Opportunity knocking for Lisa Nicole Carson: "I'm finally getting a shot at one of the big names," Lisa says, "It's too bad it's gotta be Charlize. Kernel of truth in the hype - Carson long known as the Smokin' Bert of the female celeb ranks - if she can catch Theron early, it could end in a heartbeat. Theron in high neck white athletic bikini, Lisa in orange flower print halter, red hipster bikini bottoms.

Rounds 1-4: Carson huffs and puffs...and can't even find the door. Brilliant leggy exhibition from Charlize who slides efficiently away from Lisa, luring her forward into long jabs and straight right hands, breaking into a hop at the ropes to find open space as Carson turns and jiggles after. Lisa with right hand under her chin, left across her waist, bobs as she wades in, but Charlize' calm fists find face with catspaw accuracy. Theron able to punch easily off her front foot, rocks onto her back foot whenever Carson unleashes that rocket right hand to dissipate the fierce punch. After four, Lisa's winded, huge bosom heaving mightily in her corner as she gulps water - Theron's legs winning this fight.

Round 5: Theron standing her ground more this round, discovers Carson has a fifth round after all. Lisa loading up, putting her body behind a curling right hand to the ribs that has Charlize grunting - Theron covers up and presses her guard against Lisa as the fight turns Carson's way. Trading licks mid-ring, Theron stepping over, turning with the punches to takes them on her obliques, and sacrificing body to keep head protected from Carson's thunderous strokes. Lisa shouting exhalations when she slugs, beefy body twisting into the happy chore of bashing away at Theron's midriff. Carson bangs out her first round, but she's practically exhausted with the effort - Theron little worse for the wear.

Round 6: Charlize now taking over, coming in behind a doubled up jab to lay in the HARD right cross on the teeth. Carson's head starting to snap back under impact as Theron's icy accuracy takes a toll. In the final moments, Charlize easily leans away from a wild right hand, stepping in and twitching her shoulder into a short right counter on the chin that has Carson stumbling forward in swoon.

Round 7: Charlize pouring on the class, circling, nibbling and banging, changing up the pace on Carson as Lisa pivots, bobs crosses her arms and takes. Theron so loose and relaxed - she often cups a left hand about Lisa's cheek, holding her for clouting right hand on the other cheek, steps right, turns Lisa with the cupping left hand on her face and walks her into more right hands. Nice whip action stuff from Charlize, beating Carson into a tired stupor this round.

Round 8: Charlize owns the ring - fighting outside when it suits her, establishing whatever range she wants. Jabbing an exhausted Carson to the ropes, Theron crowds in, pressing her left shoulder to Lisa's right, and just jerking little right uppercuts into the opponent, nudging the fist into that bulging halter, or clouting jaw - tight little punches, all leg behind them. Theron right there, but the angle is so cute - Carson can't get off.

Round 9: Charlize spends first two minutes on Lisa's body, slashing left or right then stepping over to one side to work the angle. Theron's arms shivering upon impact - meaty resistance at Carson's waist breaking down - she's hunched over her legs and hurting. Down the stretch, Charlize goes back upstairs and steps out of range, leaning into heartbreaking right crosses that swivel Carson's head dangerously at the bell.

Round 10: Final shutout for Charlize as she extends the beating against her now helpless prey. Lisa trembling, face a battered shambles, sits ropeside, reacting very late and moving too slowly to make Theron miss. Charlize cruelly squaring up, getting off at will, hits Carson with every punch in the book, Lisa stubborn to go the distance. Final minute a gruesome beat down as Theron lets her hands go, shifting weight from one foot to the other as she lays in with her hardest leather, ripping what's left of Carson's defense to shreds. Lisa goes the distance, but she's a blubbering wreck at the bell, beaten beyond recognition while the ref watches on. UD10 Charlize Theron by wide margin.

After: Lesson handed out by Charlize Theron in this one. "I knew she was dangerous early," says a sweaty, but unscathed blonde, "so I sucked the wind out of her then broke her down. Lisa had been doing some talking about me at our facility - it's my fault I know, I created the doubts, but I had to slam the door on her tonight." Too much height, reach, skill and class for Carson who suffers the worst sustained punishment of her career and isn't in a talking mood afterward
