The second Fight of the Night for the opening of Lioness Club Double Trouble event features two of North London's own; Emma Bunton from Finchley and Frankie Sandford from Upminster. However the KO Club is Emma's home base and everyone in the building hope for a crushing victory of their blonde-haired favorite. The fight is scheduled for 10 rounds in the flyweight division.

Stunned by the quick defeat of her friend Vanessa White against Geri Halliwell, Frankie Sandford makes a silent way to her corner after being called from the locker room. She ignores Kate Garraway's attempt of a pre-fight interview and looks very focused of the task ahead. Meanwhile Emma Bunton has also emerged from the locker room and the crowd is roaring, shouting and clamping their hands to a incredible level. We all know which woman they support here. Emma makes a gesture to the crowd and they are silenced for a moment as Kate Garraway asks her a question:
- This is it then, Emma. Your debut fight was a very good one, but what about Frankie tonight?
- Well, I hope she lasts a couple of rounds so I can practice my skills. The way Geri handled Vanessa, I don't expect these young girls to have any strenght and stamina within them. I hope Frankie can put up a good fight but intend to knock her out anyway.

Round 1:
The bell sounds and Frankie stuns the crowd by going forward on Emma. She unleashes a couple of jabs that Emma is able to fend off, but then makes another attempt and catches the blonde in the ribs with a well-struck left hook. Emma is pushes backwards and Frankie tries a quick combination that misses Emma's head by inches. It's a lively start from the brunette who looks happy to attack the older rival. Frankie continues her aggressive approach but Emma clinches and pushes her away. She then finally shows some offensive skills and works with her left hand over Sandford's guard. Bunton turns quickly to her right and and throws a hook under Frankie's elbow that lands perfectly and the young brunette felt that one. She jumps back but the blonde chases her down into the corner and begins to pound her with a lot of effort. Frankie is trapped and tries to duck away from danger but it's only the bell which comes for her rescue.

Round 2:
Frankie holds back the charge at the start of the second round, but Emma doesn't hesitate anymore. She squares up to Frankie and punches her several times in the stomach as the brunette's low guard is not working. However Frankie just avoids a crushing uppercut that misses her jaw by a mere inch as Emma looked to deliver the big punch. Frankie pushes Emma away and circles back to center of the ring, but has no time to breath as Emma is hassling her around the ropes. The final push for glory in the opening rounds has given the blonde a lot of confidence and the crowd support os overwhelming too. Another quick combination and Sandford is trapped in the corner again with Emma demolishing her guard with a right hook, another left and Frankie slumps on the canvas without any warning. Referee counts her to six and checks if she's OK to continue. She is, but the writing is on the wall. Emma goes for the kill for a couple of big hooks miss the target. Frankie then escapes another uppercut and clinches in despair. Emma tries tro push her away but Frankie leans on her and forces the referee to separate them. Finally some resting time for Sandford who escapes the knock out in this round and Bunton looks slightly annoyed with a wasted chance there. Bell sounds and it's all about Emma in this fight.

Round 3:
The crowd begins to wonder whether Frankie can survive this round? Twenty seconds in, and Emma catches the hapless rival with another right hook and breaks her guard open. Left half-uppercut follows and Frankie gets hit in the jaw before falling down on the canvas. She beats the eight count though and the referee double-checks if she's OK to continue. Frankie nods her head, but looks like a walking prey for Emma who immediately strikes her in the ribs with a powerful left-hook. Frankie twitches and lowers the guard on her left which allows Emma to deliver another crushing right hook to side of her head. Frankie barely saw that one and hits the deck again in a matter of seconds. But this time she's not getting up and the referee counts her to ten before Emma can finally start her celebrations along with the entire crowd in the KO Club. Emma Bunton knocked out Frankie Sandford after 1 minute and 12 second of the third round.

Frankie Sandford joins her bandmate Vanessa White on the miserable end of the evening while Emma Bunton responds to Kate Garraway's questions:
- That was another impressibe win, Emma. How did you feel tonight?
- I felt pretty good actually. Frankie thought she had a chance early on, but she was vulnerable to my punches. Her defence was pretty lame if you ask me and I worked her over quite well there. I guess that's called a routine knockout. I can't wait for more challenges but that's maybe come as soon as October. I know Geri wants to have something scheduled in September and Mel B will be making her entrance too, so the KO Club will see a lot more action while I'm taking a little break now.

Final score: Emma Bunton def. Frankie Sandford KO3.
