Before: Two best boxers of the tournament lace’em up for what could be a chessmatch bout. Williams the spiritual leader of the U.S. side, has really held the girls together with her voice of experience, but her leadership depends on victory tonight. Silk baby blue spaghetto strap camisole and panties for Vanessa, Navy for Liz, both girls hair up.

During R1: Liz stepping to the right, gets her lead foot outside of Vanessa’s, opening angles for that Southpaw left to slice in., Hurley pawing with the jab over Vanessa’s lead shoulder, does a good job of dipping and bobbing to make Williams miss early. Vanessa being hit more than usual, looks a little tight to start the match.

R2: Vanessa takes the play away with a steady diet of lead rights up the middle, smacking Hurley in the mouth and getting her attention. Liz backs off, and tracks Vanessa coming in with swatting left hands, dipping her shoulder into the hard right hook which Williams doesn’t see. By the midway point, Liz has set up on Williams’ left side again, bringing her punches in on awkward angles, and again connecting cleanly with the usually elusive Vanessa. In the final minute, Liz circles right, then lunges in, scoring with a HUGE Hamed style right uppercut that catches Williams’ guessing wrong. Vanessa’s legs buckle and she looks disoriented. A crashing left smashes directly to the face of the American and her head snaps straight back on her neck/ Hurley pours it on, pounding the beautiful Williams into a helpless sprawl on the ropes, and this fight is stopped as Vanessa starts to take uncontested bombs with a blank expression and pouting lips. KO2 Liz Hurley!

After: Crushing defeat personally for Williams, and the U.S. as Liz bombs Vanessa back to the Stone Age. Empire team takes lead 3-2.
