Before: Exhibition marks the debut of Pam Grier as Charlize' new trainer replacing Janet Jones, dismissed after two straight early KO's and a string of lackluster performances. Theron enjoying the pre-fight hoopla - posters depict Charlize with devil-may-care nonchalance as she stares down 10 bikini'd celebs...weigh in a similar scene with Theron grinning, hands on hips as she faces down her 10 opponents - all dressed in two piece swimsuits or underwear. Makes for good theater, but hardcore fans dismiss the event as grandstanding - one vocal critic in particular, Halle Berry, guest commentator for the fight.

"I think it's obvious Charlize is trying to distract the fans from her problems with a gimmick like this, but think about it, this fight isn't as dangerous as facing Halle Berry quality each and every round. There are some good fighters in this group - I've sparred with Famke, Mariah can crack - but there's a lot of cheese in this line up too - a LOT of cheese! I think Charlize knows she's better off against this ten than my one."

Strategy for the ten? "If Janet Jones didn't have anything to do with this," says one HBO suit, "then it's someone who went to the Janet Jones school of fight planning and took pretty good notes. Krakowski to start - hit her with a veteran who can steal a round and put Theron in a hole. Then body bangers Lynch, Daniel, Moore to take Charlize' legs out of the fight, leave her sucking wind down the stretch. Middle rounds you up tempo with younger, busier fighters Lintel and Casta, then coming home it's murderer's row; Carey, McPherson, Jansen, and Middleweight Champ Christy Brinkley. I don't care what anyone says - that's a celebrity minefield."

Round 1: Jane Krakowski in orange sports bra, red bikini bottoms. Jane with right hand at her chin, left across her body, trying to step Charlize down, but the lankier blonde is in gliding form early. Theron peppering Jane from outside, keeping the jab on, steering the shorter woman mid-ring. Krakowski tentative, not pressing the action much - angry glares from her compatriots seated ringside at the bell as Jane gives up a breezy shutout without putting any mileage on Charlize.

Round 2: Kelly Lynch glaring, black leather bikini, steps out and immediately rams home a stubborn jab to the center of Theron's chest, backing the blonde up and leaving her vulnerable to some juicy right hand scoops to the breadbasket. Theron giving up some gut churning haymakers early, gets the riot under control after the first minute, her long legs effortlessly bailing her out of trouble. Charlize conscientiously keeping her back off the ropes, treats Lynch to the same dowsing Krakowski got - jabs at range - Lynch blocking high, turning, but unable to get off under the classy deluge.

Round 3: Brittany Daniel anxious to get at it - she's sparred with Charlize before in preparation for Cat Bell and isn't as awestruck as might be expected. Leopard print bra style bikini for Brit. Daniel rocketing out of her corner, catches Theron in her corner and immediately hammers her chest - right mitt to right tit, left mitt to left tit - crowd roaring as Theron's back hits the ropes, mouth open in shock and she's in trouble early! Theron fighting back, digging down and licking uppercuts back at Brittany to brawl off the ropes - zesty two way punching as Daniel stays close, getting inside the jab, making Charlize trade. Final minute, both blondes working hard - BRITTANY DUCKING UNDER SHOTS TO COME UP AND DRIVE EITHER FIST HARD INTO CHARLIZE' BRA - Theron giving ground, looking pasty faced as the body blows add up. Brittany putting brisk combinations together, comes off the breasts and swivels Charlize' head with a tight left hook - THERON GOES DOWN! Charlize scooting to her butt, gets clipped clean. She gets stiffly to her feet as Daniel bounds gleefully to a neutral corner. Final moments electrifying as a dazed Theron rides her left arm around Brittany's head, pulling the youngster's face to her chest - Daniel pitching away with both gloves downstairs, softening up the belly, SCUFFING UP THERON'S BREASTS - Charlize groggy, hanging on - Brittany STILL SPANKING SACK after the bell. Brittany celebrating wildly as the ref pulls her off - a chagrined Charlize slumping onto her stool in evident discomfort.

Round 4: Doesn't get any easier as Demi Moore re-applies the pressure - Moore in teal bikini top, orange bottoms. Hard right hand leads pound Theron's cheek - Moore coming in with the left hook to the pit of the stomach, setting up shop on Charlize' chest to bang away until the blonde can tie up head and right arm. Moore bulling Charlize to the ropes and methodically beating her body, landing juicy whacks across the waist, keeping her head nestled in under Theron's chin as she pumps fists to the torso. Charlize holding, sitting in the ropes, conserving energy - she's starting to lump up as she falls behind on the cards.

Round 5: Change up backfires as luscious Laetitia Casta takes the ring in red bikini. Return to boxing a welcome respite for Charlize who keys her opponents plump jugs with stabbing left and straight right hands, stepping to the left to keep Casta off balance. Casta misjudging distance, often coming up short as Charlize legs out of range, then getting caught by the blonde's ever-ready counter right uppercut on the mouth. Final minute: Charlize clips chin with a sweet left uppercut, sidesteps to her right to come up on Casta's left shoulder and pounds the mouthpiece of the model's teeth with a crashing blind side right cross. Casta headfirst stupefied into the ropes - hurting and wobbly butt at the bell.

Round 6: Michelle Lintel in pale blue bikini with white bordering, battle braid hair - has problems cutting off the ring as Charlize starts to cruise again. Theron rambling left and right, wrong-footing Michelle and pot-shotting around her guard - blonde not staying in one place long enough to engage in any crowd pleasing exchanges. Lintel avoids the shutout in the final minute with some rangy right hands to Charlize ribcage - glancing blows as Theron rides well with the punches.

Round 7: A very beefy looking Mariah Carey in gold bikini, hair up, takes the ring with bad intentions. Charlize fully recovered, wheeling easy around her girl - Theron victimizes Mariah's bulging bikini top with pawing lead right hands and slaps the singer's face to the side with a clapping left hook. Charlize able to step in and out, then pivot to the side, nullifies Carey's big right hand - Mariah can't get it over this round. Harsh looks from the bench as Carey returns to her corner on shaky legs.

Round 8: The bettors favorite to knock Charlize out - Elle McPherson swoops into the ring in black bikini. Theron waiting on Elle's right hand, moving in to block it high and countering with hard, short right hands of her own on the inside, bashing away to the taller blonde's rib cage or mouth, then tying up for breaks. By the end, Charlize has Elle reeling, wide eyed - Theron moving in off the block to land her right, stepping out to pull her calling card left into Elle's flat tummy. Theron punishing Elle at the ropes - pushing the big girl back by her shoulders, then pulling her forward with a left at the neck, bouncing that curling right hand off the taut stomach. Shutout Charlize - Elle looking like she's been kicked out of bed.

Round 9: Famke does better. Janssen in black bikini top, red crochet bottoms, stalks Charlize, patiently walking the blonde down, reaching in a telephone pole jab, then roaring over the top with crashing right hands. Theron forced to move, she's circling to her right away from Famke's power - looking for opportunities to dive in and beat the brunette to the cross. Famke bending at the waist after throwing her right hands - Charlize can ride back with the punch, then step in and bash her right against Janssen's exposed kidney. Low connect percentage for both girls - Charlize' right hands getting there more often, Famke walking through it unfazed.

Round 10: Girls touch gloves for the last round - brawny Christie Brinkley in yellow bikini top, navy stretch pants to the ankle snarling, "You wanted me, little girl - you got me!" Brinkley then proceeds to get dismantled by a razor sharp Charlize. Theron stepping in with her jab, spearing it to the left eye, stepping out, feinting and coming with the surprise right cross - Brinkley badly confused and getting clocked clean on the jaw as Theron calls her shots. Punching adds up to put Middleweight champ wobbly butt and, in the final minute, a dazzling array of hooks sprawls Christy helpless on the ropes. Charlize pouring it on - batting to the flanks with shattering lefts and rights, then trying for the chin with go-home hooks - Christy cuffed and buffeted, swooning forward, pushing Charlize away, then sinking back into the ropes to take more punishment. Round ends to the sound of Charlize Theron marauding on a dazed Christy B - supermodel covering up and taking a shellacking to her back and sides.

Comes back demonstrative UD10 Charlize Theron who can't stop herself from chesting up and bellowing in Christie's sleepy face.

Bitter recriminations on the ten side, "Too many passengers," spits Demi Moore. "Everyone was waiting for me to win the fight. What the hell was Krakowski doing? We needed every girl to take it to Charlize - the whole plan was to wear her out and these girls were coasting."

Elle and Carey pushing in the aftermath, neither distinguishing herself, both accusing the other of dogging. Only Brittany Daniel really upbeat. "I thought she was going to be fast - but she wasn't at all," beams the blonde cutie, "I was tearing her up pretty good and I could see she REALLY didn't like the sack work, so I just kept putting it to her. Our big bangers just didn't show up tonight - anybody should've been able to stop Charlize after I got done softening her up."

As for Theron, white towel around the neck, plastic water bottle - she's breezy in post fight. "I wanted to work on a variety of things - I think you'll notice how I handled the big women in this contest. I feel good - I think to really make the endurance a factor against fresh sparring partners, we probably needed to schedule this for 12 or even 15 rounds. I mean, I had fresher legs than Elle did tonight!" And the knockdown? "Brittany Daniel did NOT 'scorch me' - she found a four leaf clover and I had to take a moment, that's all. She benefited greatly following a plodder in Lynch - it took me a moment to readjust to the speed."
