Before: Old school veteran match up - Judd the bigger hitter with some glossy knockouts on her record, but Smith's skills overall stack up nicely. Film/TV tension in prefight as Judd's 'tude wears a little thin with Smith - Courtney fighting with a chip on her shoulder tonight and that's usually good for her. Judd in metallic pink bra and panties, Courtney in metallic blue bra and panties.

During R1: Girls rotate clockwise, slight crouches, hands up at mouth level, elbows in. Both dragging that lead left foot in a bucket as they swivel and turn around each other, both hooking off the jab, both mixing it up body and head. Smith busier, throwing in combinations up and down Judd's flanks - Ashley covering up and countering off the block lands some sturdy right hands up the middle and some telling hooks to the ribs to earn a draw.

R2: Judd taking it to Courtney more this round, cutting the ring off, forcing Smith's back to the ropes - CTS closes her stance, drops the left hand, keeps the right at her mouth as she bends at the waist to slip incoming. Judd planting and punching hard - steady work rate starts to break Courtney down. Midway through, Judd moving her hands, misses plenty but lands a clubbing hook between the eyes that shakes Smith up - Judd capitalizing a moment later with a bashing right cross to put Courtney wobbly butt. Final minute heartless aggression from Ashley - Smith seated ropeside, starting to drift - Judd keeping her punches short and snappy, working around Smith's mitts to bash either side of the blonde's head. Ashley finishes up the round with thumping hooks up underneath - Smith groaning from ribwork steadies herself with an arm on the ropes at the bell.

R3: Girls meet midring, fluttering at each other with jabs, both lean into pounding short right hands and JUDD GOES DOWN! Ashley shocked and dropped, gets wonkily off her back onto her left hip, but she's OUT! Courtney Thorne Smith stomping in satisfaction - Judd quivering - eyes open but unfocused - what a blow!

After: CTS destroys Ashley Judd with a bazooka right hand - Judd fielding it clean – even upon recovery she can't believe the stoppage. Smith badly beaten in a ruinous second, showed her grace under pressure, realized she needed to put hurt on Ashley to get some breathing room and winds up with a spectacular win.
