At least some of the rumours are true - Jones accompanying Daniel to weigh in, heckling Charlize during pre-fight - it's clear Janet's been mimicking Theron in sparring to give Brittany the best training possible for this fight. Will it be enough?

"Big bantams have had trouble stepping in with big lightweights," observes Kiana Tom, well known for her ability to fight above her weight. "In this case, Charlize isn't just bigger, she's the better mover - she should be able to win this fight with her jab."

Much being made of Daniel's knockdown over Charlize - really the only blemish on Theron's 10-against-1 performance.

"Britney doesn't have the leg speed in this fight, but she does have the hand speed," observes Demi Moore, who also participated in the 10 on 1. "When she knocked Charlize down, it was the surprise factor that did it - Daniel can do work in this fight if Theron lets her."

Round 1: Theron looking to impose size, get big on Daniel early and it's a mistake - Brittany able to get low, stand toe to toe and beat Charlize to punches as the girls trade. Daniel biting her left across Charlize' jaw, then POUNDING HER RIGHT ACROSS THERON'S JUGS, neatly fitting her punches inside Theron's slightly wider swings. Midway through, Daniel PUMPS AWAY WITH RISING LEFTS AND RIGHTS TO EITHER BREAST - Theron breaking down a bit, drapes up high to clinch - Daniel using her forearms against Charlize' belly to get hip separation, keeps up her DEVASTATING SACK ATTACK as Theron is forced back to the ropes. Shattering sight for Theron fans as Charlize lolls upright against the ropes, covering up and taking as Brit lets her hands go in tic-tac-toe punching up and down the blonde's flanks. Shutout Brittany Daniel!

Round 2: Grier telling Charlize, "Gimme some distance baby," during the break, but Charlize isn't convinced - she stubbornly wades out to fight head-on, flat footed, wanting to pulverize Brittany rather than carve her up. It's not working - Daniel not as strong as Charlize, but she's consistently beating the bigger girl to the punch in close confines, scorching Charlize' jaw line, hammering the ribcage, and anytime Charlize tries to clinch - CHUGGING PUMPERS TO THE BREASTS HAVE THE BIG GIRL GRIMACING IN DISCOMFORT. Not a shutout though, as Charlize starts to bang her way through Daniel's blocking guard, but BD exploiting her hand speed advantage early.

Round 3: Charlize adjusts. Theron opens up the canvas with her legs, gliding around Brittany, forcing Daniel to close the distance and fight gets easier for the taller girl. Brittany paying the price as she steps forward - Charlize chopping her up with the jab, then melting away - Daniel coming up short on her hook.

Round 4: Charlize in control, setting the tempo with her feet, keeping the jab on Brittany, and whenever Daniel tries to close - the pounding right hand of Theron keeps her outside. Final minute, Daniel working hard, bobbing up and down, trying to get to Charlize, slips a Theron right hand and comes back with a STAMPING LEFT HOOK TO THERON'S JUGS; THEN A BLOCKBUSTER RIGHT HAND ON THE CHIN, CHARLIZE TAKES A SEAT! Blinding left/right combination catches Theron by surprise - she's up quickly, but in 5 rounds total against this kid, Theron's been down twice! Grier getting in Charlize' face during the break - Theron dropping rounds early and Pam's not happy about it!

Round 5: Sizzling two way action - Charlize working off her jab, leaning into hard right crosses that have Daniel backing away with respect. Daniel bobbing, coming up underneath - PANCAKING CHARLIZE' TITS at every opportunity, welting the waist with compact hooks and looking for the counter right hand over top of Theron's jab. Down the stretch, Charlize backs Daniel up with a drilling stick - BD thinks she's out of range, but Theron comes rocketing over the top with a spearing right that sends Brittany staggering to the ropes at the bell. Hardest punch of the fight thus far for Charlize - Daniel clearly dazed during the break.

Round 6: Charlize taking a round to break Brittany down, out-box her, pile up points. Daniel spotty with her offense, can't get much done without taking risks - this is the fight that Charlize could win one-handed.

Round 7: Charlize really dialing in now - Daniel's left eye starting to close from the persistent stick, and the right cross is landing too flush for Daniel's liking. Punishment's adding up - Daniel slowing, not moving her hands - big woman is touching her all around the ring and Brittany's starting her counters too late. Midway through, a ringing right hand off the temple has Daniel wobbly butt - she's looking wonky as she starts to run. Down the stretch, Charlize cuts off the ring, jabs Daniel to the ropes and really starts to pile on. Ham-handed beat down - clobbering lefts and rights shake Daniel as she stoops forward from the ropes and takes a woozy knee to relieve the pressure. After 8 - Charlize brazenly marches back in and guts Brittany with a pumping series of methodical right hands to the breadbasket - Daniel doubled up, tumbles to all fours at the bell as Charlize steps back and nods - draws a thumb across her throat to wild cheers from the audience.

Round 8: Shutout Brittany Daniel! Charlize inexplicably heads to the ropes, covers up and lets Brittany work - Daniel splattering combinations across the blonde's waist and sides, coming up the middle with the odd twisting uppercut to actually rock Charlize back against the strands. Just nothing back from Theron as she takes the round off - Daniel actually breaks her down a little bit with hard, uncontested body punching. By the final minute - DANIEL'S PUNCHING SACK WITHOUT RESTRAINT - a sullen Charlize riding her left arm on the smaller woman's shoulder trying to wrap, but she can't prevent the TIT-PILLAGE. Brittany keeps pounding after the bell - ref pulls her away. Grier livid in the corner as Charlize gets her hair blown back by her trainer's breath.

Round 9: Brittany gambling and holding her own mid-ring - Theron slugging, trying to loop her punches up underneath to connect with chin - Daniel chopping her fists out straight, palms down, LOOKING TO HACK HER WAY INTO TIT and ribcage in furious two way trade. Final minute, Theron lands a gorgeous right uppercut that puts Daniel wobbly butt. Charlize steps to the right, hooks the eye, steps right, hooks the eye and Daniel comes undone, sputtering hurt to the ropes. Brittany covers up, bends forward and takes a relentless beating across her back and hips as Theron starts to impose her will late.

Round 10: Daniel no longer fighting to win - she's running, covering up on the ropes, clinching up around Charlize waist as Theron's fists pound away uncontested. Charlize anxious to finish, but Daniel won't cooperate - shutout for Theron as she struggles to either catch up with Daniel, or fight her way through the blatant holding to the bell. Comes back UD10 Charlize Theron.

Theron breaking Daniel's heart after dropping her twice in the decisive 7th, treats herself to a questionable walk of shame to mixed crowd reaction. Daniel puffy and beaten, stumbling alongside Charlize as Theron rides her left arm around the girl's neck - Charlize waving with her right, left hand dangling nonchalantly over Daniel's breast, Brittany's right arm around Charlize' waist for balance. Brittany jumping out to an early lead in this one couldn't hold on, but her stock rises in defeat: she won rounds, put Charlize down and took advantage of lapses in the bigger girl's judgment when they came. Janet Jones entering the throng in the ring - cream pantsuit and gold jewelry - intercepts Charlize at the end of the walk - icy glares all around as officials carefully separate the two women before any trouble.

"That's one down," crowd Charlize triumphantly, "One to go!"
