"I've seen the look in Jennifer's eyes before," Charlize purrs in prefight. "It's the look Cat Bell had when I reeled her in and passed her by. That dawning realization that I'm gobbling her up and there's nothing she can do about it. She looks at my legs during weigh ins, and it breaks her heart! Jennifer started this thing thinking she was going to sweep me from the ring. Look at her now: hanging by a thread and getting ready to eat a big fat slice of humble pie. I LOVE it!"

Garner calm, tight at the podium: Jen's back to the wall in what most regard as a must-win fight for her. "I know what's at stake, and I know what I have to do," Jennifer says, all business. "I have to beat Charlize - anyway, anyhow - nobody on my team wants to go down 3 to 1 against this woman. It's too late to change anything - I'm going to go with my A game - she's going to go with hers - and the best woman is going to take this thing. But make no mistake: I am winning this fourth fight!"

Theron- rich royal blue bikini; white gloves; wavy blonde toussle. Garner- scarlet bikini; black gloves; hair tied back; pretty crown braid.

Rounds 1-2: Tactical boxing - hard fought negotiations midring. Garner looking to establish heartpunch - spritzing jabs at Theron's face, then driving in ramming right hands beneath CT's left breast. Theron looking to establish her jab, leaning into short rights up top, then gouging in underneath with short, jagged left uppercuts to Garner's sternum off the front (left) foot. Both women fielding hard touches from the other - both taking the shots well, giving the other nothing. Jen takes the first, Theron the second in nip-tuck action.

Round 3: Jennifer forward behind stubby jabs/driving right hands to Theron's ribs: Charlize hits ropes at minute mark - mouth open, eyes wincing.

Jennifer squares away, beats Theron without mercy. Garner relentless on her blonde - knuckling Theron's biceps back; pushing her her head into either CT shoulder; elbow-nudging CT, shouldering her into ropes. Big-spank dished to Theron's waistline - great whacking hacks bouncing off firm abs: Theron gurgling, folding forward, long arms looking to tie Garner up. Jen won't have it - pushing CT off, roughing her up with forearms across the face - always denying Theron clinches. Brutal, bashing body work softening Charlize - lowering her hands - Jen clubbing away tidy rights and lefts in close, bouncing Theron's skull around on long, limp neck. A terrible pasting - CT reeling upright at ropes, windblown, lithe legs holding her up, but she's being reduced in stages by muscular Garner grinding assault. Bell: Charlize wobbly-butt, lips parted, hair in her eyes as Garner pushes up off steaming blonde victim. 10-8 round without a knockdown: Garner stomping back to her corner with a furious scowl; Theron unsteady, left hand on top rope as she wanders to her corner hurrrrt.

Round 4: Jennifer back on Charlize: stubby jabbing driving Theron back; heavy, pulverizing right hands straight to the ribcage and heart forcing Theron ropeside. CT whimpering from those right hands - reaching her left hand round behind Jen's head to pull it down: Garner bulling her way in again - shoulders and elbows writhing to deny Charlize good clinches. Theron badly beaten about her midsection again, but she's fighting back: CT holding with her left hand/curling short right uppercuts inside; CT dipping to her left, snatching a left uppercut whippy off Jen's ribs. Garner won't be moved - she's on Charlize' chest, bumping, mauling, pushing - greedy brunette fists sampling tummy, tits, ribs and temples with a no-frills, non-stop bludgeoning.

Round 5: Jennifer with another good first minute - but Theron resistance stiffening: blonde able to keep her back off the ropes with sidestepping evasion and a renewed stiffness on her jab. Second minute - Theron stepping to the right, leaning in with long right crosses: she's starting to find the range. Garner getting her chin toggled - she's out on the end of CT's punch, unable to collapse distance: brunette eyes glassing up, lips parting as she starts to break down. End of second minute - Jen pushing in eats a glorious right uppercut: Theron brightening as Jen's head jerks up and back; swift blonde hook smacks the mouthpiece off Garner's teeth. JG tottering backwards, head bobbling: CT able to step-with, lean in, drive the right cross through to chin and JENNIFER GOES DOWN! Garner blown to her back - agonized as she rolls slowly over her right side, trying to push up to her knees. Theron roaring, pounding her chest, strutting the ring: Garner wills herself to her feet, barely beating the count. Down the stretch, CT batting her mitts together as she wades in: JG covers up earmuff, sits in ropes and ships a terrible beating as Theron concentrates on placing strapping whacks in behind either elbow to bell. As fighters separate - turning back to back - CT with a big grin makes a giant circle with her right arm, swinging it up, around and behind to clap a palmful of firm Garner backside. Jennifer turning woozy, hurt but not about to let Theron's sauce stand: ref intercepts as Theron's strutting away, not even looking back once.

Round 6: Charlize aggressively to midring, assuming wide, puncher's stance. Stiff jabs punish Garner, force her to cover and crouch midring. Theron sliding forward, closing distance: she's turning into tight-circumference rights and lefts - twisting her torso into the licks, bending to either side on follow through. Garner slipping low under some, but not all of it: Charlize mitts bouncing hard off skull, shoulders. Theron getting big after a strong first minute - getting off, then pushing Jennifer back, walking her down and leaning into hateful right hands. Garner covering and rolling - getting slugged, shoved around. CT tightening up stroke - shrugging in tidy left or right uppercuts in close; hooking the body while keeping the right hand nice and tight to cheek. Jennifer's strong legs buckle and tremble: she's getting clobbered, bulled around. Bell: Theron with a huge grin, leans in almost nose to nose to force meanspirited eye contact: ref moves in before Charlize' taunting can prompt a response.

Round 7: All Charlize, all the time - flat-footed, wide-stanced - slugging with authority, twisting into those tight-arc power punches, then pushing Garner off/walking her down. Jennifer really busting up tragic about her eyes - she's in earmuff most of the time, bobbing in under Theron's whistling lefts and rights - but CT dipping and ripping uppercuts as well, neatly solving Jen's guard. CT coming forward always and everywhere - bringing harm, forcing heartbreaking retreat on Garner. Loud, strapping body shots sound out from Jen's waist as CT pops svelte hips, licks either mitt across: it's just a relaxed, thorough beat down, blonde to brunette. Garner able to keep her back off the ropes, but staying in range almost the whole time, takes just about the same beating as if she were lounging on the apron.

Round 8: Ain't broke - CT's not fixin' it. Theron steppin' to her girl - elbows in, fists chin high - dipping to dig in short uppercuts; twisting to pull tight-arc lefts and rights across; stepping in with her shoulder or forearm to bump Jen back. Garner more combative - crouching in her earmuff - countering off the block or slip and scoring meaty whacks against Theron's Oscar winning midring and ribs. Charlize willing to take the blows as she's coming forward and being the boss: Garner outslugged at least 2 to 1 as Charlize finishes up grinnin' through 8.

Round 9: CRAZY slugging! CT trying to take Jen out with uppercuts - Garner brushed back, but undaunted: she steps back, gets Theron slugging from too far out, then steps back in with a short, jarring right to chin as Theron's right uppie sails high. Big blonde head-swivel - crowd oohing and aahing as Garner lands flush: Charlize put wobbly butt - forming up earmuff in an attempt to rally. Garner over to offence: vicious right/left across Theron's ribs has her biting down on a scream; Jennifer pushing forward for the first time in many minutes. Jen rough with her head - pushing it in between Charlize' mitts, butting Theron's left eye. Noggin to noggin they work: CT curling oily uppercuts through in close confines; Jennifer getting off to the ribs and waist, then arching her back to curl her own inside-uppercuts clean to chin. Theron beaten to ropes - final minute sees her form A-frame with her legs - butt in ropes as she tilts forward: HAMMER AND TONGS! Garner HAMMERING at Theron's waist; Charlize gasping, then answer back uppercuts from her earmuff guard, taking Jen to chin. Garner won't be backed off - she POUNDS at Theron's breasts - pancaking those puppies with savage crisscross stamping - beating the mouthpiece off CT's teeth through sheer concussive force. Theron weepy with hurt - growing sluggish - but still lifting her uppercuts through. By the bell, groggy Theron hoisting weak, ill-advised punches as Jennifer's CLOBBERING away to either jawline, getting much the better of it at the bell.

Round 10: Theron shabby off her stool - hair in her eyes, mouth open - but groggily stumbling forward, looking to give battle. Garner's eyes swollen to slits, face badly swollen - she closes, reaches her left arm in under CT's right arm, once again butting Charlize in the cheek as girls snuggle-up. Theron trying to disengage - not happening as Jen crowds - Garner stuffing her right hand to Theron's tummy while walking her backwards to ropes. CT cupping her hands around Jen's ears, trying to pull her close: Garner's shoulders rotating, arms thrashing, fists beating against war-torn blonde tummy. Jen won't be clinched - Charlize gurgling, controlling Jen's head but taking a terrible beating about her middle. Garner finally comes off body with a right uppercut - splitting Charlize's mitts, rocking Theron upright against ropes. Glorious left hook POUNDS against blonde jaw, swiveling that majestic head! CT'S LOOSE AND STUNNED! Theron in stupor - hands drooping, eyelashes blinking out S.O.S and JENNIFER GOES ALL IN! Left hand props CT in her chest as the right hand crashes through to face; right hand props in CT's chest as a pair of left hooks rips at her tummy. Back and forth, back and forth - Jen just stacking Theron up and battering her and THERON GOES DOWN! Charlize taking punches - tilting forward - Jennifer digging short left and right uppercuts, picking CT up in her ribs as she's slowly jack-knifing to canvas. Theron rolling to her back, shuddering with hurt, hands down by her sides: her right leg lifts, kicks out, the heel slamming against canvas. That's all she can muster - just that right leg lifting/kicking out: the rest of Theron is knocked out. KO10 in savage fashion - Jennifer Garner!

After: Garner collapsing in tears in her corner - beaten beyond recognition, but willing herself to overhaul her tormentress. Theron tender and helpless as she's slowly brought around - golden goddess breaks down into exhausted tears when it dawns on her that once again, she's been used up by her determined rival.

"I've fought off Theron leads twice in this series," a battered Jen manages in postfight. "It's time for me to take the initiative and put her under pressure. Nobody on my team is celebrating this win - it means nothing. Fight five will see me take the lead from Charlize, and we'll see how SHE likes fighting with her back to the wall!"
