During R1: Scott supple, looking in, fading back - she's got Jenny reaching early and a gliding counter-right on the chin PUTS MCCARTHY DOWN!!! Seconds into the bout - sweetly timed swing drops Jmac - satisfaction on Ashley's lips as she glares down en-strut to the neutral corner. Jenny takes 8, shakes her pretty head - Ashley moves in confident. Scott stooping, reaching in the jab to the belly, easing out and getting the clap-hook upside the head, stepping to the right, turning on more greasy right hands - it's classy stuff. Scott mixing it up well - touching, tapping and slapping to bewilder, then tucking in hard on the waist or clocking jaw with slinging power. McCarthy flat footed, badly buzzed legs - dukes at her temples as she blocks stiffly, unable to pull the trigger with frazzled reflexes this round. Jenny's swimming eyes hurt at Ashley's insufferable swagger after a dazzling shutout.

R2: Ashley attacking with a low left, high right look - stepping left around wide hooks, feinting and trying to drop the right hand in on chin. McCarthy not having it - Jenny dukes up, slipping side to side and jabbing stubby to the chest - she's locating Ashley, fixing position and stepping in beefy. Scott stung a crisp right cross in the second minute - willowy blonde jerked a quarter turn to her right and put momentarily wobbly butt. Final minute - McCarthy trading hooks on the body with Scott - Jen doubles up top to cash in that chin, once again softening up Scott's legs and putting a woozy look of distress on Ashley's face. Sharp, clean punching, solid defence from Jenny as she gets to Ashley in the second.

R3: Ashley bringing the jab up off her hip, snapping it out there - McCarthy has to respect it. Scott sharpshooting, long legged pivots and step-aways - she's circling midring, gliding in on sneaky rights, shifting weight to her back foot as she pulls walloping hooks upside Jenny's head. Midway through - girls graze each other with murderous rights - both rock back into follow-on hooks and JENNY SITS DOWN! Ashley with a yelp of pleasure - mincing around a shellshocked McCarthy as she Jenny tries to push herself up off numbed buttocks. Final minute - Jenny destitute - glassy eyed - she slumps heavy into the ropes, earmuffing up, stooping forward: Ashley bellies up to the buffet. Carving flurries from Scott - again with the cute touching and tapping to befuddle, then smuggling in heat where it's least expected. Jenny crumpling from a tuff dig in her solar plexus, head lifted up and back with crowd-pleasing snap as Scott turns on a tight right uppy. Ashley looking over the wreckage at the bell, smug smile of satisfaction on her face as Jenny looks ready to keel over.

R4: Jenny not looking good, gloves tight at her cheeks, sliding back from advancing Ashley. Scott jabbing - Mac dipping side to side, bending forward to get under Ashley's liquid right crosses. Jenny to the ropes - ducks another right hand, COMES UP A-HOOKING! Ashley caught FLUSH on the chin - her own left hand sailing as her knees give way and SCOTT GOES DOWN! Gorgeous knockdown - Ashley all stunned, wilting backwards and down on boneless legs, sprawling pretty on her back and it's OVER! Sudden, jarring KO4 Jenny Mac!

After: McCarthy thumping her chest as well she might - brawny come from behind no-doubter leaves Scott out cold on her back for many worrisome minutes. Torrid power punching from both women the kind of thing you get when there's not enough respect from either camp - both chins tested - Jenny's sees her through.
