BEFORE:

"Wiz always wants to throw different challenges at me," says Kristen. "Wants to see how I handle them. Danielle's a big fly. She has range. She can hit. She's a challenge for me. But I WILL handle her."

"K-Stew's getting a reputation as a knockout artists," says a smiling Danielle. "Well, it's one thing to do that against small girls like Gellar, Page and Ryder. Doing it against ME? Whole different ball game. I'm as big and strong as she is, and just as good. And I'm going to show the FCBA that tonight."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that song you hear is 'Over It' and that can only mean that Danielle Panabaker is on her way to an FCBA ring for the first time. Dani not looking at all awed by any of this, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Yeah, the kid seems confident. Let's see if that lasts once the bell rings."

O'Dell: "Dani helped off with the robe. Wearing a navy blue bikini..."

McCarthy: "Well, not a great body, but, at least she's got the hottest bod of any DANIELLE in the FCBA. Not that she's got much competition..."

O'Dell: "And there's 'Helter Skelter', and here comes Kristen Stewart. As Jewel leads her down to the ring, Mac, what's your take on this one?"

McCarthy: "Got to make Stewart the favorite, since this is Panabaker's first FCBA fight. Then again, Stewart surprised everyone by going the distance with Michelle Williams her first time out. And Stewart's no Williams..."

O'Dell: "K-Stew in lime green tonight. Looking relaxed as well. Girls get the instructions. And there's the bell. Stewart quickly forward working the jab. Panabaker responds with a couple of lefts of her own. Stewart snaps a good one. Catches Dani clean, digs a hook to the ribs. Panabaker circles and resets. Kristen looking to locate with the jab. Danielle moving well. Not allowing it. Counters nicely with a left-right there."

McCarthy: "Danielle not intimidated. Got to like that."

O'Dell: "Panabaker a nice left. Stewart jabs. Doubles up. Fits a nice right. Dani ducking away. Resetting. Kristen pursuing, but carefully. Always behind the jab. Landing the left. Again. Panabaker a left hook to the ribs. Stewart catches a right on the gloves. There's the bell. Stewart's round, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Yeah. Panabaker had some moments, but not enough."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "On to round two now, and Panabaker aggressive after Stewart. Lets the hands go, but Kristen blocks and dodges. Dani not landing. Kristen counters with a nice right to the side of the head, snaps a jab to the face home, forcing Danielle back, banging the body with a couple of hooks."

McCarthy: "Panabaker's got to get back to her jab. Look to counter off Stewart some. Getting too aggressive and Stewart's making her pay for it."

O'Dell: "Panabaker short on a right hook. Eats a left jab in response. K-Stew doubles up and...DOWN GOES DANI! DOWN GOES DANI!"

McCarthy: "Pretty right hand from KO Stewart! Set it up with that double jab. Forced Panabaker right into it."

O'Dell: "Danielle to her knees at seven. Up at nine. Referee gives her the count. Going to let it continue. Stewart coming on. Wham! Hook to the body. Bang! Left to the face. Panabaker covering up as Stewart bangs punches off her gloves upstairs and slams leather to her flanks downstairs, forcing Panabaker back to the ropes. Dani slapping a jab out, trying to get some space, but Stewart ignoring it, working that midsection as the round ends. BIG round K-Stew!"

McCarthy: "Check the replay on the right hand. Watch Stewart land the jab, then double. Panabaker leans her head left...BAM! There's the right hand. Lot of fighters don't get up from that."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Back to live action in round three, and Stewart landing with a nice two-punch combination off the bell. Panabaker giving ground, circling, jabbing, looking to work outside as Kristen pressures. Stewart unhurried. Stalking. Working the left. Hooking the body with the right. Showing good movement. Keeping Danielle off balance."

McCarthy: "Panabaker can't get off. Kristen is in total control. Using her jab to move Danielle and the right hooks to score to the body."

O'Dell: "Danielle lands a left, but eats a hard right in response. Circles away. Resets. Stewart off first again. Lands the left. Doubles. Panabaker forced backward. Danielle short with a left. Kristen stalking. Hooking the ribs with the left. Panabaker fighting back in spots here, but being out-classed and out-gunned as the third comes to an end. Pretty nice early lead for K-Stew."

McCarthy: "Still a ways to go, but, yeah. She's got some distance on the cards already."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth round starts and Panabaker aggressively at Stewart and takes a HARD left-right to the head. Kristen digs a left to the ribs and Danielle covers up. Kristen with a pair of cuffing hooks to the head, slips a left jab and lands a straight right. Panabaker circles and resets."

McCarthy: "I like the aggression, but Stewart made her pay for it. Danielle's got to find some angles. Right now, she can't get into position to land."

O'Dell: "Stewart working that long left. Peppering Danielle's face with it. Panabaker works inside it, lands to the ribs. Stewart hooks the kidney. The pair clinch and the referee breaks. Panabaker with a good straight left. Circles. Stewart stalking. Popping the jab. Again. Right hook to the flank. Danielle hooks the head with the right. There's the bell and another strong round for Stewart."

McCarthy: "Kid's pitching a shutout, Jenny."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth round starts with Stewart back to the jab. Danielle working inside it, scoring when she gets there. Working the body. K-Stew responding and we've got a little slugfest going here, Mac!"

McCarthy: "Now you're talking! K-Stew digging to the ribs, Dani firing back to the midsection. Lands a hard right to the head. Stewart bangs right back. Panabaker with a good left hook! This is great stuff!"

O'Dell: "Danielle really letting the hands go, backing Kristen up for the first time tonight! Stewart firing right back, hooking that body. Nice uppercut to the chin, but Panabaker not taking a backward step. Lands a good left-right to the head. Stewart covers up as Dani lets the hands go again! Now Kristen with a double-pump on the jab. Panabaker digs body. Forcing Stewart back. That's the bell! Best round of the fight so far, Mac, and I think Dani's on the board!"

McCarthy: "Yeah. Panabaker got that one."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "We're half way through the scheduled ten as the bell rings to start the sixth, and Panabaker right at Stewart, but Kristen isn't having any! Stewart lands a couple of jabs, circles, not going to get into a slugging match inside. Panabaker now pressuring, but K-Stew wants to box. Lands a left-right. Circles away. Dani sticks a jab. Works in behind it. Hooks the body. Kristen with a couple of body shots of her own, slips away to the right."

McCarthy: "Got to love how aggressive Panabaker is. Kid's first fight. She's been knocked down and lost a bunch of rounds, but she isn't intimidated."

O'Dell: "Right hand lead from Stewart lands. Panabaker with a quick flurry, but K-Stew fires right back, lands a nice right hook to the head, circles away before Dani can respond. Panabaker coming forward. Lands a left, but Stewart slips a right, hooks the ribs with a left. Bell. And I think Kristen got the better of that one."

McCarthy: "I agree, but there's no quit in Panabaker."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Round seven underway, and there IS no quit in Pananbaker! Danielle charging forward on K-Stew. Kristen lands a couple of hard lefts, but Panabaker fires right back landing solid to the head. Stewart not taking a step back. Bangs to the body, hooks to the head. Panabaker digging into the ribs. These two girls just trading, Mac!"

McCarthy: "And Stewart's got no business doing this! Kid's got a huge lead! Why is she in there slugging? If she had someone decent in her corner..."

O'Dell: "Right hand, Stewart! OH! BIG RIGHT HAND, PANABAKER! DOWN GOES STEWART!"

McCarthy: "See? What was she doing trading?"

O'Dell: "Kristen is hurt! She's to a knee at six. Up at nine. Takes the eight. And here comes Dani. Panabaker letting fly with both hands, driving Kristen back into the ropes! Stewart covering up. Tight guard. Dani goes body, working the ribs and lats, bringing the guard down. Stewart clinching. Gets a break from the referee. Slaps out a left. Danielle counters with a hard right! Stewart wobbled. Panabaker lands a three-punch to the head. Referee watching closely. K-Stew in deep trouble. Panabaker splits the gloves with a right hand, hooks the kidney. There's the bell and it's none too soon for K-Stew. She's wobbling back to the corner. Panabaker just turned this fight!"

McCarthy: "Check the replay and Danielle took one to give one. Stewart lands the hard right here, and Panabaker waits for the left, times it, and BANG! Huge right hand sends Stewart down!"

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "Well, Mac, K-Stew has developed a bit of a reputation for coming back strong after she's hurt..."

McCarthy: "Needs to live up to it right now. She was cruising, but now Panabaker's back in the fight and Stewart's in trouble."

O'Dell: "There's the bell and here comes Dani! Stewart sticks the jab and circles. Panabaker stalking. Working inside. Looking to go body. Lands to the midsection. Takes a left as Kristen circles away. Panabaker behind her own jab. Bobbing the head. Looking to close. Lands a right. Eats a left. Kristen circles away and reset. Here comes Dani...AND DOWN GOES DANI! OH! HUGE OVERHAND RIGHT AND PANABAKER IS DOWN!"

McCarthy: "Stewart walked her right into it!"

O'Dell: "Dani swaying up at eight. Referee gives her the count. Going to let it continue. Here comes Kristen! Snapping Dani's head back with a straight left, banging the right to the side of the head! Dani covering up and, turnabout's fair play! Kristen goes body! BIG UPPERCUT! DOWN GOES DANI!"

McCarthy: "Got her crouching and split the gloves with it!"

O'Dell: "Panabaker flat on her back...no quit in her, Mac! Rolls to an elbow and she's up at eight! Referee gives her the count. Going to let it continue. Kristen now looking to finish. Disciplined, though. Banging the jab to set up the right. Lands the cross to the side of the head. Panabaker wobbles. Stewart backs her into the ropes. All head hunting now. Looking for the finisher. Snaps the head back with a straight right. Dani wobbles again..."

McCarthy: "Kid won't go!"

O'Dell: "Stewart lands a two-punch combo at the bell! Huge round, K-Stew! I guess that reputation for answering back strong is well deserved..."

McCarthy: "You know what, Panabaker may be getting a reputation of her own tonight. Referee's over there asking if she wants to give it up, and the kid isn't having any. Not an ounce of quit in her. Not an ounce."

ROUND NINE:

O'Dell: "Well, Mac, this has been quite the fight. Not close on the cards..."

McCarthy: "Not at all. I've got it 77-71 for Stewart. But it's been fun to watch and both girls have given a tremendous effort."

O'Dell: "Scheduled for six more minutes, and here come the next three. Panabaker coming forward, Mac! Unbelievable!"

McCarthy: "Kid isn't in this to survive. She wants to win!"

O'Dell: "Eats a left-right from K-Stew. Fires back with a flurry of her own. Here we go! Toe to toe trading! Neither girl backing up!"

McCarthy: "Stewart shouldn't be doing this! She's in control! She can run clock here!"

O'Dell: "She's more interested in CLEANING clock! Lands a hard right! Danielle a left hook to the body. OH! SHORT RIGHT PANABAKER! DOWN GOES STEWART!"

McCarthy: "Ridiculous! Why is she in there trading? If a fighter of mine had a lead like this in the ninth you'd have to go into the third row of seats to find her!"

Tess: "From what I've seen of YOUR fighters, there's no danger of any of them having a lead, period!"

McCarthy: "Shut UP, Walmart!"

O'Dell: "Stewart up at nine. Takes the eight. Referee going to let it go. And Panabaker knows she needs a stoppage, and she's climbing on board. Ripping hooks to the body, banging right hands off of Stewart's tight guard, knocking Kristen around the ring. Getting off lusty. Stewart firing back an occasional left, doing just enough to avert the stoppage. Panabaker splitting the gloves with a double tap jab, hooking behind the left elbow, banging a shovel into the midsection. Stewart hurt. Hanging on. Clinching. Covering up. Uppercut rocks K-Stew against the ropes. Referee looking carefully. Stewart gutting this out. Dani digging to the body again. Bell. Wow! K-Stew survives, but a BIG round for Panabaker!"

McCarthy: "Check the big punch. Panabaker uses the left hook to the body to move Kristen just a half step and then lets the right go. BANG! Right on the chin! Let's see if Stewart rallies back from THAT!"

ROUND TEN:

O'Dell: "Going to be sorry to see this one end, Mac, but we've only got three minutes to go. K-Stew well ahead on the cards, but Panabaker had her hurt last round and is looking to finish. And here comes Dani right off the bell. And Stewart isn't backing off a step. She lands a left-right that stops Panabaker in her tracks!"

McCarthy: "Kid has more guts than brains."

O'Dell: "Which one?"

McCarthy: "Both of them, come to think of it."

O'Dell: "Panabaker lands a left, misses high with a right. Stumbles. Stewart digs to the body. Dani hooks the kidney, misses with a right. Both girls letting the hands go! Sloppy, groggy stuff, but hammer and tongs, Mac!"

McCarthy: "I AM going to be sorry to see this end!"

O'Dell: "Right hand, Dani. Stewart stumbles. Panabaker misses a left. K-STEW ROCKS HER WITH A RIGHT! Stewart a left to the head. They're just standing there trading. Both hurt and nearly exhausted! Dani lands a right and the sweat flew off Kristen's head. Stewart with a left-right to the head knocks Dani off balance. Panabaker whizzes a right over K-Stew's head. Stewart sticks a left in the belly. Right to the head. Stewart digging now! Driving Dani back. Rocks her with a right hand. Panabaker lands a left. K-Stew won't back up. Right hook to the chin. Straight left snaps back Dani's head! Hook to the midsection. Right-left to the head! Stewart answering the knockdown big again. Panabaker still firing. Lands a right hand. Stewart responds with a flurry. A lot of that misses but a couple landed flush. Dani knocked back a couple of steps! BELL! BELL! IT'S OVER! And the two fighters fall together. Part of that hug is exhaustion, no doubt, but there's a lot of mutual respect, I'm betting. These two young ladies just put on a show!"

McCarthy: "Stewart's going to win the fight. I've got it 95-90, since she won the last round, but Panabaker's a big winner, too. How can this girl NOT get more fights after what we just saw tonight?"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Decision has been announced. Mac had the scores right. The winner by UD 10 is Kristen Stewart. And speaking of Kristen, Tess Valmore is up in the ring with her! Tess!"

Tess: "Kristen, that was quite the fight..."

Kristen: "She wouldn't quit. I hurt her more than once, but she wouldn't go. She's got too much pride and determination. But I wasn't going to back off, even though she hurt me. She's the kind of girl I have to impose my will on. Up and comers in my age group like Jojo and Demi Lovato. I wasn't going to run from her to keep a lead. I had to back her up and back her off, and that's what I did. I had to get on top of her, because, if she gets the fights, she's going to make noise in this division. But not as much as I am."
