BEFORE: Footage of Govich destroying sparring partners ala George Foreman wowing the net...CT's not worried. "The kid can punch - that's why we wanted her," Theron explains in prefight. "Look, skill-wise, you can't find a welterweight to threaten me - that's been true for a decade, but when you can punch like Milena, you're never out of a fight. I thrive on this kind of challenge...I could be winning every minute of every round and then get rocked - I've got to be razor sharp to beat the girl. Can't wait!" Milena looking a little bedazzled as the world's press shows up for the pre-fight session: Govich not used to the SRO press gallery, but comporting herself like a pro. "Obviously, this is the biggest cheque I've ever cashed as a pro," Milena admits at podium, "so I'm going to go out there and give my fans everything I've got. I don't think this is a fight - or an opponent - I can take care of with one punch. If Charlize wins every minute, I'm going to get hurt, so I have to be more aggressive than that. I'm a true welter - I'll rough this girl up, and I'll show her no respect. When we get in there, I'm gonna beat that body just like I would any other girl. During R1: CT lithe, loping - obviously not as springy as she would be at lightweight, but smoothly glide-stepping around. Blonde holding hands loose at waist when outside - lifting them up and tucking her chin when Milena closes. Govich aggressively forward - she's stepping-to out of a little dipping crouch - looping strong, wide lefts and rights up high - blocked as CT raises her hands and ducks inside the blows. Sheer strength of Milena's swings enough to sweep CT off-stance - blonde retreating into ropes, drawing Milena forward into clinches. Milena pounding one-twos against CT's meaty chest in spots: Theron not bosomy, but carrying the extra weight gives her a thick pad of beefy goodness up there: spankable. Govich held at bay for the most part - Milena pounding the ribs while CT's holding around the head-and-elbow for ref's breaks. Govich's round on sheer aggression.

R2: Same loping, circular movement from Theron: same brawny stomp-and-slug pursuit from Milena. CT flicking out the left jab more - sometimes a nuisance; sometimes a towel-snap stinger. Milena bobbing/rolling torso in response - weaving her way forward. Midway through, Milena rolling till she's laying over on her right side: Theron able to extend on a slanting right cross, crushing Govich upside the head to draw oohs and ahhs from the crowd. Curvy legs hold Milena up, but she's a little wide eyed: CT legging out of range, curling her way back in - slowly taking the initiative as Govich gives more respect.

R3: Govich forward with dukes up - head jerking back from poke...she'll cross her arms, bend at the waist, then lunge for Theron with brawny, wide lefts or rights from crouch. Theron seeing it all well - blocking with her arms up, allowing Govich to chase her to ropes, then bending at the waist, coming up with a shoulder in Milena's tits while clinching her for break. CT holding Govich typically with left behind the head/right around the elbow - Milena smacking dutiful right hands against Charlize' ribs until ref's breaks. Theron loping relaxed outside - feathering Milena jabs...down the stretch, Theron able to extend on a couple more slinging right crosses as Govich lays over on the right side: popping blasts upside the head sending sweat flying from sturdy brunette. Best punch for Milena also comes late: plowing overhand right crashing onto CT's upperchest - thick, spanking contact humbling Oscar-winning beef.

R4: Similar stuff - Theron's legs starting to win her initiative...Govich still coming forward, lunging for Theron, but Charlize rarely standing her ground to accomodate. Theron with the flicking, pesky jab, then the pounding stinger: Govich' face busting up nicely as CT's left finds a home. Slinging, sudden right cross off the shoulder dialing in on chin, toggling Milena's head on contact and stopping her progress: Govich's strong legs eating those shots up, but Milena no longer answering every clouting blast. Govich showing crossed-arm on approach, then earmuff...she's never certain where CT wants to go. Down the stretch, pawing double jab screens Govich for a slinging right hand whammer off the face: CT ducking in and down on follow through as Milena gets lit up. Govich blinking, stumbling backward for the first time: Theron jabs jug frisky, then lashes Govich a palm-up, sidearm slice-punch across the breadbasket. Cringe-and-wince from Milena as she backs all the way to ropes: Theron stalking her, kissing her a hard cross between the mitts, then a spanking left hook in the gut aa Milena's sponging at the bell. Govich's nose bleeding, eyes blurry during the break: she's fielding a TON of CT leather, so far without signs of give-in-the-leg.

R5: CT circling - bouncing on the left leg more now - she's extending left hands to cuff at Milena's paunch at times; turning on sudden, rangy right crosses; recovering behind the jab as she moves clockwise, keeping Milena at bay. Govich getting picked apart, but still coming forward: hands're up, but spaced a little wide - CT able to thread the needle and pound that face at will. Down the stretch, Govich heaving a right as CT ducks; Milena falls into Charlize as girls are turning, rebalancing...Theron up out of the crouch with two cuffing hooks on the jaw, then two more hard, clouting hooks in quick succession and a FIFTH hook that claps the mouthpiece off Milena's legs...Govich stepping in fence post holes, chin-smitten and woozy! RIGHT HAND, CHARLIZE THERON! Nice pivot-right aligns CT for a slinging right over Milena's left shoulder: crashing blast to jaw sends Milena to ropes, but STILL can't drop her. Govich hurt - right hand at right temple/left across her gut...blonde steps in rangy, slugging lefts and rights to the head with loose-limbed wallop, then clouts Milena across the midsection as big girl sags backward into ropes. Milena's hands up/elbows out to ward off punches - Govich just getting shelled as blonde lets loose a lanky-limbed, heavy-handed pasting of a lifetime. Govich battered senseless, but legs still holding her up: CT baring her teeth, twisting on her hips to pour on the necessary finishing clout as ref moves in at bell.

R6: Milena busted up, but marching out of her corner: hands up, expression grim. CT big-girl lithe to her left - spritzing the jab to Milena's tits, then gliding away as Govich tries to slam home wide left/rights. Theron circling - lifting her mitts to block, then lowering them to draw Milena into clinches...she's frustrating Govich, tying her up after touching her, getting Milena accustomed to punishment. Theron mostly legs, jabs and clinches here, but turning on the odd shocking right sinewy off the shoulder: sliding, smooth blasts quickly following the jab through to Milena's jaw with crashing authority. Govich sponging up punch after punch - sometimes wobbling off course, but always righting herself for pursuit: Theron just slamming away as Milena proves a dreadnought.

R7: CT in that loose-jointed, loping rotation - bending at the waist to rise up close to Milena, holding her for ref's breaks. CT floating back from Milena's aggression - hitting ropes, ducking low on bounce-back - pivoting underneath Govich haymakers to escape the apron. Blonde jab spanking at brunette jugs, or spiting the jab...Theron dropping in slicing right crosses at intervals, slamming away on jaw like a blacksmith. Midway through, Govich in weary, punch-groggy pursuit: she misses a sweeping right over the top - answered by a cuffing CT hook in the belly. Theron in wide stance, rolling herself upright out of the crouch - she jots a slick one-two, missing as Govich ducks - CT ducking as well with her follow-through. Both girls rise up from the sequence - Govich with her hands low: Theron steps in, twists torso-right to clap a lashing left hook LOUD to jaw! Thunderous blast locks up Milena's legs...she's tipping forward and to her right as CT slings in an insurance right hand behind the left ear. Govich jack-knifes to canvas - hands trapped beneath her belly as she plows-in. KO7 in sloshing fashion - Charlize Theron.

After: CT signs an autograph, has a minion deliver it to Milena as she's getting smelling salts on her stool -pretty classy day-in-the-office for the Golden Goddess. "I felt Milena's weight in my ribs a bit," Theron allows, looking fresh and sweaty in postfight. "She's a hamhanded girl, and you don't want to take any chances with her...used my legs, gave her a lot of looks, always made it about my speed versus her power. It was like sinking the Bismarck in there tonight! I kept shelling the kid and she just looked back at me like she was saying: 'that all you got?' She's what I like to call a 'tough slab o' meat' - you know? Doesn't have the tools you need to threaten a Charlize Theron, but damn: takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'!"
