The first matchup between feuding BBU camps sets American singer Fergie against English actress Freema in what is likely to be a fast and furious bout. Neither girl can be described as a finesse boxer, and both are stocky-curvy types who come forward, throw hands, work the body, and look to beat down foes. Freema might just be the better boxer, but she needs to steer clear of Fergie’s hard punches.

Fergie looks good in a silver leotard tonight, with Freema opting for a pale blue and white one-piece outfit.

Round 1

The fight starts quickly with the powerful Fergie steadily backing Freema up, pushing her towards the ropes, but the singer’s relentless pursuit of the Brit is her undoing as the accurate counter punching of the actress drops Fergie in second minute. The American is badly hurt by that right hook, and although she is up at 8, she looks dazed, slower and weakened. Despite her clear discomfort, the blonde resists well when the actress walks her to the ropes, denying Freema the space to take her chance and finish the job early.

That’s a big opening round win for Freema

Round 2

Fergie doesn’t look good as they resume, the left side of her face swelling, and Freema comes at her hard and fast right from the bell, backing her to ropes and pummeling her with almost horrid accuracy to the body. Fergie is getting hit hard and often, but av second minute rally sees her repeatedly stun Agyeman, ripping big looping hooks in at the Brit’s face from all angles, while the actress still ploughs forwards. These two are bashing each other senseless, neither looking to defend in any way. Agyeman finds a surge late in the round, beating Fergie back into the ropes and battering her to the body again, making her yelp out. At the bell, the referee pulls Agyeman off as Fergie slumps across the ropes.

A close round, but Freema had the better of it.

Round 3

Once again, Agyeman storms into Fergie, beating her hard to the body, the blonde looking pretty much shot, now, and with a solid left, right combination to an unprotected face, Freema finishes what's left of Fergie, smashing the singer to the canvas and out.

In the BBU studio, Denise van Outen nods to a smiling Liz Hurley who pouts, “Ah, that was bad luck for Fergie – that could have been close contest on paper, but when Freema dropped her so early, then really hurt her, she just couldn't get back in the fight. My Freema was explosive in there tonight, and I’d have no worries in matching her up with the likes of Allison Mack, Emily Rose - maybe even Hilary Duff – if any of those girls are brave enough, I’d like to hear from them!” Victoria Beckham looks away, muttering, “Lucky punch!”
