Before: Kaley riding high these days: new show; BLONDE! Magazine cover (special issue looking at Young Blonde Talent); edgy new youth-oriented sponsors clamoring for Cuoco-endorsements - life is good for a oougar-buster. "I'm having fun with it," Kaley bubbles when her cougar hunting rep's brought up. "BSE has a tradition of young, irreverent fighters taking it to the establishment - we started the 'young guns' with Jess and Britney, and I'm continuing on in that spirit. Vicky's a great test - she's got the experience of a cougar, but the abs of a 19 year old. You don't often see that combination of elements in a single fighter." Pratt brushing off the compliment: Vicky in the vanguard of Cuoco-haters due to Kaley's perceived lack of respect for her elders. "It's time for Kaley to do a little penance," Vicky says at the podium. "The fans might be lapping this up, but fighters see who's strutting and getting too full of themselves, and frankly - Kaley's treatment of Demi still needs to be answered in the ring. Lord knows I'm no fan of Moore's, but she's a legend: Cuoco needs to appreciate that she's only here, fighting for great money and getting attention, because of trailblazers like Demi." Cuoco rolling her eyes throughout - Vicky will have to convince her in the ring. Kaley in crisp white sports bra; baby blue cashmere crotched trunks; white gloves. Vicki in gold bikini, black gloves.

During R1: Surprising pounce by Vicky early - jumping in with lead hooks and driving Cuoco to ropes: Pratt slamming away to biceps, shoulder and scalp as Cuoco covers up. Kaley blocking/rolling, rides it out, spins off the ropes - Cuoco on her toes, using the ring, looking unconcerned with Pratt's surge early. Vicky stalking, eyes narrowed - she's spitting her jab, bobbing and weaving - good head movement guides Pratt past a negligent Cuoco jab - once again Cuoco's forced to ropes and splattered with punches. Intriguing stuff - Kaley always able to escape, create distance with her legs - hands low, leaning her torso away while backpedalling to make Vicky miss on the way in: Pratt always able to cut off the ring, get on Cuoco and hound her to ropes where work's getting done. Kaley shaking her head 'No' at the bell, denying that any of Pratt's output had any effect whatsoever. Still - that's hard-working Vicky's round.

R2: Vicky forward again: bobing head movement; spitting jab; stampeding Kaley to ropes where she might be clubbed at more productively. Cuoco bouncing on balls of her feet - leaning this way and that, hands low when she's outside - VERY relaxed and supple is Kaley. Just cuffs and slaps from Cuoco as she's retreating - flashy athleticism but nothing serious - she's not impeding Pratt or preventing Vicky from coming forward. Second minute - Pratt has Kaley ropebound - Vicksburg with dukes up, steamin' away with clubbing rights and lefts, sprinkling in liberal amounts of elbow and forearm to keep Cuoco pinned down. Kaley pointing left shoulder at Vicky, deep bobs at the waist, hands in a relaxed stack right atop left at her tummy - just managing the pressure with relaxed Charisma Carpenter style pocket defence. Sudden, screened right uppercut takes Vicky clean on her chin - Kaley sneaking the punch in between Pratt's wider swings and VICKY GOES DOWN! Jarring, shocking blast puts Vicky on bended knee before she knows what's happened: Cuoco struts off ropes hands high, nodding her head triumphant as Vicky gives her own a hard shake.

R3: Kaley dancing - earning separation on tanned, springy legs, hands down when she's outside, supremely confident in her reflexes to keep her safe. Vicky diligent - dukes up, scooting footwork as she jabs to close the gap: constant renegotiation for Pratt to regain Kaley's chest and club away at her. Action frequently drifting to ropes - Kaley allowing this: she's deliberately setting up pockets along the apron, rolling shots, staying covered up and looking to blitz back cutey pie counters. At ropes, Pratt's doing yeoman's work at Kaley's waistline - smiting away tidy right/lefts - then biting a tart hook off Kaley's breasts when possible. Vicky not seeing the uppercut - she'd catch Kaley with a right outside-in uppie as Cuoco's leaning forward to her own right - but Pratt's staying with the side to side carpet bombing routine. Action about even - Kaley very difficult to hit clean anywhere but in the body, but Pratt's got position for the most part and being much the busier. Kaley's more accurate, cuter, flashier - lighting Vicky up a grandstanding counter right uppercut from the deep crouch. Bell: Vicky doesn't back off quick as Kaley would like; girls chest up, nostrils flaring as ref takes a hand.

R4: Kaley down off her toes - again, because it pleases her: she edges left shoulder into Victoria's chest to initiate brutal toe-to-toe. Kaley nice and relaxed - hands in that loose stack near her center - she's got the knack of rolling shots in close with her shoulders, dipping and tilting while standing right in front of Vicky, taking the edge off Pratt's still-murderous punching. Kaley answering after and in between Pratt salvoes - wonderful judgement and timing from the kid here, picking her veteran apart. Limber right uppercut's been there for Kaley all night - to it she adds: a dragging left hook across gut as she's dipping to her right, finishing up with the left forearm pushing on Vicky's tummy; chopping right to cheek as she's dipping to the left, curling low to foil Vicky's receipts; cutey-pie left uppercuts off the left foot, taking Pratt on her chin. Pratt seething, working very hard for minimal gain - she tries to push in on Kaley, but Cuoco sidestepping while leaning on Vick, neatly turns her girl. Crowd pleasing two-way, looks even to the untrained eye: boxing insiders see Kaley getting much the better of vicious exchanges in tight.

R5: Kaley edging right back inside - working the body with cuffs and swats, dipping side to side as she chops up top, bumping her left shoulder in Vicky's chest: Pratt's starting to back up. Vicky mouthbreathing, showing frustration: she's getting off heroically, but unproductively - mostly glancing blows off Kaley's shoulders as Cuoco's tilting and dipping. Succulent body shots from Cuoco - vicious swipes to paunch and rib shaking Vicky's legs: first minute ends when Pratt's back hits ropes and she clinches, frowning. Ref's break restarts midring - Kaley up on her toes to start, sprucing Vicky up a playful jab off the hip while pivoting clockwise: Cuoco starting to undress her veteran here - Pratt's on her heels. Kaley chopping a swift right to chin from well outside - bouncing on her left (lead) foot to get it, then hopping forward onto the left foot again while executing a lively hook, swatting Vicky's head aside. Full retreat for Pratt as her legs give way - she hits ropes in disarray, looking shabby. Cuoco's left hand dangling at her side, right cocked at her tummy: she edges in close, puts two tuff right hands CHUP! CHUP! onto Vicky's belly, then leans away over right (back) foot as Pratt waves a groaning receipt back. Kaley pivots 45 degrees to her right, keeping that left (lead) foot in a bucket: she pins a right hand to Vicky's jaw, pounding it in there short n' tuff as Pratt's hands start to lower. Right outside-in uppercut supple and clipping, flings Pratt's head straight back: Cuoco practically bursts into song, eyes bright, big-smile mouth. Vicky coming apart - pushing and pawing with her hands - no problem for Kaley to twist and slip away from this, then rip Pratt right hands to body or chin. Magnificent, showy stuff here - Kaley deliberately dangling her left hand, just usiing that left shoulder to prop occasionally - doing all her damage with right uppercuts, swatting rights, chopping rights, stamping lead right pokes. Kaley pivoting side to side, leaning out onto her back foot to change distance, maintaining a steady in-out tempo and THE REF STEPS IN! Victoria Pratt simply battered into stupor, not competing, but too strong to go down despite the pounding. TKO5 in sensational fashion, Kaley Cuoco.

After: Vicky visibly swelling - more than battered tonight: she's demoralized. Pratt sulking in her corner as gloves are removed - she won't talk to her corner, just taking a moment to process the beating. Cuoco lively and upbeat in her corner - voice audible all around the ring: nobody lights up an arena like Kaley triumphant. In-ring postfight - Tractorpull scribe asks if Kaley toyed with Vicky tonight: "I had fun in there," Kaley says, slightly miffed, "but I don't like the suggestion that I was toying with her. I'm not Cat Bell - I don't carry girls and hurt them for the sake of my own ego: I'm in there having fun and competing - that's my style." BLONDE! reporter more obsequious, asks about Kaley's future plans. "Well - no cougar in the FCBA should feel safe with me around. I mentioned Cat, and I won't shy away from that name: I'd love to post a dominant win over her. Kelly Hu walks around at 125 between fights: I've wrestled her and the result has been electric for my fans - they'd love to see me break Kelly down. Krista Allen's swaggering again: I'd love to slap her back down where she was after Jenny mopped the ring with her. But I'll tell you this - I moved up in weight for one reason, and one reason only: to fight - and beat - Jessica Biel. She's been playing 'snooty movie star' with me lately, posing like she's too big a celebrity to fight a Kaley Cuoco - but it's a hot fight at lightweight and everyone knows it. Stripping Jess of the belts would be awesome - but whatever: I'm ready. After tonight, I feel like I'm ready for anybody - Navi, Jen Garner, Charlize, Ali Larter - Ali Landry - whomever, whenever, wherever. But Biel's what I'm here for - make no mistake."
