BEFORE: Fireplug Cibulkova coming off a series of wins over a number to Florida Gator gymnasts - and a nice court 1 Wimby sideshow bout over former stocky-queen Amanda Coetzer...but Sacramone isn't buying it. "She's all hype," feisty American gymnast says in prefight. "Amanda Coetzer? That's like me beating up Mary Lou Retton and saying I'm bad - that doesn't cut it! And the Gator-girls? Come on: everyone knows the Gators're hobos this year. Dominika's gonna get in with me - she's gonna taste what world-class gymnastics power feels like, and she's gonna quit. And she's lucky we're not doing knees and ground-work this time, 'cause she'd be looking at hospital time for sure!" Alicia Sacs in charcoal sport stop trimmed in yellow; yellow, tight, boy leg stretch shorts; white shoes no socks; hair in curly blonde ponytail; small black MMA gloves. R1: Ferocious two-way digging action - both girls leaning forward on the balls of their feet, hammering away on opposing ribcages...when one girl misses or shifts position, the other stumbles forward slightly: it's like each is leaning into a gale-force wind...of punches! Blistering, non-stop jackhammering action, gradually gives way over the second half to cheek-on-cheek clinch fighting: girls sliding left arms under opposing rights; bracing offending breasts via left shoulders and working hard to plug stubby right hands into ribs/lats/tummies. Grunting and pushing whirls to ropes...fighters popping hips and proving strength by reversing to twist the opponent into ropes under the ref's watchful eye. Both using the MMA fingerless gloves to good effect - often reaching the left hand in to secure the opposing waist band for trunk-tugging assists when struggling for position. Round ends with Cibulkova bossing her way on top with the trunk-tug - shouldering Ali Sacs into ropes, then kissing her a pair of very close-in right hands to mouth while crowding. Cibulkova still pushing on Ali after the bell, breathing hot in her face: American temper boils and ref jumps in to pull little dynamos apart.

R2: Girls hopping-to each other - Dominika locating Alicia's mouth via pair of stubby tap-jabs, then shoving right hand to pit of tummy to initiate the brawl. Clanging give and go as girls take turns: Cibulkova will cross her arms, lean forward and take ringing, stubby shots off her arms and chin...when Ali's done, Slovak girl rips American stout rights and lefts to the waist, then jerks a series of right uppercuts to brush Sacramone back. Broad-backed, sturdy little bodies standing up to withering abuse: girls just baring teeth and ripping away brawny when it's their turn. Slugfest gives way to clinch-fighting in final minute - girls reaching in, fighting mouth-on-shoulder...Cibulkova walking Ali to ropes, pumping the extra right hands to belly and lats which salt away the second straight right for tennis player. Cibsy lingering atop Ali after the bell again - pushing her weight and throwing a short left shoulder all accidentally-on-purpose to Sacramone's mouth: irate American has to be restrained by official as cocky Slovak girl struts away all "I'm big".

R3: Cibulkova stepping in behind that stubby 2-jab - she's getting on top of Ali in good position - punching her body, wrestling with her up top, walking her back into ropes. Brawny, power-packed shoulders and backs working hard as arms writhe for inside position: stupendous glutes/rockhard thighs looking all dense and strong as Cibulkova keeps Sacramone pinned to ropes. Holding and hitting for the tennis player - she's in top position - feeding Ali consistent, shoving rights to belly or lats, then wedging in short-clout rights to chin out of the lock-up. Alicia proving sturdy, able to withstand the constant weight and attrition of her opponent...but gymnast sponging up a lot of damage in a hard-working tennis-girl third.

R4: Fight goes immediately to clinch-and-punch - girls working out of the wrap to cram in righty downstairs. Alicia's legs shredding up with the effort of walking Cibulkova to ropes...Sacramone's teeth bared as she leans in with her weight behind left shoulder, pinning her Slovak to cables. Ali Sacs patient here - left hand securing the front of Cibsy's waist band; left elbow chickenwinged against Cibsy's stomach as Ali leans in big...then American girl will explode with a right across the chops, or thrust thick to Slovak abs before tying her up again. Cibulkova's face tight with concentration - she's getting bullied for the first time, obviously hating Ali's tummy-weight. Cibsy exploding with her hips at time to sweep-reverse Alicia into ropes...Tennis girl getting her rights in to body, but Sacramone doing a good job RE-reversing to scramble back on top. Good strong round for American as she finishes the round bossing Cibulkova on ropes...ref has to pull American girl off this time as Sacramone ignores the bell. Ali barking as she's being escorted away by the arm: "You think you can just dig at me? I'll knock you out!"

R5; Girls jammed in tight, working hard. Starts in the fighting clinch as girls reach-in...Ali walks Cibulkova to ropes, digs at her tummy via right hands then pushes off to establish a more conventional body attack. Fighters grinding foreheads inside as Ali bobs on the spot/alternates her head position over either Cibulkova shoulder...American keeping her mitts-at-mouth/elbows in, snatching combinations off Dominika's stout torso. Ali systematically bobbing, then getting off cuffing right/left amidships - touching Cibsy the forehead/either shoulder/chicken-wing left elbow in between. Cibulkova cranky, laying on ropes: she's showing right-over-left crossed-arm against her body - blocking some of the work downstairs, but leaning forward into short, muscular clouts across her chin. Sacramone bumpin' and sluggin' - staying compact, touching Cibulkova every couple of seconds...Gymnast pounds out a withering shutout as tennis girl seems spellbound at ropes in the fifth.

R6: Girls leaning forward, bobbing on the spot, taking turns clubbing and clouting each other stubby. Mitts-at-mouths, elbows in...it's just short, clobbering action in a phone booth. At times, one girl will reach her left in under the other's right to bull her back into ropes...but neither girl stays in the clinch - they're both looking to free up both hands for punching. Midway through, Sacramone bites off a hellish series of stubby, gouging, Jake LaMotta style hooks - taking Cibulkova in her paunch/liver/right bicep/chin - Alicia just baring her teeth, rolling her shoulder into the shots as Cibulkova goes groggy...tennis girl butt-in-ropes, arms crossed against her body and DOMINIKA GOES DOWN! Cibulkova's sturdy legs give way under the hooking bombardment: Alicia hops away, shouting "COME ON!" at the top of her lungs. Cibsy beats the count, but she's hurt, unstable...she lays against ropes, showing right-at-left-cheek/left-across-the-stomach as Sacramone closes in, squares up and pounds away beefy to bell. Ali shouting "HAH!" in Cibulkova's weary, devastated face after the bell - American gymnast feeling her oats after getting to her foe's legs in the 6th!

R7: Sacramone reaches in her right arm under Cibulkova's right, walks her to ropes: gymnast in charge of tennis player bell to bell. Systematic bullying from Alicia - primarily from the clinch: her left arm in under Cibsi's right; American right hands plowing for points to Slovakian tummy. Alicia strong on her girl - legs suddenly thrusting to jam Cibulkova upright...pretty Slovakian girl grumpy, grimacing, looking all bruised and disheveled as American has her way. Cibsi not punching back...when she can, she's tying up around Alicia's ribs, forcing American girl to work her elbows down into the hug and wrestle-apart Slovakian grip. Cibulkova tries to reverse off the ropes time and again: each attempt stuffed as Sacramone adjusts well, keeping her weight on Dominika throughout. Bell: Ali beaming, shaking her head side to side and drawing a thumb across her throat on the bounce-back to her corner...Cibulkova cranky from punishment during the break.

R8: Cibulkova showing a little leg - bouncing to her right, spitting stubby jabs - trying to open up the canvas a bit. Sacramone hunting her down, engaging her...leads to spicy exchanges all around the ring. Minute mark, girls hooking each other's breasts, then triggering short right hands to chin: DOWN GOES SACRAMONE! Ali tagged flushed - gymnast hammered to her buns, looking all flabbergasted as she sits up, stung by Cibulkova's power. Haughty look from Cibsi on the strut past: Ali up quickly, bouncing on the spot as ref give her 8. Hammer and tongs from then on...fighters leaning in, covering up as small-glove punches bounce PIK! PAK! PEK! off brawny shoulders and lats, then returning fire in brutal tit-for-tat. Final moments, stubborn Ali Sacs crouching forward in crossed arm, taking stubby rights and lefts off her chin as Cybulkova steps back in good order, walking gymnast into clout.

R9: Ali Sacs sustains another crashing right hand bingo on the chin early...she's wobbly butt, stumbling forward in earmuff as Cibulkova cleans up furiously on lats and midriff-meat...but Sacramone's soon recovered and pitching back. Glorious, mindless slugging as Ali stumbles forward groggy, just moving her hands and shoulders: Cibulkova backing up, then firming, then taking back the lost canvas with her own brand of stocky bump-n'-slug. Fighters sleepy when they're in close; mouths open moist against grinding shoulders, eyes closed when girls can find each other's tummies without looking. Sacramone brawling Cibulkova to ropes...American girl just on auto-pilot - bumping on Cybsi, hugging her, chesting her into ropes, disengaging to slug, falling in, writhing for position...Slovakian girl exhausted down the stretch, just taking punches on her arms/ribs/midsection at bell.

R10: Weary battlers knocking at each other via stubby-jabs - then hooking chins short-n-stout - then pitching into bellies right/left/right until clinch. Ref issuing breaks - fighters falling back in...both girls think nothing of leaning forward into chin-checking blasts, taking punishment in order to get into good positions. Cibulkova showing the ability to pick Ali up while stepping back: Slovak using short uppercuts to good effect, denting Sacramone's chin, then sidestepping her as gymnast staggers forward. Cibsi bangs out a close tenth, making it a draw on all cards: they'll fight the tie-break!

R11, 12: Anti-climactic as Cibulkova reaches in, bodies Alicia to ropes, grinds out the minutes in smothering, hold-and-hit clinch-fighting rounds. Grunting, writhing stuff - brawny shoulders working hard as girls try to slide arms in underneath each other. Cibsi rough with her head here - drawing warnings for scuffing on Alicia...Slovakian girl also sliding the thumb into the back of Alicia's shorts to help hold her down (and stabilizing her for a few cheap right hands to tummy as well!) Ugly stuff - Sacramone basically smeared along ropes, stuffed when she tries to reverse - patient, grinding minutes go Dominika's way as she takes no risks, puts a tummy on Alicia and takes both overtime rounds to win the fight.

After: Pushing and shoving in the immediate aftermath - Ali shouting "Garbage!" at the top her lungs as officials restore order. "I am stronger," Cibulkova shrugs in postfight, pulling her long ponytail forward over left shoulder and handling it absently as she looks up at interviewer. "She is like all gymnasts: exploding out of gate; weak down stretch. I take her to deep water; I drown her. I use her up, Cibulkova style!"
