(Daniels one of the blonde twins from Sweet Valley High—recently guested on Dawson’s Creek and some Movie o’ the month on TBS).

Before: Couple of boxing;s most beautiful have-nots square off for what little limelight they can take from each other. “It’s a shame,” gloats one HBO fatcat shamelessly, “that we can feature two girls like this for a fraction of what it would cost to get a Gena Lee or Charlize on our air. Both these kids could be champions right now/” Daniel best known for savage WB ringwars against Charisma Carpenter, but hasn’t had the celebrity to get meaningful televised fights. Trickey more or less in the same boat occasionally getting national exposure but so far unable to parley her success into anything bigger.

Brittany is black, tight crop top tshirt with scoop front and baby doll short sleeves, black cotton panties, Paula in navy athletic bikini, thin strap sports style top.

During R1: Girls go mouth on shoulder at center ring, both eager to bruise ir up inside. Brittany with a nice loose action on her hook, able to double it up to Paula’s midsection, then bite it off tight against the jaw or jugs of her foe. Trickey rolling combinations to the pit of Brittany’s stomach, also cashing in with compact clouts up top in brisk, professional trade sustained for most of the round. Final minute—Trickey’s bricks to the body have Daniel giving ground—blonde finishes up with her back against the ropes, not punching as Paula bangs away to the flanks at the bell.

R2: Brittany shows respect for the brunette by legging it outside, lifting a stinging jab off her stomach and moving to her right. Trickey stalking, adjusts nicely, jabbing out of a high guard and seeking to fit that right cross onto Brittany’s jaw over the blonde’s stick. Daniel with some gaudy scoring late—she sweeps a wide right, followed immediately by a short banging hook, catching Paula by surprise and wrong footing the brunette with the barking contact. Trickey a little wide-eyed at the bell—Daniel got her attention that round.

R3: Very aggressive Brittany Daniel catches Paula in her corner and immediately goes to that cranking double hook up the gut. Trickey folding to a turnbuckle stooping forward, grunting as glove spanks off her toned midriff—Daniel getting big and loving it. Brittany shoulder-pressing Paula back after working downstairs, starts dropping the right hand in on jaw, then goes back underneath with the rising hook—Paula’s breaking down under the punishment, Midway through, Daniel kicks it up a notch—HARD punches hoist it up into Trickey’s solid frame, or chop down into her high cheekbones—PT in trouble, starting to wobble in place. Gouging triple hook square to the packed ledge of Paula’s breasts straightens her up with a gasp and she never sees the right cross that ends it—sensational head snap Trickey as she goes out on her feet, slides forward and mouths canvas as Daniel does a graceful ole to sidestep. After: Small venue treated to the sight of a grinning Brittany D taking a startled and shaken Paula Trickey for a walk of shame as blonde ends brunette’s night in a thunderclap “I should have carried her,” says Brittany in post-fight, “but I couldn’t help myself. I know that must have scared the crap out of Charisma and Denise, but when Paula sat up so pretty I just took her out by reflex. Hopefully I can keep it going, but you know, it’s tough: I beat girls on the scales with my body, then I beat them in the ring with my fists, and who wants to subject themselves to that?”
