Charlize back in classic form - breezy with the press, outrageously condescending to her opponent - Theron's got momentum and it's a powerful thing. Bullock chafing under the attitude treatment and gaining a lot of popular support for her exuberant ring approach - crowd divided into blue and white collar fans for this one.

"A champagne blonde and a draught beer brunette!" Charlize labels the fight, with Bullock smiling ruefully on the dais.

Theron in cream bikini, white shoes and gloves, Sandra in black polo collar sport top, green and black bumblebee stripe scoop bottoms, black shoes and gloves. Both girls talking it up and smiling hard during stare down as Bullock refuses to kowtow.

Round 1: Both girls stick to form - Bullock rushing at Charlize' midsection with that lumberjack right hand, Charlize sidestepping, guiding her girl past with a light touch behind the elbow. Hit and miss affair as Theron keeps her distance, Bullock trying to walk her down, but late in the round, Sandra reaches with the right and gets nailed by a screeching right hand counter from Theron's thigh. BULLOCK DROPPED on hands and knees, bleary eyed and stunned - Charlize smiles, shrugs her shoulders - it's all so easy for her.

Round 2: Charlize cooing to Sandra, dancing loose just out of reach, leaning left as she circles that way. Bullock tentative, trying to palm up on Charlize before punching and almost immediately she gets jacked another slashing counter right over top her questing left. Sandra backing away hurt - Charlize bouncing forward - slinging fists cascade in slicing arcs, pounding the mouthpiece off Sandra's teeth and sending her reeling to the ropes. Theron partying it up - bounding in to press Bullock into the strands, then leaning out to clap the rising hook across the brunette's jaw, unhinging Sandra's legs. Bullock reaching pathetically to push - Charlize with her hands at her sides, taunting, leaning side to side, cuffing and slapping Sandra's face with striping blows until finally drilling the swooning brunette with three consecutive right hands, tracking her as BULLOCK SINKS TO ALL FOURS! Sandra busted up in the mouth, climbs the ropes and Charlize bounces in again, touches her left shoulder playfully to Bullock's lips then twists into a sumptuous right uppercut to drop the brunette straight down to her butt at the ropes. Sandra nearly out, gyrating her limbs and sprawling before getting crazily to her feet - she reels helplessly as Charlize pouts in mock sympathy.

Round 3: Charlize gliding, hands loose, eyes alight as Sandra struggles to keep it together. Bullock making shaky attempts to close distance, routinely getting spanked by Theron's lethal counter right over the top, and slapped silly by the cuffing, rising hook. Midway through, Charlize backpedaling, drops a four-punch combo on Sandra's face up the middle, putting the brunette wobbly butt and stopping her advance. Charlize steps forward, pushes Sandra in the shoulders and starts backing her up with lusty gut punching, coming off the body to bat Sandra's head side to side to stampede the brunette into the ropes once again. BULLOCK ALL BUSTED UP after three, face shiny and abused - eyes swimming as Theron gives the girl a hearty slap on the ass en route to her corner.

Round 4: Charlize at play now - Bullock dazed, dukes up, but unable to come forward, she turns as Charlize circles and picks her over from outside. Theron on her front foot, spears in lead rights, swings in the limber hook, circles away - Sandra taking an insane amount of punching, legs looking like they might give way every few seconds or so. After two minutes of cruel nickel and dime from outside, Charlize comes at Bullock's midsection with big brassy lefts and rights, plowing away to the belly, shunting Sandra's hips back and DROPPING HER TO ALL FOURS in a shuddering heap. High-fives in Charlize' corner as Pam's got the grins now. Bullock getting iced up, lolling against the turnbuckles with a sick look of pain on battered face.

Round 5: Charlize more flat-footed now, pawing her jab, then stamping in the right hand, really getting good head-shake on Bullock but the brunette's standing her ground. Midway through, Sandra's able to palm up on Charlize' biceps and punch to the body - girls square away, taking turns pushing and slugging one another with juicy right hands. Down the stretch, Sandra finally gets extension on a scooping shot to the breadbasket - Theron's legs give a tremor as the champ falls in to clinch. Bullock's not having it - she wrestles a stunned Charlize to the ropes, pushes up and starts to get after it - big beefy swings into the stomach as Theron bends forward in shock. Sandra still pumping away after the bell - Charlize finally clinching to stop the bombardment - both girls sway uncertainly in front of each other, exchanging woozy, sleepy glances, before passing en route to respective corners.

Round 6: Charlize repeatedly telling her corner, "'M OK. 'M fine," while Pam tries to rub life back into those legs. Then the bell sounds to begin one of the most devastating offensive performances of Charlize Theron's career. Charlize on her toes, dances until she gets Sandra reaching, then scorches down with that slicing counter right - Bullock tilting over her legs starts out in trouble and goes downhill from there. Bell-to-bell power punching from Charlize as she hounds Sandra around the ring, stroking the brunette's head with gaudy rights and lefts, sending Sandra stumbling in new directions. Bullock bouncing off ropes and careening around like Rocky Balboa. Charlize able to hop, sling and connect with eerie rhythm, often attacking from the side to keep Bullock moving backward. Down the stretch, Charlize gets big, crowding in to cup her left hand around Sandra's ear, pulling the brunette into brutal short right hands, then pressing her into the ropes to reset. SANDRA SWOONING to her knees again as Charlize staggers back and wipes her lips. Shadow passes over Theron's eyes as Sandra somehow climbs the ropes to beat the count.

Round 7: Sandra finally starts a round strong, walking a mouth-breathing Theron down, plunging into the gut, then tackling the blonde to the ropes. Tired grappling as the girls lock up, twist each other into the strands - Bullock getting her body on Charlize and making the blonde work. Theron takes over at the midway point, backpedaling in good order, walking Sandra onto quick-strike one-twos up the middle, but the brunette's still coming forward at the bell.

Round 8: Charlize all business now - she's emptied the big guns on a solid welter and Sandra's still trying to win this thing. Theron using the ring, changing directions, trying to wrong foot Sandra, pot-shotting once or twice but never trading. Down the stretch, Bullock eats a right hand, but turns over a gorgeous slobberknocker right of her own and CHARLIZE IS HURT! Theron's legs lock up and stomp randomly behind her, nearly pitching her to her face! Sandra steps in and pumps a right hand off Charlize' breadbasket, dips her shoulder and pumps a left - Theron groaning in pain reaches to clinch as BULLOCK KEEPS HAMMERING! Crowd roaring as Bullock thumps her hands off Theron's midsection, pushing the punches in around Charlize' reaching arms. Bell sounds and Sandra chests up to force eye contact - Theron unfocused - it's another boozy standoff.

Round 9: Both girls heavy and stiff off their stools, falling together mid-ring for desperate sluggage. Mouths open, eyes distant - girls sway in front of each other, trading to the chin or body, taking turns shaking one anothers foundations. Charlize scores a huge slogging right hand on the ear, cuffing Sandra to the side, but Bullock recoups, clocking Theron a right that has Charlize tilting for a moment. Both girls touch each other with little bracing pushes in the stomach, on the hips or shoulders before punching - each so available for the other's power stroke. Final minute, Sandra curls a HARD RIGHT UPPERCUT TO CHARLIZE' BREAST, FREEZES THE BLONDE IN PAIN! Bullock reloads, pounding in a left cross, then a splattering right as she drives an agonizing Theron across the ring with a CRISS-CROSS, TWO-FISTED, SACK ATTACK! With Charlize pinned on the ropes, Sandra has her way - Theron trying to turn sideways to the strands, all covered up, but Sandra palms her square and starts thumping stomach, leaving Charlize butt stuffed in the ropes at the bell.

Round 10: Both girls stumble to mid-ring, palming and touching each other to get the range, then trying to hurt each other with every groggy punch thrown. Girls trade rights, trade lefts and THERON STOPS PUNCHING! Sandra immediately touches up the shoulders, gets Theron sleepwalking backward in a daze and helps herself to blonde belly with a wild pumping right hand. Sandra in a rhythm, palming to steady, then BEATING BREAST AGAIN - big meaty strokes that Charlize takes with a devastated, pained expression. Bullock has a terrific sequence, then slows as Charlize blubbers forward. Theron picks up the pace; slowly, painfully, churning lefts and rights up underneath to get Bullock moving backwards. Final moments, Charlize lifting punches off her thighs beats Sandra to a hook and BULLOCK IS STAGGERED! Sandra suddenly broken, stumbles into a corner - exhausted, Charlize walks her down as Theron sets up to finish. Blonde pushing in leather, wide left hands stroking, straight right hands pulverizing - Bullock, hands stacked at her stomach, looking to her right as fists crash into the left side of her head. Brunette drifts forward, blonde staggers back and SANDRA DROPS - OUT ON HER FACE! Charlize Theron KO10 in fight-of-the-year type form!

Charlize sobbing with the release of victory - Bullock halted mere moments from the finish line - what a brawl! Sandra showing mythical pluck in refusing to quit early on - soaking up disastrous punishment in an attempt to 'punch through' the champ, may have finally arrived with her gutsy loss. Theron unable to leave the ring under her own power - left nothing behind, sold her soul to stop Sandra inside the distance just like a champion should.
