BEFORE: Charlize technically on vacation in sunny Belize, but chance for a pick-up fight against Maria M too good to pass up. "It's just a chance to rev the engine a bit, keep myself in fighting trim," an upbeat CT says in a BLONDE! mag podcast. "For Maria, it's the chance of a lifetime, but for me? It's better than going for a jog on the beach or whatever...way better!" Menounos recognizing the opportunity: CT on the beach might not be at her sharpest. "I saw her frollicking in the surf," Maria says on the same podcast, "asked her if she might be up for a fight, and she said 'when and where'. Theron's combative, but I'm coming off a strong performance against Moon Bloodgood, so I think I'm probably a bit more in tune. I'm gonna get after her hard - if she's in 'relax' mode, I really believe I'll take it to her!" Maria in dark brown bikini; messy beach ponytail with ringlets framing face; small black gloves. Charlize in green bikini; hair twisted into smooth battle bun; small black gloves. Ring posts set up directly on sand; private Belize resort-beach - privileged elite/guests of hotel in attendance only. Blazing hot sun for noon-day battle.

R1: CT barefoot on sand, steps counterclockwise, putting herself up-sun of Maria. Theron working smoothly - shouldering in left jab to body; slapping over the palm-down hook off the jab, catching Maria good clout. Menounos trying to jab up the middle, running herself into stiff blonde poke: CT getting the better of sturdy, dug-in boxing from planted stances. Maria forced to keep hands up, trying to protect jugs/head: Theron takes advantage with heavy hooks to waist; long, straight right hands palm-down against stomach. Big spank punches Maria off-stance: she's stricken, cranky, unable to draw a line in sand and keep CT behind it.

R2: Maria double-hooking, touching Theron in the ribs, then turning her chin aside as CT's hook sails high. THERON'S SHOOK! Stumble-step in sand, CT: she covers up earmuff, trying to dig in. Maria big to the body: thick, strapping right/lefts whack paunch, backing Theron to ropes. Charlize frowning, cupping hands on Maria's ears to control brunette head: Menounos crowding close, pumping body blows to work CT's graham-wafer brown tummy. Hard-working Maria has CT ropebound - Charlize's sleek torso well-bumped as Menounos works waist; Maria coming off body with jerking uppercuts to chin, brushing Theron back. Charlize soaking up harm: she's pulling Maria's head down, tying her up, but not doing a lot to get off ropes or answer back. Bell: Maria snatches a right hand off CT's ribs with a wet spank; ref pulls brunette off by her arm as Menounos forces blazing eye contact.

R3: Brawling swings back and forth: Maria dipping her head down to pull either hand overtop - she's catching Charlize upside the head. Theron slobberknocked, repeatedly caught while trying to uppercut...she staggers back into ropes, covering up earmuff and stooping forward. Maria DIGS at Oscar-winning ribcage: pumping trio of right uppercuts up into sternum doubles Charlize up. Theron grimacing, but fighting back in spots: she'll lean back into ropes with right uppercuts; twist torso-right to swipe left hooks across...CT keeping elbows in, covering up quickly after stroking. Maria clipped, but hanging tough, pushing and crowding Charlize, then popping hips-right to rip hooks to CT's flat waistline. Down the stretch, rip-roaring two-way slugfest gives way to Maria beating on ropebound Theron. Charlize face-in-gloves, elbows in tight to body: Maria bumping her forehead into Theron's guard, then HAMMERING her flanks thick, thumping lefts and rights. Bell: CT's ribs throbbing; Maria chesting up, nostrils flaring until ref pulls her away.

R4: Theron stepping to midring: long jab; slapping hook; tidy right uppercut off right (back) leg taxes Maria on the way in. Menounos touched up - she gets in close, but covers up, cringes as Theron hooks her heavy behind right elbow, pivots 'round brunette right flank. Charlize lanky but busy: right uppercuts scrape across Maria's guard, keeping it occupied; thick, slinging hooks slam hard to right flank; methodical counterclockwise pivots keep Maria turning. Menounos' turn to show face-in-gloves, take it to the body, and mope on the spot: Theron strapping on patient, big-girl licks, punishing Maria bell to bell.

R5: Menounos mouthbreathing in the heat: Charlize leans in, spearing a long right hand down into hard-working brunette breadbasket. Maria covering up with a grunt: she's stooped forward behind her mitts, letting CT get off. Theron at medium/close range - using left or right uppercuts to scrape at Maria's guard, then going body with either hand, rip-snatching at brunette waist/flanks. Maria gasping, taking thumping body shots, baby-stepping forward, getting herself turned as CT sidesteps. Theron brawny, but playing it smart - never smothering herself on Maria, or allowing Menounos to tie up. Second minute - signs of distress apparent in Maria's legs: heavy blonde body blows taking a toll. Hook to waist loosens Maria; left uppercut splits her mitts...Menounos staggers back wide eyed, guard broken. Charlize steps in; sweeps a wide, rangy left hook across Maria's lips as Menounos flinches back; DRIVES in the slinging right hand - Theron getting full extension as she bends into a thunderbolt. Head swivel Maria as she's caught clean to chin while backing up: legs freeze up, pitching Maria straight onto her back in sand, hands flapping up above her head. Menounos astounded - eyelashes fluttering, mouth open wide in shock, chest rising and falling in KO cadence: that's KO5 Charlize in spectacular fashion.

After: CT all golden brown and grinning in postfight: big venue or small, she loves to stretch out her brunettes. "I felt her power early," Charlize addresses the well-heeled crowd on mic. "I deliberately hung back on the ropes, let her spend up some money, and as soon as I felt her pace slacken, I turned on the jets. She wilted right away - body shots in the tropics, you know? Once I had her woozy, I wanted her chin, and BAM: lights out Maria! I love punching in the sun, and I love the fact that I can knock a girl out, then hop in the ocean for a quick dip - that's what it's all about!"
