This is a debut for Pippa on a proper boxing bill, and she’s been set against the superfit veteran Lis, who wants to grasp this chance of a fight against a girl who has been suggested as an opponent for several lightweights in recent weeks.

Pippa is looking trim and fit in a white bikini, with Lis still superb in her black bikini. The paid star at each other, a confident grin on Pippa’s lips.

Round 1

Lis is soon getting her jab working against the younger girl, flicking it nicely into her face, stopping her from dwelling too long in any toe to toe action. Pippa is trying to make use of her much-vaunted long reach, but she finds Lis able to take her jab quite comfortably, then smack her back with her own lead, even landing a couple of follow-up right hands as well, causing the British girl some discomfort, and leaving her breathing hard at the bell.

Round 2

Pippa starts the round brightly, again on her toes and jabbing away, but she still finds herself getting caught by the muscular blonde, who switches her attack to the Brit’s body midway through the round, taking her briefly to the ropes to belt nice and hard to the ribs. Pippa is slightly perplexed, but continues to jab, unable to stay on her toes beyond halfway though, as Lis continues her fairly obvious softening up process, those left and right hand shots to Pippa’s body keeping her trapped on the ropes, and the blonde knows she’s hurting her, that confident grin transferring from Pippa’s lips to hers by the end of the round.

Round 3

The first exchanges are interesting this time, with Pippa clearly trying to keep her distance, unable to land her punches to Lis’s face now, even with her long reach, with Lis herself carrying her hands low, swaying from side to side, then ripping into the younger girl’s body, stepping up her workrate now, too, Pippa trying to defend her body with her elbows, but she’s looking vulnerable, and Lis moves her attack upwards, savagely batting Pippa’s face to the left and to the right, then, with the girl shaky and woozy on the ropes, she thuds a straight right into the centre of her face, sending Pippa crashing to the canvas. The girl’s up at 8, but her face is a mask of blood, and Lis smears that around as she gives the girl’s features another two fisted battering which she barely survives.

Round 4

There’s little footwork from a stunned Pippa now, and she’s just laying against the ropes as Lis punches away at her, searching for an opening, trying to prise the younger girl’s defence open again. By not punching back, Pippa is able to stop the worst of Lis’s punches form landing to her bruised and bloodied face, but she’s still taking a lot of punishment to the body, and is being totally dominated by the older woman, who is trying as hard as she can to inflict the girl’s first defeat right now. Pippa is maybe hoping that Lis will punch herself out, but at the bell, she seems confused as to which is her corner, staggering sideways like a drunken crab.

Round 5

Pippa seems a little brighter at the start of the round, but her legs are still rather leaden, and she’s unable to step away when Lis comes after her to the body now, giving those ribs and flanks another pounding, until, clearly satisfied that she’s softened her girl up enough, Lis goes for the finish, punching Pippa’s retreating face repeatedly with both hands from all angles, a right hook to the jaw being the punch that finally does the job, leaving the nearly-royal Pippa on her back on the canvas, stunned beyond help.

Elisabeth Rohm knocked Pippa Middleton out in round 5.

Lis has shown once again that she can still punch – she dominated a younger girl in every round, and seemed to be able to finish her off when she decided to. As for Pippa – this should be a lesson for her to learn, and one she can bounce back from, although she’ll be sore for a few days.
