Bitter sniping prefight between these two - lack of respect is palpable both ways. "I've beaten Ashley Judd every time I've faced her," preens Charlize. "What's different this time except the mileage? Lord, she's taken some beatings lately hasn't she?"

Ashley visibly stung by the head to head reality, but convinced that this time IS different, "Physically, Charlize is better than she's ever been, I'll admit that. But you don't prepare for Ashley Judd by fighting Sandra Bullock. When it gets tough in there, I'll be remembering that I've taken it from Cat Bell and Jennifer Lopez. Charlize will be remembering easier fights, wishing I'd just go away and stop hurting her. Wishing ain't gonna get it done baby!"

Charlize in black string bikini, Ashley in red hipster bikini, twist tie top - Charlize getting close during ring instructions to let Ashley feel the height differential.

Round 1: Ashley out quick, piling into the Theron midsection, ever mindful of wearing down the blonde's legs early. Charlize opening up the canvas by the midway mark, dancing backwards, circling clockwise and dropping a screened right hand over Judd's low left that has the brunette stepping in fence post holes! Theron smiling, greasing up her girl with batting, rising lefts and downward slicing rights, beats Judd to the ropes and finishes with a flashy flurry at the bell. "Oh no, Ashley," taunts Charlize, "is it going to be like that all night?"

Round 2: Charlize on her toes, dancing left, flinching and feinting with her right shoulder, effectively keeping Ashley's left in it's holster. Theron playful with the low slung jab, lifting it up against Judd's jugs, or cuffing, swatting it in a semi hook. Ashley cuts off the ring in the final minute and does some bludgeoning work to the waist - Theron twisting with the punches, taking spanking leather off her taut body without visible effect. Theron with the early lead.

Round 3: Charlize keeps gobbling up the minutes with her legs, rangy lefts, slicing rights as Judd keeps her mitts high, moves her upper body, stubbornly works at cutting down the ring. All Theron until the final minute - JUDD SPITTING OUT JABS BETWEEN THE BREASTS, steps her girl back to the ropes and leans into a THUMPING RIGHT HAND TO THE HEART, DRAWING A GASP FROM A SUDDENLY WOUNDED THERON. Charlize slumps forward, draping her arm around Judd's shoulders - brunette staying compact, hacks away at the exposed left side with cranking rights, getting her shoulder behind the blows as Theron looks weepy at the bell. Judd steals it late, sends Charlize back to her corner all achy-pouty.

Round 4: Judd starting to execute; getting on top early with a THUDDING STICK IN THE BREAST, cutting off the ring, maneuvering Theron to the ropes. Blonde covering up, trying to lean side to side to blunt the incoming, but Judd roughing her up, propping and pushing, using her head, pulling down the arms, GETTING AT THE MEAT. Gorgeous work from Ashley as she stands Charlize up and mauls her, PANCAKING TITS WITH EITHER FIST, pushing on Theron's biceps to stuff her butt into the ropes, then working her chest and chin with frightful uppercuts. Beating just goes on and on - Theron draping either arm around Ashley's shoulders, but not clinching up - BRUNETTE WORKING THE BRA WITHOUT RESTRAINT. Down the stretch, Charlize hands drift low and Judd turns over a vicious hook to the teeth that puts a blank look of shock on Theron's face. JUDD GOES TO TOWN! Charlize reeling, out on her feet, taking blockbuster rights and lefts to her face, lolling sideways into the ropes just staring as the punches rain home - bell sounds to save the blonde as the ref bodies a snarling Ashley Judd off her prey!

Round 5: Judd stepping in behind a quick stick, POUNDS A RIGHT HAND INTO CHARLIZE' LEFT BREAST - blonde groaning, falling in to clinch, bog her foe down in the first minute. Second minute, Theron gets her wind back, getting leggy, steering Judd with the jab. Final minute, Charlize is dialing in, striping Ashley with searing right hands across the cheek, turning the brunette's head savagely as Judd wades in to work. JUDD GOES WOBBLY BUTT! Suddenly staggering back - Charlize hopping forward, curling the left hand up from the thigh, catching Judd in the lips, swatting the right hand across the cheek until Ashley hits the ropes in disarray. Payback from a vengeful blonde - Charlize just TEARING away at a helpless brunette with slinging mittfuls of justice. Judd swaying defenseless at the bell - Charlize bodied back by the ref as the crowd roars in delight at the vicious back and forth.

Round 6: Both girls busting up badly, suffering cruel strokes in the first half, but it's Charlize who finds the range to open the sixth. Theron outside, brushing Judd's parted lips with a sweeping left and PLOWING home the straight right hand between the eyes - Ashley doing a hurting little box-step as she struggles to stand upright - Theron stepping right as she backhands the jab, screening her slicing right hands that are welting up the left side of Judd's pretty face. Down the stretch, somehow Ashley Judd finds the will to get her way - PUSHING THE JAB INTO CHARLIZE' CHEST, bending over the top to land the right hand, nailing Charlize as she drifts backward, hands down. Tired work against the ropes at the bell, Charlize mouth open, hands on Judd's shoulders - Ashley with her forehead on Theron's collarbone, HANDS PUMPING BACK AND FORTH TO BOTH BREASTS AND FLAT, PROTESTING, BELLY.

Round 7: Charlize rambling left, hands low, mouth open - she's starting to feel that bodywork as Judd walks her down. Fight becomes Theron taking a few bouncing steps, getting cut off and forced to trade as Judd's insistent jab is an increasing factor. Theron holding her own however - Ashley paying the price when she comes in - Charlize standing firm, licking her punches up from her thighs in curling arcs, then bending over to the right to pull in that whippy hook on the cheek. JUDD GETTING IT DONE WITH STRAIGHT RIGHT HANDS TO THE HEART - heartless hooks across the waist and mouth - IN THE FINAL MINUTE, SHE STACKS AN EXHAUSTED THERON UP ON THE ROPES AND WORKS HER OVER! Theron missing a tired right hand over the top as Judd slips left, then twists into that cranking counter hook on the chin! Charlize mouthpiece sent flying off her teeth - she's staring, dazed once again as Judd pounds the right in, pounds the left - punches just crashing back and forth across Theron's face as the blonde is pushing lightly against straining brunette chest. Once again Judd is bodied off her stiffened prey at the bell - Theron windblown, face a swollen ruin - she's staggering, forlorn after seven.

Round 8: Another good first minute of pressure - ASHLEY GETS TO CHARLIZE' BODY WITH A STRAIGHT RIGHT HAND, COMING UP LOW AND WORKING THERON'S CHEST -  the blonde tries desperately to tie up on the inside. Middle minute however, Charlize standing her ground, showing that welterweight strength as she palms Judd's shoulders, pushing for punching room and lighting the shorter woman up with licking uppercuts from either hand. Theron nice and loose, dropping her left to her thigh, letting Ashley lean in and picking the brunette up with repeated tight right uppercuts that put wobble in red trunks. By the final minute, Charlize has the knack - propping Ashley up with the left shoulder, then falling off to the right, picking Judd up with the right uppercut as the brunette stumbles forward. Judd's mouthpiece gets smacked free - she's all shaken up, reaching for Charlize in desperation as the blonde keeps turning right, lashing her punches in on groggy brunette face.

Round 9: Shutout Charlize! Theron finally imposing her will, breaking Judd down with the whippy stick off the thigh, forcing her back with straight right hands between the eyes, and slashing away with long armed combinations up against the ropes as the brunette resorts to clinching to stop the punishment. Ref issuing breaks, pushing the sweat-soaking blonde back - Charlize taking a deep breath, then wading back in to mop up with rising hooks, chopping rights to the face. Judd all busted up and swooning at the bell - Theron boozy, slow to get her shoulder off Judd's chest as the two girls take a moment to sway together.

Round 10: Theron cruising with a slender lead - on her toes, hands low, feeding Judd tired jabs, just legging out the round. Ashley with arms crossed at her body, bobbing forward, slipping the stick, finally gets the right hand she's been looking for. Charlize twisting into the cross, missing over the right hand and getting NAILED the counter left hook as Judd explodes out of her crouch. Theron pulling back too late, her own momentum sends her crashing backward to the canvas - Judd's forward motion giving her an excuse to trample the fallen blonde. Theron flopping, disastrously hurt, gets off her back just in time but she is RUINED at the ropes. ON COMES ASHLEY! Judd exhausted, but summoning the will, pushing aside Charlize' protecting arm and thumping away - PANCAKING JUGS with heart-stopping force; twisting into short lefts and rights that land with plenty of forearm. THERON'S MOUTHPIECE DRIBBLES DOWN HER CHEST. CHARLIZE SOBBING, LIMP AGAINST THE ROPES as Judd stacks her up and beats relentlessly. THE REF STEPS IN! Ashley Judd bursting into tears as she airplanes around the ring - Theron ashen faced, trembling in defeat as the ref holds her up. TKO10 Ashley Judd!

Judd hauling a badly battered Theron off her stool with a handful of wet hair, steers the blonde around the ring with her right hand around her waist, firmly holding the blonde's left wrist, pulling down her top and twisting her arm out away from her body to give everyone a good view of her bruised boobs. Theron blubbering, trying in vain to shield her battered boobies with her trembling right hand. Both women left unrecognizable after a fight of the year candidate.

Judd glorying in post fight, "I've been saying it all along - we've toughened up at sub 130! Now, we'll be passing Charlize around for one brunette beating after another. Now that I've initiated her, it's only going to get worse - there are chunks of Theron still left in this ring that she won't have for the next brunette. Mark my words: there will NEVER be another blonde champion at lightweight. They're gonna be reduced to fighting each other for our table scraps!"
