by Jimi Hendrix...and Swan's coming out first here!"

Pam: "I was wondering about that. This is a BBU event, so Dixon going to get the champ's prerogative and come out last..."

O'Dell: "And the crowd reacting now as 'Drummer Boy' blasts over the speakers. Dixon getting some cheers from the pro-BBU group in the crowd and a smattering of boos from the Swan fans."

Pam: "The Swan fans are outnumbered here. No surprise. Serinda isn't exactly the warm fuzzy type."

O'Dell: "And we're ready to go. There's the bell for the first and Swan aggressively at Dixon, but Alesha's not getting into a slugfest here. Bouncing away, using those legs, wants to box."

Pam: "Serinda's not going to chase. Settling down here and circling with, looking to locate and land. Dixon elusive here. Lands a jab and slips a return, bounces away, waits for Swan to follow, then sticks and moves again. Good stuff from Dixon here. Serinda not getting off much."

O'Dell: "Dixon showing some nice defensive ability here. Good head movement, moving the hands, using the legs, really creating a difficult target, and Swan's not finding it. There's the bell ending the first, and that's a good round for Alesha Dixon."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Getting underway in the second now, and Swan a bit more careful here. Stalking, looking to get into position, but Dixon slicker, dodging punches, turning, landing, blocking."

Pam: "This kind of thing can get frustrating, and Serinda's got to watch that. She's got to stay with the game plan, not try to force anything."

O'Dell: "To her credit, she's doing that, but Dixon is in firm control out there. Landing jabs, doubling up on them, not looking to do too much. She's landing for points and shutting Swan out."

Pam: "Serinda a little short or late on everything. Dixon's got her off balance here, out of rhythm. There's the bell, and that's another good round for Dixon."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "We're settling right back into the same rhythm as we start the third. Swan stalking Dixon, and Alesha more than happy to lead Serinda around the ring. Dixon landing a jab, slipping a right hand counter, coming back with a left hook. Didn't hurt Swan but scored. And Dixon slips away to her right. Stops, waits for Swan, gets off first with a nice combination, then slips away again."

Pam: "Serinda getting less and less busy here. Not getting off at all now. Dixon really getting her out of rhythm. She can't find the Brit, can't seem to pull the trigger."

O'Dell: "Dixon doubles up on the jab again, legs away, sets back up, waits for Swan. Lands a left right, bounces out of there as the third comes to an end. Another whitewash for Alesha and the two brunettes exchanging stares right there. Referee quickly between them and sends them back to their corners."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "The fourth round underway now, and Alesha Dixon putting on a bit of a clinic. Swan still stalking, but she's not finding the British beauty. Dixon elusive, snapping out the left jab and circling left, on her bicycle, staying in the center of the ring, frustrating Swan's efforts to cut off the ring."

Pam: "And 'frustrating' is the word. Serinda clearly feeling some of that now. She just can't get anything going. Can't get into a good place to land. Dixon's not hurting her, but she's scoring with those jabs."

O'Dell: "Not really looking to follow up on them, either. Content to take the points and get out of dodge. Swan dogged in pursuit, but all she gets is a face full of leather as Dixon bounces away again. That's the bell and that's another shutout. Alesha Dixon in firm control."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "The fifth of a scheduled ten underway now and Alesha Dixon back on her bicycle. Snapping out stiff jabs, circling Serinda Swan. Swan still in stalking mode, still looking to close and land something meaningful, but Dixon isn't having any. Showing slick defensive stuff here. Lands a good left jab, blocks a counter from Swan, answers with a right to the body and then skips away. Sets up shop again a few feet away. Sticks Swan with two left jabs to the face, ducks a right hook and slips away to her left."

Pam: "This is about the time you start wondering why you took this fight. I mean, it's one thing to get stopped. Happens to the best of us. But what's going on out there right now is just absolute domination."

O'Dell: "Dixon stops Swan with a straight left on the way in. Lands to the body with a right hook. Slips an overhand right and she's back on her bike. This is getting worse by the round, Pam."

Pam: "I can't wait to see the punch stats at the end of this one. I mean, Swan hasn't landed a THING. I mean NOTHING."

O'Dell: "And there's the bell ending the fifth, and the Dixon shutout continues."

Pam: "Take a look at the replay here, Jenny. Watch how slick Dixon is. Here's the target for Swan. Alesha sets up right here. Lands a jab to slow Swan down. And, when Serinda sets to throw, Dixon's gone. No target. Good stuff."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Back to live action now, and back to the same pattern. Swan stalking, Dixon on her bicycle, snapping jabs. Swan, though fighting out of a bit of a crouch now. Got the gloves up, deflecting the jabs, ducking them, and now hooking to the body. Dixon getting out of there quickly, doesn't want any of THAT against the bigger woman."

Pam: "No sense trading for Dixon. Got a big lead here."

O'Dell: "Alesha continuing to circle, snapping out that jab, but now it's the Brit who isn't landing. Swan working past those jabs in that three-quarter crouch, bangs a pair of hooks to the body, forces Dixon away again. And for the first time the Brit doing a little retreating here as Swan finally getting some traction."

Pam: "Dixon took another body shot in that exchange. She's not hurt but those blows are getting her attention."

O'Dell: "I suspect they're getting the attention of the judges, too. That's the end of the sixth and Swan's on the board."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "The seventh underway and Swan in a little deeper crouch here in the early going. Dixon trying to stick and move here, but she's only getting the 'move' part down. Serinda's able to slip the jabs, work her way in, and work that body just like in the last round."

Pam: "Dixon being very careful here, which is a good idea with the big lead she built up. She's not going to stay in and bang with Swan."

O'Dell: "Dixon, though, getting a little of what Swan got in the earlier going. She's getting off, but not able to land much. Serinda bobbing and weaving in that crouch, getting past Alesha's gloves, then working to the body before the Brit can get out of range. Swan stalking carefully, hooking to the ribs again here. Slowly forcing Dixon backward. Alesha smart. Won't go straight back, circles instead, still snapping out those jabs, but finding mostly air as the bell sounds, and Swan's got her second in a row."

Pam: "Check the replay here, Jenny, and you can see what Swan's got going here. She's using that crouch with the gloves up high very effectively. She's able to duck and block those jabs Dixon has been scoring with, close the distance, and then land from different angles. Good round for Serinda."

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "We're back to live action, and Swan showing that three-quarters crouch again. Dixon back on her bicycle, circling as Swan stalks. Serinda ducks a jab, bangs a hook to the ribs and..."

Pam: "Dixon's hurt! Right hook Swan! Caught Dixon flush and Alesha's legs did a shimmy!"

O'Dell: "Serinda now on the attack, banging to the body, forcing Dixon back into the ropes! Alesha trying to clinch, but Swan punching free, working that midsection and those lats until the referee issues the break."

Pam: "Serinda needs to head hunt here. She has Dixon hurt, needs to finish!"

O'Dell: "Swan right back to work out of that three-quarter crouch, banging hooks to the body, driving Dixon back, bringing Alesha's guard down. Dixon trying to jab and keep Serinda off, but Swan walking through, banging a right hook to the kidney. Dixon grimacing as the clinches and the round comes to an end. Swan gets the round, but she didn't get what she needed."

Pam: "Check out the right hook that did the damage. See Serinda in the crouch. She bangs home the left hook to the kidney. Dixon tries a left jab and Swan straightens up and comes OVER her left with that right hook. Best punch of the fight so far for either woman."

ROUND NINE:

O'Dell: "Back to live action in the ninth and Dixon now forced into retreat. Swan coming on in that full crouch, getting in close, working the body, taking away Alesha's legs. Dixon lands a jab to the top of the head, circles right...gasp of pain there! Swan burying a right hook to the kidney! Stopped Dixon cold! Alesha covering up and Serinda is all in to the body again. Swan lathering those lats, pounding at the kidneys. Dixon grimacing, trying to clinch, but Swan wrestling free, plowing a left into the midsection, banging a right into the ribs."

Pam: "Swan needs to take her OUT of there! Doesn't she know she's behind in this fight? She's got the girl hurt! She needs to finish!"

O'Dell: "Serinda forces Dixon back into a corner, still working that body with hooks, got her chin right on Alesha's shoulder as Dixon tries to tie up the arms to little effect. Bell sounds. Swan still banging away. Referee in to shove her back...send her to her corner. Dixon wobbly on the way back. Swan thrusts a fist in the air. Celebrating a little early I think."

Pam: "Me, too, Jenny, because she's still behind."

ROUND TEN:

O'Dell: "Bell sounds for the tenth and Swan basically TACKLES Dixon into the ropes, bangs a left to the kidney, pounds a right behind the left elbow.OH! Big left hook to the head and Dixon's hurt! And Swan stacking her up against the ropes and going rack!"

Pam: "Referee looking closely here! Dixon's about out on her feet!"

O'Dell: "Swan hammering away at Alesha's jugs! Dixon wrapping behind the American's head, trying to tie her up, hanging on as Serinda plows body shots home. There's a three punch combination to the rack and Dixon's knees wobbled! Swan buries a hook to the belly and steps back to watch Alesha sink to her knees!"

Pam: "Swan celebrating again. Both fists in the air, referee counting, but Dixon's up at eight. And here comes Swan."

O'Dell: "Right back to that body attack! She doesn't want to finish her, Pam! The referee ought to stop this!"

Pam: "Dixon doing just enough to keep him at bay, but she's really just pawing now, and Serinda's burying heavy shot into Alesha's chest and midsection. Dixon looks ready to go at any second!"

O'Dell: "Swan going all rack now. Dixon shuddering with the punches...and it's over! The bell sounds ending the tenth and Swan still leaning on Dixon...smouldering eye contact until the referee forces her away!"

Pam: "That was just cold, right there, Jenny. All of it. She could have put this girl away in the eighth...and instead she spent eight minutes just punishing her."

AFTER:

Pam: "Decision announced here, and Swan gets the UD10 by the slimmest of margins, 95-94, that final round knockdown the difference. Up to the ring now where Jenny O'Dell has Serinda Swan."

O'Dell: "Serinda, you looked like you were out of this thing, but you came back to pull it out..."

Serinda: "I told this bytch I was going to Chalke her, and that's what I did. I could have stopped her any time I wanted in the last three. I simply chose NOT to."
