Charlize welcoming Ashley to the FCBA's upper echelons in prefight - "We always knew an Ashley Scott fight would be attractive, but I wanted to wait until she had some seasoning - I didn't want to ruin her by plucking the fruit too early. She's gotten by Jamie Luner, everyone knows she can fight - now we'll see if she can perform under pressure. I'm looking forward to breaking the kid in."

Scott showing no signs of intimidation on the eve of the biggest fight of her career,

"Charlize is on the down side of her career - even before losing the belt to Jeri, Theron's been slipping. This is a great opportunity for me to finally break out. I feel like it's on my shoulders to sweep out these old-guard cougars still clinging to past glory and usher in a new era in the FCBA. It's my time at last!"

Round 1: Scott frisky from the get go, taking it to Charlize with impertinent punching. Nice stinging jab, pretty footwork to go with it as Ashley spits stick and scoots to her left. Ash playing a dangerous game but getting away with it, punching with Charlize and beating her to clean right hands on the chin. Scott also showing she's a student of the game - timing looping right hands over Theron's jab like the ol' Gena Lee Nolin. At the bell - Ashley grinning nodding - Charlize grinning back as the ref gets involves - brunette spanking out a sparkling shutout to open.

Round 2: Charlize warmed up, starts to mix things up on Scott, take back the initiative. Theron feinting with her shoulders, getting reaction, the spotting lead right hands to face and between the breasts. Scott getting out-boxed, tightens up her guard and edges in to hook the breadbasket - Theron legging away before any consistent damage can occur.

Round 3: Fight settling down, both girls getting comfortable with distance and timing, not as much movement as they circle warily, trying to feint the other into mistakes. Both working behind the jab, but not relying on it - girls are leaning into serious right hands in hopes of hurting the opponent. Scott separating herself late with some nice slinging hooks to the belly - Theron covers up and gets her jugs mugged as Scott stands up into raunchy uppercuts at the bell.

Round 4: Charlize artfully doubling and tripling the jab, stepping right as Ashley covers up to block, then slings the right cross in around Scott's left wrist. Ashley fielding jabs and preemptive rights off her face, tries to slide on in, but Theron meets her shoulder to shoulder and engages the brunette in raucous trade toe to toe. Scott thrown back time and again - Theron galloping to the body of her foe with both arms pumping, walking Ashley down for points.

Round 5: Pretty stuff from both fighters. Girls trading long-limbed licks near the apron - Ash reaches a left around the waist, pulls Charlize forward, sidesteps and lets the blonde stumble face-first into the ropes. Theron covering up as Scott lathers away, then returns the favor with a pretty spin move while pulling down on the brunette's head. Girls taking turns working each other over. Scott brawnier late - Theron arms crossed - Scott pulls blonde head down with her left, lathers at the ribs and lower back with swinging rights to leave Theron wincing at the bell.

Round 6: Charlize breaks the stalemate early, jabbing with Ashley, timing her and NAILING her a clean right hand on the chops that has the brunette wobbly butt for the first time. Scott hurt, clinching for time - Charlize struggling to pour on the hurt as brunette tries to clear the cobwebs. Awkward stop and go, but Ashley recovers well - by the midway point she's turning into a nice right hand of her own, leaning back to stroke Charlize the check hook. Theron taunting at the bell - she knows she got to Ashley - Scott defiant as she knows she took it well.

Round 7: Charlize wins the first back to back rounds, building on the sixth with a nice balance of finesse and savagery, slowly imposing her will on her foe. Boxing - Charlize is touching Ashley up from outside, stinging the face and upper chest with a constant stabbing jab. Slugging - Charlize getting the better of dangerous swinging exchanges at medium range - both girls twisting their torsos and slinging harsh leather at one anothers jaws. Scott not shutout, but consistently forced onto her heels, beaten backward around the ring.

Round 8: Scott returns some sweeping overhand rights, catching Theron with head-swiveling force early - blonde falling in to clinch, not punching back. Encouraged, Ashley digs at the midriff inside, chugging her arms back and forth, working her way up off Charlize' flat tummy to pancake those cream-cupped puppies. Theron grimacing - constantly reaching to pull Ashley close and it hurts her at the midway point. Scott chin-checks Theron with a gorgeous left uppercut between the outstretched limbs, then puts the right uppercut on target and CHARLIZE SPILLS TO ALL FOURS! Theron dazed, swaying momentarily - she beats the count in bad shape! ON COMES ASHLEY! Scott gritting her teeth and stroking into Theron with everything she's got - big whipping lefts and rights, body lean leverage and CHARLIZE CATCHES HER OFF THE ROPES! Theron punching with, fitting her punches inside her foe's swings and a sweet counter right hand PUTS SCOTT ON HER BUTT! Ashley stiff as she gets groggy to her feet - HER turn to nod grimly at the ref to let it go and this thing explodes into heartfelt two way slugging at the bell. Ref has to separate heavy-swinging beauties - both girls unsteady on their feet as the brawl into overtime.

Round 9: ASHLEY CATCHES THERON! Neat, tight right hand caroms off Theron's jaw as she loads her own right - Charlize' punch sails high, legs give way and she stumbles to her right, badly ramshackle. Scott walking her down, bodying her to the ropes, bracing her with rude palms on the shoulders and SLUGGING WITHOUT MERCY TO THE BODY! Ashley gambling - she's been hurt from this posture, but there's no let up - she just HAMMERS away at the Theron midsection and ribcage. Charlize' head lolling as she reaches under the arms to tie her foe up - ref starts issuing breaks as an exhausted blonde plays for time. Ashley wading back on in and putting it on Charlize - Theron open mouthed, shipping leather - butt in the ropes as she rides it out to the bell.

Round 10: Theron trying to leg out the final round, look for the decision, but Ashley won't have it! Scott cutting off the ring like an old pro, stabbing Theron between the breasts a harsh straight right and cranking hooks-to-chin with lanky bodied malice. Time and again Charlize' head cranks 'round - she's back on her heels, hands low, taking punches. Theron hits the ropes all loose - Scott tackling up on her rough, pushing the hips back to get separation, then GOING at her girl downstairs. Charlize groaning, tieing up the arms that are wearing her out - Scott thrashing and writhing like a shark in a net to get free. Bell to bell, hungry Ashley Scott works on Theron's tender ribcage and perky breasts, piling on punches after the final bell for good measure. Side by side, ref in the middle - he raises the hand of ASHLEY SCOTT in UD10 Victory!

Scott shouting in triumph, fists held high, strutting and letting Charlize hear all about it as Janet Jones, others keep the girls separated. Charlize in shock, face puffy and sore - she got her butt out-boxed, out-slugged in a terrific back and forth, competitive dime.

"No sweat!" breezes Ashley in postfight, practically glowing on camera, "seriously, that was an easy fight for me. She tried to mess with me early, show me her speed and class and I just thought 'that's it?' So then she tried to muscle me, bang it up with me and she CATCHES me right? And I go, 'you're OK: Luner hit harder than that, get after her!' And she's like - 'you're still fighting? but I hit you with my best shot - you're supposed to quit.' And then I'm just on her right? Just laying into her, and she was all 'uhhhhh! uhhhhh!' making these whimpy little noises. It's true, you bang that girl to the body, she gets ordinary awful fast!"

Maybe a little embellishment from an excited up and comer, but Charlize was leading after 7 - hardhearted Scott takes the last three rounds to pound out a career-defining win.
