Round 2: More aggression from both women, but still basically standing outside, jabbing for position, both waiting on right hands that don't get off. Ryan a little busier, touching Charlize dutifully in the body, negotiating the champ to the corners where Theron clinches, walks her girl back for the break.

Round 3: Ryan jabbing to the body, now leaning in to bounce hard right hands off the body as well - Theron grunting on impact, coming down off her toes and looking to slug. Midway through, girls are in a dangerous pitching groove, both bending into right hands, coming back with hooks and THERON GETS ROCKED! Charlize beaten to the return hook, knees go weak and she drapes forward to clinch. Ryan with a cagey shoulder-butt in the teeth, flurry to the breadbasket rejects Theron's embrace - Jeri walking forward behind curling left and right uppercuts to get Theron ropeside. Charlize's eyes unfocused, legs stiff - she's leaning up against the ropes, taking hard in the waist, then buckling forward to clinch for breaks. Ref pushing Jeri back - she's hungry, never taking her eyes off Theron, just wading back in, putting more leather on the wilting champ. Charlize ragged, hanging on, but down the stretch, she's resolved to slug with and get this girl off her. Spirited, swinging lefts and rights, girls pulling haymakers in from the side and THERON GOES DOWN! BOOMING right hand flattens Charlize's head to her shoulder as she misses her own right hand and corkscrews into the mat. Theron sprawling on her back, all stretched out and SHE CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT! CT out cold, head lolling weakly side to side as Jeri Ryan romps away with the belts. KO3 Jeri Ryan in stunning fashion.

Ryan waiting just outside the perimeter of concerned lackeys and officials as Theron is brought around on her stool, then immediately shoves her way through to haul the ex-champ to her feet by her armpits. Charlize's head lolling back, eyes fluttering - she mumbles 'no' but nobody's listening as Ryan parades her prize for a glorious walk of shame. Janet J stunned, hands in hair, Scott open mouthed - the long dark reign of terror ends before it even really began.
