Highlights shown on jumbotron at PPV (including the last of the 3 fights originally shown on So You Think You Can Dance). All about Holmes fighting herself back into shape, picking out the leggiest comp she can find and engaging her in a decisive best of 3 series.

Katie with dark, dark brown hair (straight); black bikini with yellow belt; black gloves; Cat in electric blue bikini top - bottoms in shades of blue/teal swirl pattern; white gloves; blonde hair straight.

1st fight: Cat starts strong, hurting Katie repeatedly with stiff one-twos in early going - right hands moving Katie off her stance. Holmes adjusts in R4 - sliding back half a step to get Cat reaching/giving up her height: Katie's able to land hard counters to Deeley's chin. Left hook puts Deeley down, changes the fight. Rest of the way fairly competitive, but Cat's had her aggression curbed: Katie able to outbox Cat, make her give up height and touch her for points. UD10 Katie.

2nd fight: Cat builds on the good work she did in the first, committing to a very fast start. Good success again with ringing one-twos early: right hands raking Katie's chin, buckling her knees, sending her to ropes. Katie staring, helpless: Cat stands off her bow, pastes her rangy criss-cross lefts and rights until ref steps in. Stunning TKO1 Deeley.

3rd Fight: Katie's allowed Cat to get early jumps in both fights thus far: Holmes determined to change that pattern here. It's Katie with the fast start - committing on long right hands to chin and stomach: Deely backing up with a hurting grimace. Second round - Katie's well placed rights up and down have Cat sputtering: blonde girl stumbles into her ropes...Cat's turn to get shredded as Katie mounts the rangy criss-cross attack. Pasting lefts and rights punch Deeley helpless - return-of-serve TKO2 from Katie gives her the series.

Holmes a little rusty, but very strong legged and looking fit: she seems fairly serious about resuming lightweight operations. Cat's height a real problem for any lightweight, more than equal to Katie at times in this series.
