Charlize entertaining in prefight - strutting to the dais, opening her arms and posing for Ashley's benefit, saying, "Well, it's on - here I am - savour the moment! It's all happening for real baby!" Scott pursing her lips, shaking her head as Theron gets her licks in early. "I'm just getting rounds," Charlize explains to gathered throng, Oscar on the table before her, "but this isn't just about me. First - this is like a treat for my fans - I don't need this fight, but they do: I'm giving it to them. Second - what a thrill for a young fighter like Ashley: Charlize Theron, multi-time, multi-division boxing legend, Oscar winner - it's like a dream come true for her. And finally for boxing - stars need to mix it up with the lower ranks, stir the pot some - we have to think of the future. Ashley's a top 15 talent now, but someday she might be a top 5 girl - I want to have seen her in the ring before we get down to it for serious money or titles."

Scott summing up her Theron experience with a pithy comment: "To be honest - I fell asleep in Monster." Charlize red-faced, having to be restrained as she bolts up out of her chair - the NERVE of Scott to deride the finest performance by an actress in a motion picture over the last quarter century. "I just gave Jeri Ryan the beating of a lifetime," Scott continues after ruckus, "I'm not in awe of the big names in this sport. Going all those rounds with Jeri has taught me that people like Theron are just regular girls with outrageous mouths and attitudes - stand up to 'em, punch hard, and they show their true colours every time."

Scott fighting as a fabulous blonde for the first time in her career, sporting hot pink lace push up and panties, Charlize in bikini version of her Oscar gown - same classy silver/grey spangly material - blousy front.

RD1: Charlize jabbing, dropping in a nice right hand on the teeth in early going, grins, does a little courtsey - takes a rude slapping hook on the face and plowing right to the tits as Scott comes right back. Theron trying to be lighthearted, dropping her hands and moving her head to make Ashley miss, clowning with Ashley, spinning her and taunting - but Scott sticking to her knitting, jabbing to Theron's chest, sprinkling her with sidearm rights in the hip, right crosses on the chin and licking hooks on the right flank to make a fight of it. Theron has to get serious, use her legs, box smart to salt the points away in a focused final minute.

Rd2: Charlize gliding left, feathering Ashley jabs, then stepping right, jabbing the forehead and sliding home a greasy right hand on the jaw that puts Scotty wobbly butt. Charlize grinning, bouncing left and right, freezing Ash with movement, darting in with a lead left uppercut bingo on the chin, then dancing 'round the right flank as Ashley soaks up the potshot. Scott showing her mettle - she shakes it off, locates Charlize with the jab, starts drifting her right hands up the middle - Theron down off her bicycle sits down on right hands of her own and frothy two-way erupts down the stretch. Girls intent on leaning into heartless right hands, then leaning away to pull whippy hooks across opposing chest or chin - dangerous trade at the bell. Girls chest up and get into it nose to nose - ref spreads 'em out - Theron takes another close round.

Rd 3: Scotty stays in the fight, dressing Charlize up with a constant stick, reaching it to belly, spotting it chest and chin, disrupting Theron's rhythm. Scott just as limber-legged as Theron, frustrating Charlize with nice spin moves off the ropes, sidesteps and turns - girls dance for position, then slash in to get off, each taking turns lathering at glossy flanks and stout chins with lanky limbed combinations. Astute observers note obvious mimickry of classic Charlize in Scott's balance, posture, even tactics - Ashley patterning herself after one of the best and doing a good job of outboxing the master in the third.

Rd 4: Charlize grim, no more clowning - fight takes on an increasingly harder edge. Both girls stepping with firm jabs, spearing them to belly, then launching into sizzling rights, bending down on follow through, then trying to uncoil into the comeback hook. Punches slide over top backs as girls duck and writhe with good torso movement - punches graze chins as supple defenders lean away with just-in-time dodges. Both women raking offending breasts with those delayed hooks - hearts hardening, eyes glaring as both girls partake of jug this round.

Rd 5: Ashley steps up, posts the most glaringly one-sided round of the fight thus far. Stern jabbing confounding Charlize - she likes to control distance and tempo - Scott's denying Theron the highground. Theron defending in good order at the ropes, hands up, eyes alert - Scott occupying the guard with jabs, then swinging those sidearm rights hard to ribs, back up top with quick hooks to jaw, doubling the hook down to right hip in behind the elbow. Scott squirming her way inside on occasion, palming Theron's biceps back, then getting after those Oscar winning jugs - tight shoulder-shrugging scrubbage, really looting Charlize' goodies. Theron grimacing, slumping into the ropes trying to tie up head and arm on her opponent - Scotty keeping her hands free, punching through the clinches to soften up Theron's taut midsection. Bell to bell Scott - big smile: she's put a look of concern on the former champ's beautiful, swelling face.

Rd 6: Charlize strong up the middle - walloping right hands to the body, lapping hooks on the right flank, but Scotty's tight D confounding - Ashley with her elbows in, bending and rolling with punches, blocking on her arms, moving her head - she takes the sting out of Theron aggression. Ash timing a superb jab to Theron's face in between Charlize' swings, tap-tap-tapping away, raising an ugly welt under CT's left eye and midway through - Scott slides a sneaky right to chin, hangs around to mop up with a jerking left uppy and THERON'S LEGS GIVE WAY! Charlize hurt, reaching to clinch up high - Scott snuggles in close, gets low, digs gut with short, shoulder-shrugging pump action, shunting Charlize' glorious hips back in shock. Down the stretch they're hunkered in cheek to cheek, taking turns. Theron slashing with her punches, tightening up but with that lanky slicing action as she caresses jaw or strokes belly. Ashley chugging combinations into firm gut and tender breasts - nice short jackhammer pumps - she's got Charlize sitting in the ropes, out of breath at the bell.

Rd 7: Ashley Scott rips her third straight round from Charlize - earning it the old fashioned way: outboxing, outslugging, outworking her foe. Scott punishing Theron with the jab, discouraging her - Theron's receipts picked up nicely on Scott's tight guard - Ash sporting a Winky Wright elbows-in look, tilting and rolling on her hips to blunt the incoming. Succulent body work being done by Ashley - she's getting close, rotating hips and shoulders in gorgeous syncopation - gloves lapping and licking at struggling tummy, throbbing ribs and shopworn tits. Theron giving ground, answering back in spots, but clearly being up-rooted and forced to retreat through 7.

Rd 8: Torrid two-way slugging - Ashley having her way when she can snuggle close, lick and lash tidy combos to breadbasket, then work up-torso, tits and chin. Charlize stepping back, but dragging the lead foot, spreading Ash out with the jab and walking her into stroking hooks or short right hands. Down the stretch, women trading robust rights and lefts in brisk patterns up the flanks - distance favors Charlize, her hook to chin beats Ashley's to the mark and SCOTT'S ROCKED! Ashley staggering away with "I'm hurrrt" all over her sexy face - Charlize deep breath - wades on in to finish. Gut check for Scott - Theron ladling on the punishment over the final thirty seconds - rich, thick strapping rights and lefts up both flanks, thudding body shots flat to midriff - Scott open mouthed and all but out at the bell.

Rd 9: Scott's luscious legs not back - Theron now snapping out HER jab, pounding on Ashley's pretty face, stepping rival blonde to the ropes. Bruising, welterweight stuff being done - Theron palming and pushing, laying in close to stuff short right hands hard to waist, turning over a cuffing hook to repeatedly slap Ashley's face to the side. Scott destitute, gutsy - up against the ropes, palms out, pushing up on Charlize' shoulders or biceps, just trying to impede the beating. Theron romps bell to bell - but Scotty does well in her shell - blocking, rolling, keeping her chin out of harm's way - Ash out of the round no worse for wear.

Rd 10: Both girls suck it up, draw on reserves for a big 10th in a close fight. Theron the aggressor in the first minute - dispensing with the jab to carry heavy right hands to tummy, quick hooks to temple, shoulder-bumping to get Scotty moving backward. Ashley sliding back in good order, piecing her jab out of her tight guard, diligently busting up Theron's left eye - at the minute mark - Scotty's got Theron walking into trouble. Tidy right hand quick off the jab clips Charlize' chin - Scott slips low under a thoughtless Theron right, counters with a digging little left uppercut to gut - Charlize starts to stagger. Theron reaching to clinch up high - Ashley stiffens the ex-champ with that pulsing combination flurry to the belly - Theron all stooped forward and hurt as Ashley suddenly gets big. Scott bodying Theron to the ropes, using her left hand to trap Charlize' right - Ashley working out of the wrap with brutal intentions. Minute left - Scott working hard - right cheek wet on Theron's right shoulder - Scott shoving in thick right hands to straining tummy - Charlize gasping, reaching her left around her girl's shoulders - Ashley palming Theron back, opening her up for more. Scott just laying it in - big n' beefy to the midsection, bodying up to keep Theron open, holding and hitting like a blacksmith. Charlize all used up - sobbing aloud on impact - she's too weak to tie up, too hurt to get out of the wrap - she can't stop Ashley from wearing out that golden body! Bell sounds - Theron trembling, near collapse - Scott still plugging home mindless right hands as the ref peels her off. Comes back a DRAW! Neither girl is satisfied.

After: Girls nose to nose after the announcement, bitching back and forth until Ashley palms Charlize' face, pushes her away - officials intercede as Theron catapults herself at the upstart to start a new brawl.

"I told you!" seethes a fearsome Ashley in post fight. "Theron's just another tramp - I beat her ass tonight and she knows it! You just saw the torch get passed - or actually, I wrenched it out of Charlize' hands and beat her senseless with it!"

Charlize busted up some on the left side of her face, huffy with indignation: "You know what it is? I underestimate how important a Charlize Theron fight is to these kids. For her, this was like the superbowl - this was probably the biggest event of Ashley Scott's lame life. For me, I mean, I just can't get up for these bimbos. I think I gave her 10% - 10% of me held back everything that kid had. And I STILL probably should have stopped her in the 8th!"

Maybe so, but Scott proving the Ryan breakthrough no fluke - she gave Charlize, at whatever percent, everything she could handle tonight
