Before: "I fought Mish to a draw last time out," perky Hayden grins at the podium. "I didn't see anything I couldn't handle there. I'm very stingy with other girls in that ring. I want ALL the oxygen; ALL the points; ALL the minutes and rounds - every time out. Michelle Williams can't make a living on the inside against me - no way. This fight's where I start taking everything away from Mish." Williams cranky, visibly irritated by almost anything Panettiere does: Hayden's itching powder to Michelle. "As fighters, we've been on HISC Corporate to make something happen with Foxfire," Mish reveals. "They're a bunch of mouthy tramps and a good round of beatings will smarten them up. Yes, Hayden held me to a draw one night - a night that meant nothing to me, on the heels of half a dozen wars I was still feeling a bit. Panettiere comes into the biggest night of her life and pours 100% of herself into the occasion and manages to survive maybe 25% me. Means nothing. After this fight, Hayden's gonna realize she's got no future at 110 - gonna have to pork up and try her luck elsewhere." Michelle in leopard print push up; tawdry shoulder length blonde curls; crimson boy cut trunks with leopard hip-belt; small black work out gloves. Hayden in punching pink-red-white horizontal bar bikini; slick ponytail; small white work out gloves. Ring instructions: Mish like a thoroughbred being difficult at the gate - pushing into Hayden, bumping her, delaying proceedings.
During R1: Hayden compact - dukes at chin - rapid, bobbing head movement - elbows in. When Panny punches it's abrupt, muscular action - frequently off a shoulder bump or out of the bobbing crouch. Mish a little quieter with her body - more relaxed - she'll dip to either side of Hayden, give her shoulder bump, hook her tummy, work her flanks. Plenty of spicy give and take - girls very intense as they scour away on each other. Williams the come-forward girl by a smidge - getting Hayden to give up canvas, even coaxing her to ropes on occasion. Close, competitive, hard working first to Williams.
R2: Hayden spitting a stubby jab - chipping contact at Mishy's hairline or mouth as Panny renegotiates - scoot-stepping inside. Hayden doubling up a nice tight hook to Mishy's jugs - double-whack impact as Panny's tilting to her right, right hand tight at her cheek. Panny digging hooks to tummy - round the right elbow - following up with a brawny shoulder in Mishy's chest. Williams gritting her teeth, digging in whenever she's forced back a couple steps: Mish hotly contesting every inch of canvas in more spanking trade. Panettiere raises the bar, outworking Mish, harrying the former champ all around the ring.
R3: Williams firms, refuses canvas to Hayden who can't come forward. Mish in there shoulder to shoulder, rolling shoulders to put tidy right/lefts on Hayden's stubborn paunch, then working up-torso from there. Mish tight with her hook to Panny's right ear, and a licking little right uppercut out of the crouch is pasting Hayden proper. Mishy warned for her head - very rough getting position inside with it. Mishy warned for throwing her shoulder at Hayden's mouth. Mishy warned "Keep 'em up Michelle" as swinging body blows take Hayden on her beltline. Hayden scrapping back best she can, but off her heels she's not quite the same girl.
R4: Mish takes the first back to back rounds. Scouring, scrubbing, bumping hard work getting it done: Mish fighting brutal, grinding exchanges, levering Hayden out of her foxhole, stepping her back. Girls panting as they push and work inside - heads constantly shifting to either opposition shoulder as each seeks fresh patches of tummy or rib to work. Hayden really greasing MIshy's jugs that tidy double-hook - but paying a steep price as Williams comes forward, gets the extra touch and has her way through 4.
R5: Brutal, hot-tossing two-way continues as blondes lean in and scrub. Grunting, hard-working panting - shoulders bumping at chests - arms writhing and wriggling to get inside-position, then punches erupting snappy. Hayden getting the hang of that quick, jerking right uppercut in close - nasty, curling punch, finishing up at her left ear on follow through: Mishy starting to get picked up, brushed back. Panettiere slowly starting to work Michelle out of HER dug in positions - Hayden pushing and punching Mish back in stages. Down the stretch - Hayden bobbin' n' bumpin' rips the quick right uppercut; turns into that tart hook - tic-toc contact pastes Michelle's face around, unhinges her knees for the first time. Hayden reaching under Mishy's arms - stamping stocky legs to drive Williams to ropes: chugging celebration of rights and lefts plowed happily to Williams tummy has her bunching up, groaning in pain at bell.

R6: Hayden spitting the stubby jab - scoot-stepping to the right, bobbing under an angry Williams hook; stamping a firm straight right to Mishy's face: Hayden dressing Mish up early with classy, rapid moves at close (but not touching) range. Williams getting rung up - turning on the spot, keepiing her dukes up: this mobile, energetic Hayden outside, a little unexpected. Hayden stamp-jabbing to Michelle's body, hopping in and out, roaring in with clouting right crosses over Mishy's left - tasty stuff! Williams answers with a rushing tackle - headbutting Hayden under her left eye while driving her ragdoll to ropes: middle minute sees Michelle climb into Hayden's trunks and work her over crude at ropes. Ref's break as the girls get all tangled up - action restarts midring for last minute: Hayden continues ringing Mish up hard, stiff, stubby right hands - often leading with them, jumping them in as Michelle's regrouping. Williams blinking, on her heels a bit, looking shabby - face jolts back from yet another stamping right, knees bend. Mish stooping forward hurt, trying to get under this stuff: Hayden REEFS hooks behind Mishy's right elbow and WILLIAMS TAKES A KNEE! Mish panting, grimacing on her right knee - she beats the count at the bell, elbow in tight to her right side.
R7: Taking a knee may have been the smart, veteran thing to do, but it's like waving a red flag in front of Hayden; she comes CHARGING out of her corner. Williams covering up like a woman trying to wade through hurricane winds - Hayden baring her teeth, unleashing non-stop, giddy-up punching from both hands. Stubby jabs, pesky. Herky jerk uppercuts - lefts and rights both - from in close. Batting, straight arm ratatat shivering off Michelle's flanks. Digging hup-hup to paunch, beating precious breath from Mishy's body. Fight drifts to ropes and look at Hayden get big - leaning in on Mish to stack her up, then turning tight punches to breadbasket as Williams bleats in pain. Hayden SO compact in there - leading with her shoulders as she curls tidy lefts and rights home: Mishy just getting bludgeoned here - all around the ring. Down the stretch, steady torrent of Panettiere proves too much: Michelle sinks slowly to her right knee as small gloves pelt off her head and shoulders. Hayden jogging all smiles to neutral corner: panting Mish takes every second she can before standing.
R8: Mish firms - crowd roars: brutal toe-to-toe attrition midring as Williams stems the tide. It's costly: Michelle eating Hayden's tightly turned right uppercuts and robust combinations to the body, but Williams determined not to take another backward step. Hayden breaking agaiinst Michelle's defences in waves: Panettiere beating at former champ's arms and flanks, leaving openings as Michelle erupts from crouches to score. Bell: they're still clanging away - Hayden willing to be hit just to get Michelle to spend the energy.
R9: Mish has another high octane minute in her - pushing Hayden back behind close-in, stuffing lefts and rights to tummy - then Hayden surges back. Panettiere electrifying the crowd with a sudden buzzsawing attack: Mish wilting under sustained pulse of straight rights, double left hooks, jamming jabs, ripping uppercuts. Williams hits ropes, faces into a clouting right, eats a pair of sticky left hooks to the liver and TAKES A KNEE! Michelle gasping - left hand working her left side, trying to knead the pain away. Woozy 8 Mish: Hayden pouring right back in as ref waves her in. Panny pushing in greedy - head rubbing Mishy's puffy face aside as fists burrow into tummy. Poor Williams trying to tie up behind Hayden's elbows, but Panny won't have it - she's wriggling, she's bumping, she's putting leather on meat and DOWN GOES MISH! Williams sobbing on all fours, tummy panting in and out - Mishy all busted up and distraught, trying to feel her legs. Williams beats the count ragdoll with almost a full minute left: Hayden wades back in, treats herself to all things Mish as Williams slumps to a seat in ropes, earmuffs up and ships her beating.
R10: Michelle's eyes swelliing to slits, puffy lips parted - she's up off her stool like a little trooper, but obviously not relishing the thought of more Hayden at this point. Mish wandering to her right, trying to stay away: Panettiere hopping after, walks Mish down, takes her to ropes, and has her. Hayden has Mish to the tummy - chugging at her with shoulders rotating. Hayden has Mish to the breasts - getting in there close and scrubbing across with the world's tightest hooks. Hayden has Mish to chin - uppercutting and hooking with that compact, all back-and-shoulder delivery. Mishy drowsy, sleepy - taking punches as she dips slowly forward, or leans back - hands up, or crossing in distracted fashion. Steady beat of hooks drumming at waist pays off late as Mish sinks to right knee again, right hand in ropes for support: Hayden backs off seething, chest heaving as she looks over the hurt. Williams plucky, rallying to a slumping seat on ropes: she finishes up in earmuff, taking the beating of a lifetime from tireless Hayden at bell. Comes back UD10 Hayden Panettiere.
After: Hayden leaping into arms of her trainer, being carried around the ring as Foxfire fighters cavort and celebrate: Panny goes at Mish the hard way, gets it done, leaving Williams sulking in her corner. "She's bigger than me," admits a puffy, but exuberant Hayden in postfight, "I felt her strength early, but I was determined to break her spirit. She just couldn't take it in there from me - she got more and more used up and I just got stronger! There's a lot of extra junk on her chassis and I think carrying it around really tired her out late: I'm in way better condition, so I just outworked her! OH! And, plus - did you guys see me punk her jugs? I was givin' her this (throws that tidy left hook, right fist pretty at her cheek as she turns it over) and it TOTALLY made her quit a little!" Williams sulking, petulant in her corner, snappish as Hannigan's helping her with her gloves: has little Hayden gotten into Mishy's head?
