As bitterly contested a rivalry as you'll find in all Celebritydom--these girls have bearhugged, boixed and wrestled each other all over the US and anytime they get together, a small cult following of rivaltry-specific fans is sure to follow.

This fight showed the tremendous infouence Garth has had on Lindsay's ring sty;e. Both women crowded in like fashion, shortened up stroke on the inside in similar ways, put punches together on mirror-image sequences. The fighting was intense, but measured, and more or less constant as the girls sought to lay in shoulder to shoulder and burrow.

Jennie leapt out to an early oead when a debilitating hook to the liver put Lindsay panting on all fours in the third, but Garth would fail to capitalize on the singke most pivotal opportunity of the fight. Price proved resilient, outbrawled Jennie to take the fourth, and once again, the girls were entangled in bitter toe-to-toe combat, each giving and taking punishment in equal portions.

The fight was slugged out in corners for the most part--both women adept at nudging an opponent behind the elbow to turn her and reverse the position. Both committed wholeheartedly to the other's torso and tummy, rubbing and bumping away downstairs--shouldering and pushing for room. Jugs were cudgelled repeatedly, and it was Garth who initiated the first rack attack which would lead to many intense Price reprisals. Hot, close, stifling action--a typical war of attrition between these two--but in the end, Lindsay Price was deemed by the judges to be the worthier vixen. The announcement took Jennie like a kick in the stomach--actually draining the blood from her face and making her look ill. For a happy Price, a terrific, hard fought win over a hated rival to follow up a wonderful KO of a big, strong ingenue (Navi Rawat) had Lindsday looking good at big bantam.
