Spears in pink tube top, snug metallic blue/silver velvet trunks, wet golden curls, Alyssa in gold tankini, blondified hair.

During R1: Milano out with the Frazier bob, coming out of her crouch with thudding hooks to the jaw to back Spears up early. Back to the ropes, Britney looks overwhelmed, grimacing and pushing back at Alyssa as Milano crosses her arms, digs to the body and head while continuing to bob up and down. Spears rocked on several occasions - stops punching - Milano enjoying extended sequences when she can go at Britney's breasts without repraisal, punching and bodying up to keep Spears deep in the ropes. Big bruising shutout Milano sets the tone and sends a shaky Brit back to her corner hurting.

R2: Spears' legs aren't back and the fight is taking on a disturbing pattern for Britney fans. Milano's bobbing her way inside, getting her face on Britney's upperchest, slamming away to the waist with punches following through with plenty of elbow - Spears grunting, hurting and getting roped-up at the midway point. Milano steamrolling to more points, bullying and getting underneath Britney, heaving her back into the ropes for maximum work.

R3: Spears getting dictated to - Milano's getting on her too fast, stampeding Britney to the ropes, then fighting her toe to toe to the youngster's detriment. Britney grimacing, leaning back to try to catch Alyssa with uppercuts, but Milano's very determined tonight. Milano jostling and bodying up to keep Spears on her heels, and she's very cheap in tight - drifting low with lefts, using elbows against ribs and breasts, and butting Britney pretty consistently as the girls rub it up. All Alyssa through 3 - Britney looking beat up and discouraged in her corner.

R4: Spears finally shows some leg, hoisting the left off her hip and leaving it on Alyssa's jaw as the shorter woman bulls ahead. Britney circling, keeping her distance, potshotting as Milano tries to close. Spears with a deceptive right hand, turning her body into the punch, bringing it up off her thigh and slicing it across Alyssa's mouth, then stepping away as Milano soaks it up. Pretty stuff from Spears this round.

R5: Alyssa reaching her left under Britney's right, heartlessly slams right hands to the ribs and belly to drive the singer into the ropes - Spears gurgling in pain as Milano bullies her in a rough first minute. Gets worse - Alyssa now bumping with her left shoulder, turning into banging right hands, coming back with digging left hooks deep into Britney's velvety trunks. Something breaks in Britney - she stops punching - she's just pushing or trying to clinch and Milano smells blood. Crowd in a frenzy as Milano digs into the glistening goodness of Britney's body, suddenly coming upstairs with a clanging hook and Spears is wobbly butt! Britney helpless, hands at her belly, lolls back into the ropes with glassy eyes as Alyssa swarms in, pouring overhand rights onto Spears' senseless face and THE REF JUMPS IN! It's over - Spears stopped at the ropes as Alyssa leaps away in triumph - KO5 Alyssa Milano.

After: A happy Alyssa Milano takes a devastated Britney Spears for a walk, halting in front of Dani Fishel to rub a little salt into old wounds as Fishel looks ready to bolt into the ring. "This 'triangle' between Britney, Dani and me," coos Alyssa in post-fight, "it's really more of a pyramid, with the two of them grovelling at the bottom, and me standing on top. Is there a sexier sight in this world than me taking a battered Britney Spears for a walk around the ring? I don't think so!"
