Theron surrounded by a personal staff of security, makeup, massage-therapy, financial, legal and other professionals - Farrell carrying her own luggage off the plane, surrounded only by close TE friends/stablemates. Theron besieged by clamoring press - Farrell frequently off to the far side of the room with her trainer. TE playing the underdog card for all it's worth, and let's face it, there's something to it.

Rd 1: Charlize hands low, juking left and right, bringing the lead right off her thigh, slapping the left to ear and sidestepping - she's showboating early. Farrell dukes up, trying to block and get into position to counter. Midway through, Girls trade jabs, Farrell coming up short and Theron's follow-on right hand shakes Terry's legs! Slapping left, another drilling right, step to the right - Charlize has Farrell coming apart at the seams. Farrell falls in to clinch - Theron deliberately packing the girl into her own corner to work her over in plain view of Bell, CB, Syren and the rest. Luscious beating to the bell, Theron pushing up, shortening her strokes: supple uppercuts, thick body shots - Farrell grimacing, cramped up as the ref moves in.

Rd 2: Charlize grinning, feinting, extending the right hand to touch up, then cranking the hook - she's having fun. End of the first minute - Farrell times a gorgeous right hand over Theron's jab, pushing in the champ's chin and THERON'S HURT! Charlize wobbly butt, leaning forward behind her gloves and FARRELL LIGHTS HER UP with a gorgeous left uppercut! Theron's head popping up dazed between her gloves - she's hurt, but she starts slugging back. Crowd pleasing slugfest erupts as classy girls decide to trade until someone gets caught. Bell sounds - fists flying - ref gets involved as tempers flare through 2.

Rd 3: Charlize all business now - sharp boxing, very competitive third. Farrell boxing Theron to a standstill midring - both girls relaxed, flat footed, jabbing to midsection and face, slowly rotating clockwise. Theron bodies up to take Farrell to the ropes late, muscling the brunette, riding a forearm up under Terry's chin to earn a warning and a slap on the shoulder from the ref. Cat up on the apron, engaging Theron in a snarling exchange - Terry shoving the blonde - order finally restored after some delay.

Rd 4: Charlize reaching under Terry's arms to body up - blonde tired of trying to fence with the crafty challenger outside. Theron struggling, straining to jam Teri into her home corner - deliberate move by Theron has TE on it's collective feet, hollering advice. And Charlize Theron takes it to Terry Farrell without remorse. Sickening body shots - Charlize supple with her shoulders, crippling her girl with licking blows - tough shoulder bumps - rugged uppercuts. Terry going glassy-eyed, right hand at left cheek, left across her middle - she's trying to roll her shoulders, blunt some of the incoming. Big beautiful blonde beat down - Charlize just shoving and slugging, loving it on Terry, catching her more and more as the round wears down. Final moments, Charlize dipping to her left, lifting left hook/uppercuts into a slumping Terry - finally Farrell’s legs give way and deposit her stunned on all fours. Charlize standing right there, hands on the top rope, corralling Terry in the corner with her legs - blonde hollering taunts at TE and Cat - Bell forcibly restrained - this thing's getting ugly.

Rd 5: "Baby you gotta get her respect," Syren tells Terry. Farrell lumping up, looking shopworn, but she comes alive when the bell rings. Terry with the left at waist level, strong, shivering jabs shatter against Theron stacking her up midring. Charlize still looking to body up to brawl, but Farrell’s adjusting with her feet, sliding back to fade, then cracking Charlize the counter right hand. Theron rejected time and again, shaking her head as right hands pile up on her chin. Down the stretch - girls fall in together and TERRY CLIPS CHARLIZE THE RIGHT HAND! Theron hurt on the way in - Farrell able to wrap up around the ribs, spin and put Charlize on the ropes - brawny brunette beat down as Charlize covers up! Theron presenting her left side, lolling hurt in the strands - Terry gritting her teeth, swinging away right hands to the back, left hands to the stomach as the ref shoulders his way in. Seething chests, glaring eyes all 'round - more delays as girls have to be walked back to their corners.

Rd 6: Farrell still working behind that loose jab, trying to turn on right hands - Charlize, jabbing to the chest, moving her head, looking for openings. Midway through, girls trade jabs in the mouth, lean into right hands, comeback with hooks, but Charlize' hook wins the race. Head snap Farrell and TERRY GOES DOWN! Farrell on her back, lifting her head in swoon off the mat - Charlize parading, hands held high. Gutsy effort to beat the count, but Farrell’s shabby, stooping forward off the ropes - Theron wades into her with a snarl. Charlize muscular as she gathers Farrell up, wrestles her into the TE corner and starts a withering, vintage Theron barrage. Shattering wide right hands bounce off Terry's ribs, bunching her forward. Slick uppercuts snake in between bodies, caressing Terry's jaw, sitting back into the turnbuckles. Charlize gets low, stacks her girl back with heavy effort, gets back on the body sweaty. Terry wilts from organized defense, to ramshackle, to limp and helpless - punches tearing at her vitals, bashing her head around - it's all too much. Ref finally wades in to stop this thing, bumping Theron to the side - she immediately leans over the top rope to get into it with TE as bells clang to restore order. TKO6 Charlize Theron.

After: Decision announced - Charlize grabs Terry by her top and hauls her to her feet, hissing "You're going!" in Farrell’s ear. Tough to watch walk of shame - Farrell one of the nicest, hardest working women in the sport, roughed up and treated shabby by one of the cruelest. At the TE corner, Charlize with her arm tight around Terry's waist gets into it yet again with TE officials - Farrell’s head lolling, teary eyed brunette mumbling 'I'm sorry' to no one in particular. Scene finally broken up by cooler heads as Bell is held back, Theron tossing Farrell into Syren's arms like a sack of meat and strutting off to celebrate some more.
