Before: Connelly brusque, businesslike in prefight: Dani Fishel considered a tune up at best for the Mega-celeb brunette as she makes preparations to win back the bantam belts.

"Fishel's the right fight at the right time for me," Jen says. "She'll offer me good tough rounds, get me firing on all cylinders - I often like to fit her in a fight or two before I fight for the title, just to push me to my peak. That, and facing Dani always gives me a chance to win Beating of the Year!"

Fishel blushing at Jennifer's dismissive, superior commentary - plenty of billboard stuff coming out of the Connelly camp these days. "To hear Jenny talk, I guess I'm just supposed to show up, take my beating, collect my cheque and slink on out of town," Dani chuckles. "Something tells me it ain't gonna work out that way. Maybe Connelly missed my last fight, but I'm coming in here off a beat down over Kelly Hu - if anyone's a title tune up in this fight, it'll be Jenny...FOR ME!"

Connelly in white string bikini, white gloves - Dani in navy bandeau bikini with big baby blue polka dots and spaghetti strap supports, high puncher's ponytail with long bangs framing her face, white gloves.

During R1: Jenny's feet spread wide - she wants to punch with authority tonight, make sure she's getting Dani's respect. Fishel bobbing energetically, stubby jab out of the weave, moving her head very well early: tough for Connelly to land the jab. Jenny sliding back, looking to walk Dani onto the short left uppercut - not really getting the punch. Fishel coming up short with that blunt right cross off the jab, but landing some splashy hooks to Jen's flank and belly in hit-and-miss first.

R2: Jenny putting things together - darting the jab, doubling it when necessary - she's starting to slow Fishel's advance. Connelly still sliding back, looking for the intercept left uppercut - catching Dani under the chin more effectively this round, stalling Fishel's rushes. Lateral movement completing the package - sound fundamental boxing from Jennifer in the second.

R3: Jenny gets a GOOD left uppercut off her jab, stunning Dani - Fishel posing as Connelly reloads and hooks Dani HARD amidships. Fishel grimacing - Jennifer raking the little juggernaut crisp hooks while keeping the right hand high n' tight - Fishel forced to bail in first minute, scuttling for breathing room. Dani shakes off the poke like a trooper, fighting and winning a spirited exchange to begin the second minute - now it's Jennifer stepping out, looking to use the ring and create space. Fishel making the fight rest of the way - bobbing and weaving Frazier-style, constantly coming forward, palming Jennifer's shoulder tuff the right hand, hooking Jen's waist and ribs. Bell: Dani taunting Jen, tapping her own chin and daring Connelly to hit her harder - Jennifer not rising to the bait, knows she probably took the round with her hard potshotting early haymakers.

R4: Jennifer getting more of it her own way - girls are fighting midring, Jenn stepping around, working her jab, just steering Fishel around the ring. Dani wise to that jerking left uppercut of Jennifer's, but Connelly now catching Fishel with serious, downward slanting right hands on the eye - putting Dani wobbly butt in the second minute. Jennifer coming forward after punching, even pushing Dani in the shoulders to get her tottering backward, then hooking Fishel's stocky ribcage. Thick spank dished out by Connelly this round - Dani not so cocky going back to her corner after a bruising fourth.

R5: Rousing action - Jennifer planting and slugging more to get a little more punishment on Dani - Fishel eating it and answering back, clocking Connelly hooks upside the head that weren't landing earlier. Jennifer moved sideways by the sock, finding her feet and resetting - she's committed to brawling this round and Dani's getting the better of it. Fishel working out of her energetic bob, landing overhand rights to the ear, hooks body and head, stubby jabs - she's outconnecting Jennifer in hot toe-to-toe trade.

R6: Dani really pouring on the pressure - jabbing Jennifer to ropes, bludgeoning her arms and flanks, working her way inside to fight off Connelly's chest. Jennifer sitting in the ropes and sopping up shock on her sides, looking almost Hu-like the way she's taking all glum and sullen. Jennifer doing some clinching this round, pulling down on Dani's head - constant rib work, arm punching, chest bashing, waist wallop has Connelly's mouth open at the bell. Dani shoving Jennifer at the break, shouting at her: "I'M IN YOUR TRUNKS JEN!" Connelly scowling back, looking bruised, dishevelled through 6.

R7: Dani herky jerk - up and down, bobbing, weaving, jabbing - kid's got jump tonight. Connelly's eyes narrowed - she wants some space, trying to keep Dani off with the jab, circling to the left. Minute mark: Dani startles Jen with a shaving right, brushing brunette up tall, eyes blinking, hands low and OH MY GOD THAT HOOK! Fishel turning into the come-back left, hips twisting, leaving her feet like a tennis player turning into a baseline forehand - she catches 100% of Jennifer's Oscar winning chin and CONNELLY CRASHES TO HER BACK! Sickening head-torque, cringe-making canvas contact as Connelly's head bounces heavily off canvas - she's eerily still as Dani bellows down in primitive exultation - stunning KO7 Dani Fishel!

After: Connelly not moving - big screen showing slow-mo replays of the thunderous whack - Fishel getting every bit of her jiggling mass behind one of the most telling blows struck in an FCBA ring this year. "I can still feel the vibration in my shoulder!" an excited Dani chirps on camera. "You catch a girl's chin that perfectly maybe two or three times in an entire CAREER if you're lucky - I can't ever remember hitting anybody like I hit Jennifer tonight. She's got a great chin, but I don't care WHO you are - you get tagged like that and you're going out right NOW!" Ugly scene as Jennifer is gingerly moved to a stretcher - a concerned Dani approaching to make sure everything's OK when Jessica Biel, Naomi Watts and Laetitia Casta rush in from the side, tackling Dani to canvas and PUMPING punches into her. Crazed, frenzied digging - the kind of punches you'd use to get a pit bull off the neighbor's cat - officials quickly break it up as Fishel's screaming "I WAS JUST MAKING SURE SHE WAS OK!" Tech fighters obviously misinterpreting Dani's intentions in the heat of the moment - not that they're particularly sorry. First Hu, now Connelly: Dani making one of her patented runs at the championship with exclamation mark type wins back to back.
