BEFORE: "I've said all along that Adrianne had the most upside of all the starlets coming up," Theron says at podium. "She's got size, stays in condition even with the McCarthy influence in camp, hits a ton, doesn't take crap in the ring...this girl's got it all. And what I like best is she realizes she can't call herself FCBA Lightweight Champ until she's swapped mitts with yours truly. Tells me this kid is for real, that she's competitive and dangerous. Harder punches as round progresses: Adrianne stepping in to carry right hand to pit of Theron's stomach; taking a short right hand to chin in close; both girls trading clubbing hooks, then shoveling rights amidships before disengaging. Spirited exchanges like that - Theron deliberately testing young champ: Adrianne holding her ground, slugging-with. Down the stretch, CT backs into ropes, hunching forward as Palicki moves in...Adrianne bends into a CRASHING over hand right - curling it in and down after landing on jaw...CT stunned, stooping forward in earmuff. Adrianne squares away, HEAVING in right/left/right/left/right/left to breadbasket via pumping arm action - her left cheek nuzzling against CT's neck throughout the pounding. Adrianne bracing CT upright with left forearm in tits, feeding Theron the right hand to belly thump-thump-thump: AP shifting weight to brace a sagging Theron upright with both hands, then getting back downstairs left/right/left/right. CT ashen faced - eyes closed in cranky little frown, lips curling off teeth...bell sounds - Adrianne practically frothing at the mouth to bury extra insurance to paunch...ref pulls her off from behind as Theron hugs herself, sags in ropes gutshot!

R2: Theron still a little sea-sick - achy off her stool, roaming ragged to her right. Adrianne walking Charlize down - jabbing open-handed at her chest...jabbing at her chest, then RIGHT HAND, PALICKI! Shattering blast to chin sends CT reeling into ropes - head whiplashing on limp neck, elbows in/hands up as Palicki's wading in. RIGHT/LEFT/RIGHT/LEFT/RIGHT/LEFT...Palicki squaring away, going at gut with thick, free-swinging arm-action, then pushing Theron upright, jostling her, crowding her with the left forearm bracing tits so extra right hands can shove into gut once, twice, three times, four! Palicki like a blacksmith on a horseshoe - stacking CT up, pounding her body - reaching in to wrestle apart the guard, then heaving home fresh leather. Palicki's left cheek often nestled in against Theron's left shoulder while Adrianne's fists swing away downstairs. Theron aghast - mouth open, body limp in ropes - it's all too much: rip-roaring, non-stop shove and slug to body finally beating Theron to knees and forearms, forehead resting against canvas as Golden One shudders in pain. Charlize bravely pulling herself up ropes, pulling herself together...she's a ragged beauty as Palicki marches back in for more at bell.

R3: Charlize mouthbreathing, but rallying...she's 2-jabbing Adrianne's breasts - rolling the Palicki right hand, then drawing Adrianne into ropey clinches. Ref pushing bodies apart - CT loping to her right, hands at her waist...she's tossing out the up-jab off her hip - bouncing on lead (left) leg...forcing Palicki to box her way in. Adrianne walking Charlize down, but getting potshotted on the way in, then clinched...Theron landing supple-swinging hooks and sneaky right hands before tying up. Canny veteran wiles stabilize the Theron front...she gets her legs back under her in the third.

R4: CT 2-jabbing Palicki's jugs; drifting her the right cross; coming back underneath the carving left hook to paunch. Adrianne frowning, feeling the heat, but riding it out in crossed-arm, then answering back a slamming right/left to the Theron breadbasket. Charlize grunting - hating the touch of Palicki in the body, but not shying away: she's back at Adrianne right/left - lashing almost straight arm to Adrianne's ribs/waist as both women lean forward. Adrianne bends in, curling the right hand in and down off CT's jaw: Theron soaks it up, feeds Adrianne an identical looping right close-in, then hooks the Pallicki gut for good measure. SLUGFEST! Girls bandy-armed and loose - leaning forward with heads almost touching...they're just slopping on the wallop, tagging each other stroking lefts and rights, body and head. One hand paws for range - the other brings the pain in boozy, slinging two-way action. Bell: girls still clouting each other stupid...ref jumps in as Adrianne's legs give a tell-tale shimmy! CT sees the wobble, smiles, gives Adrianne a knowing wink

R5: Charlize loose-limbed, being rangy - basically flat footed, but lithe here - little dips in and out as she touches jabs against Pallicki's guard, or threads 'em through to Adrianne's mouth. AP loading up a little here - forgetting her own jab: she's leaning in, trying to check CT the lead right cross...Theron reading it well - leaning back from it, or sideslipping to let it miss out over her right shoulder. Theron working a nice little spank-spank double-jab, then rifling in the straight right chaser...pounding punches against Palicki's head put champ wobbly butt, forcing her into earmuff fronts: CT able to sweep a sidearm right roundhouse across the Palicki paunch as a result. Easy-breezy CT treating herself to Palicki here - Theron circling leggy and relaxed - stitching straight combinations up the middle and cashing in the body in spots. Bell: Theron brightens after having been frowning with concentration for 3 minutes...she's touching Adrianne up and loving it.

R6: OH THE HUMANITY! Theron LIGHTS ADRIANNE UP the curling overhand right - kissing AP to jaw and putting her wobbly butt. Adrianne on auto-pilot, punching Theron a right/left up underneath: CT gasping, hooking Palicki's jaw once, twice with a licking, cuffing delivery, backing Adrianne to ropes. Right hand in and down from CT - punching Adrianne's mouthpiece off her teeth...Palicki swooning forward, hands at temples, mouth open as Charlize PUMPS in hooks downstairs. Theron laying in the left hands in triplicate, then pushing Adrianne upright - hands pushing soft indentations into the firm flesh of Palicki's pecs. Pallicki's eyes dimming, lips parting as CT sorts her out, then starts a-pounding! Drifting right toggles Adrianne's head side to side in whiplash...Pallicki swooning forward, lashes fluttering - reaching with her left hand under CT's right, but not securing clinch. CT propelling her arms right/left/right/left into Palicki's ribs/waist while backing up in good order...Palicki tottering forward, doubled over, taking horrific punches thick in her body and ADRIANNE'S DOWN! Palicki to all fours, panting: Theron hands on hips, mouth wide open, gulping for breath. Palicki up, ruined at ropes, she nods that she's ok, brings dukes shoulders/high, elbows in as Theron wades in. CLAMBAKE! Theron rip-clouting Adrianne another clanging right to jaw - draping Palicki ropeside and blinking, then Adrianne's twisting torso-left, slopping the right upside Theron's head. CHARLIZE GOES WOBBLY BUTT: Theron thunderstruck, staring: Palicki able to reload, bend her back into another stroking right ear-to-chin alongside CT's jaw, buckling Theron's knees. Charlize wobbling, but slugging back: right uppercut finds Palicki's tits once, twice as Charlize doubles it up - Theron slugging righty with the left negligent at her thigh. Palicki drowsy, but determined: another sloppy right hand upside CT's head shunts her right-shoulder-first against rope, lashes batting. Adrianne stepping to her right, hooking CT across her breasts: sleepy Theron rolls groggily till she's back-on-ropes, drooping forward. Palicki swaying, but stabilizing CT with left hand on Theron right shoulder: short, drifting right hand clouts across Theron's mouth, swiveling her head. Theron out on her feet, trying a wide right hand, but wrapping it around Adrianne's head instead, drawing her in...Palicki pushing off with hands on CT''s belly, then slopping home the harm. Left/right slops onto CT, clobbering her about head and shoulders, then adding on the extra left alongside the jaw...CT staring, hands at waist, mouth open, lifting the left uppercut, grazing Pallicki's left breast. Palicki with hands waist-high...she tilts torso-right to slop the left upside CT's head - reloads, then gets it again. Palicki dips torso-left, slopping the right upside CT's head...Theron wilting forward half asleep: Palicki stacks her ruff against ropes, causing Charlize' head to whiplash. Left hand on CT's hip, Palicki leans in, clapping the right upside Theron's head, then right hand braces CT in the tits so left can crash home to chin. Theron head lolling back, baring her throat, hands down at her waist...Adrianne wobbly-butt with hurt, but she's steadying Theron with the left, then kissing her righty again and THE REF STEPS IN! Charlize swaying, hands at her sides - ref gathers her up as Palicki breaks into sobbing tears. TKO6 for the winner and STILL Lightweight champ...Adrianne Palicki.

After: Theron hammered senseless, getting salts on her stool...she's battered almost unrecognizable, but classy in defeat - giving Adrianne a hug and chatting with her in the aftermath. "Biggest win of my career - by far," Palicki says - her own face puffy and sore. "I don't really remember going down - just getting up. Getting up and thinking 'FINISH HER' because I felt myself going out and it was either Charlize or me, right then. It's crap to say CT's done: she brought it tonight like no one I've ever been in with. It's true - it's really true: I didn't feel like a true champion until tonight. Stopping Theron makes me a fighter who can rule this division with an iron fist...and I intend to!"
