BEFORE: "I think I'm the true heir to Dani Fishel," Duff waxes philosophic in pre-fight. "Girls like Mack and Britney did their parts, but I feel I'm the one who really put a period to Fishel's career, and moved boxing forward. To me, Elisha's damaged goods. She's so spacey, and her weight in between fights is crazy - she waddles around at WELTERWEIGHT sometimes, if we don't keep her busy enough. I'm definitely the better-grounded, more mature girl, and I'm really going to put my stamp on Elisha. She and Minka need to know that I'm boss - of them, and of the division as a whole - so that's what I'm going to be stressing in this fight!" Cuthbert enraged at the weight low-blow, but 6 weeks out from the fight she IS looking a little porky. "I've never missed weight in my life," Cuthbert contends. "In between boxing matches, I'm a DOMINANT La Conquista player, and it's good to have some extra meat for that game - but it's all good quality, effective, fight-winning beef - not the kind of chunk you put on like DUFF does, sitting around in between fights, stuffing her face with chocolate! When asked to "touch 'em up" by the ref, Elisha hooks Duff's unsuspecting tits, causing a delay in the fight as order is restored.

R1: Duff munching on a hard right hand coming in - Elisha able to push forward - slugging both hands to body as she's stepping. All Hilary Duff as she crowds close - brawny shoulders working hard as she writhes her arms against Elisha's clinches, trying to muscle through. Cuthbert pressed to ropes, getting scuffed up in the clinch, grunting from stuffing right hands thumping into her breadbasket...this is good suffocating stuff from Duff. HIlary pushin' and a-punchin' - actually ragdolling and walloping Elisha late: Cuthbert blinking away early tears at bell. A happy Minka Kelly tweets her followers: "Elisha's already choking!" during the break.

R2: Girls push together midring - left shoulders bullying opposing tits as fighters struggle for close-range slugging solutions. Right hands tuck to quivering tummies, or jam across to offending jug. Left shoulders bump opposing chests back just enough for muscular hooks to get rolled in. Faces scrub across one another as girls struggle for inside position...sweaty work in the trenches. Bit by bit, it's Duff - gradually working Cuthbert ropes, pushing her down, swinging hard at her gut (both hands). Whacking body blows put a crimped look of hurt on Elisha's face: blonde girl covers up butt-in-ropes, sponging a beatdown as Duff goes up 2-rip. Minka Tweet: "Elisha's crying and quitting! She's a mess!"

R3: Girls push-in midring - stocky legs digging in, healthy backsides ringing with the effort of holding canvas. Gorgeous, stuffing hooks deployed to either belly - the girls in there close, just jamming 'em in. Elisha starts to pay close attention to Duff's rack - swiping right hands tight across jug as girls are pressing together; twisting to jam the left forearm against them. Hilary grumpy from the mugging, giving ground...Elisha able to punch-and-step her girl back bit by bit. Ropes - Elisha on top: Cuthbert's turn to load up and give her girl serious business to the body. Cuthbert popping hips side to side, arching her back as she belts either hand in under Duff's defences: pinched look of hurt on Hilary's face as she's slugged to a seat on ropes, taking it tuff from Elisha to bell! Cuthbert pushes up off Hilary afterwards, causiing tempers to flare: no Tweet from Minka as she's looking rather non-plussed.

R4: Elisha swinging wild n' wide from her pockets: disciplined Duff bobbing under the heat, coming back up into Cuthbert's body via short, stout rights and lefts...it's a winning approach for Hilary. Duff's bob-and-bang routine soon has Elisha gasping for breath...Cuthbert slugged ropeside and looking shabby after some tuff, tuff body blows thump home. Hilary on cruise control - colour high, eyes bright and alert - she's atop Cuthbert, bodying up as necessary to stack and contain; keeping hips well back so there room to shovel leather into the Cuthbert breadbasket. Masterful shove-and-slug suffocates, smothers Elisha all along the ropes: she's SO distraught - basically getting worked over here JLH or Lacey Chabert style. Round finishes up with Duff bouncing a series of muscular lefts and rights off Elisha's waist, crippling her...happy champion blurts: "THAT'S poundin' the pudding, Leesh!"

R5: Girls scrum midring, shouldering and pushing...Cuthbert jerks the right uppercut in, just shrugging that shoulder to pick Duff's chin up in close...Hilary munching on 1,2,3 tidy uppercuts...DUFF GOES WOBBLY-BUTT! Woozy dismay in champ's eyes as stocky legs give a shimmy: Elisha wraps left arm across Duff's broad shoulders, slumping her forward for PUMPING right hands tits-and-tummy! Gurgling champ backed into ropes by body-blows...Elisha pouring 'em in out of the wrap, then squaring away to push Duff upright. ELISHA'S BELTING HILARY! Duff: staring, glassy eyed, trying to parrying punches as she sags against ropes. Elisha: weight forward, hands churning - she's just plowing in lefts and rights, clobbering away on Duff's jugs and face. Bashing blows pound at poor Hilary...she takes and takes before a right hand crashes off her face - knocking her head back, loosening her legs! Hilary's hands drop to her waist, eyes vacant...she's a helpless vixen, curvy legs holding her up as Elisha's left hand pushes Duff into ropes ragdoll. CUTHBERT POUNDS AWAY! Elisha on Hilary - hammering her back to the stone age - curvy blonde body all a-jiggle with finishing lust - she's just leaning in those short, drifting right hands to Duff's face - Hilary's head lolling back, slopping forward as she's out on her feet and THE REF STEPS IN! TKO5 in barbaric fashion - for the winner and NEW bantam weight champ - Elisha freaking Cuthbert!!!

After: Duff spellbound - carefully led to her stool and brought 'round by smelling salts...what a sensational barrage to hammer Hilary out! Elisha leaping and screeching - climbing corner ropes - thumping her chest...it's all too much for Minka Kelly, who promptly leaves the arena in disgust. "First Minka, now Hilary!" Elisha bleats proudly in postfight. "I'm boss now...and now that I've sorted those two out, I can't WAIT to make the bantamweight division GROAN under my rule! I'm gonna sit down with my guys and hash out some names right away, but I can promise you this - Jennifer Love Hewitt's gonna be on the "subjugate" list, Britney, Ashley Greene, Allison Mack...all those girls who think they're so tuff - I'm gonna show 'em what tuff's all about!"
