Before: Bev Mitchell uncharacteristically belligerent - not just scrapping with Dani beforehand, but disrupting a Sarah Carter open workout and shoving Hayden P at the beach. "I'm just sick of Foxfire attitude," Mitchell scowls in prefight. "I've been toiling in the WB salt mines for years - and Dani Harris has more PPV rounds than I do this year? That's totally insane. Everyone knows Panettiere's the biggest bubble boxing's ever seen, but even Sarah's getting way too much attention. I'm tired of it, and I'm making it my business to start kicking Foxfire butt anywhere I can find it!" Harris chortling with glee at Bev's heartfelt discomfort: Dani pulls no punches in rebuttal. "Oh my GOD you're so jealous!" Harris gloats. "It's such an ugly trait Beverly - truly. The reason we're getting noticed and you're not, is because you suck, and we don't. It's simple: we're hotter, more exciting, and more upbeat, positive people. You're a bitter minor-leaguer and..." Beverly's out of her seat - this press conference is pre-empted by senseless small-girl violence. Bev in lavender bikini, black gloves; black aerobics shoes/white socks. Dani in dark purple bra and panties with black trim; white gloves; black aerobics shoes/white socks.

During R1: Girls step-to, both showing V fronts: elbows together beneath the breasts, hands guarding at temples; chins tucked. Bev works first: sticking a jab into Dani's guard, another; hooking Dani up top (blocked); trying the right hand up top (partially blocked). Bev covers up, tilts forward: Dani tries a short right uppercut (skidding off Bev's guard); turns on a left hook up top (blocked); doubling the hook to Bev's right shoulder. Dani covers up: Bev pounds away at her: methodical, orderly turn-taking as girls are being very sturdy with each other early.

R2: Same oddly deliberate approach: girls closing, squaring up in V front guards, taking turns hammering each other's defences. Dani finding joy by pounding at Beverly's waist on either side of her collected elbows: Mitchell's lips tight as she absorbs thumping lefts and rights. Bev trying to force right hands straight up the middle - Dani taking the blows on her forehead and partially blocking them: not much there for Mitch. Dani stepping Beverly back at times, diligently pounding short roundhouses to Mitchell's biceps: smart play as Mitchell's output drops as round goes on.

R3: Same again, girls cooperating with each other by standing right in front and waiting their respective turns. Beverly the busier beauty this round - smashing at Dani's biceps right/left/right, then muscling a workmanlike right uppercut across Dani's defensive front. Harris scowling, shook, but holding her guard together. Bev gets off, covers up - but Dani doesn't always immediately answer: Mitchell takes advantage by pushing Dani in her guard, moving her backward. Mitchell taking canvas, beating the arms and tummy of her foe, walking Harris down in the third.

R4: Dani works harder, punches more, backs Bev up. Steady spank of mitts on bicep, flanks and waist - Harris getting off in robust 3s and 4s, then quickly reforming V to await Mitchell's receipt. It's Dani doing the pushing after punching now - sometimes taking an extra turn on Mitchell. Bev huddling down in her V, leaning forward, grunting as Dani beats fists against blonde tummy meat.

R5: Now Bev's busier, bossier. Big bangin' to body and arms - a constant softening barrage being applied to numb Harris. Optimistic right uppercuts scrape against the defence - Bev keeps trying it. Hooks and wide right hands are blocked on Dani's gloves, but Harris being bumped off balance, punched around the ring a bit. Dani able to answer in spots - pounding Beverly's waist either side of the collected elbows as Mitchell leans into the hurt - but Beverly's willful advance carries the round.

R6: Same hammering tit for tat - but once again, it's Bev coming forward after thudding exchanges. Dani panting through her mouth at times, wincing as Mitchell beats rights and lefts to the waist - Mitchell straying into the beltline area to get her punches onto muscle, avoiding Dani's elbows. Harris firing back, but Beverly's blocking D still stout: meanwhile, Bev's finding tummy meat in abundance, and starting to get the right uppercut through. Harris slugged in stages to ropes late: she digs in, leans forward tuff: Beverly slamming deliberate rights and lefts, landing flat-knuckle against the biceps and guard - by the bell, she's breaking Harris' form down and scoring to rack for the first time. "YUMMY!" Bev shouts as ref's pushing 'em apart: Harris blushing crimson at Mitchell's jug-happy gloating.

R7: Bev opening up - she's loose, confidet, walking forward with right under her chin, left slightly forward to jab. Dani still tucked into the V front, squaring up: Bev explores with jabs against the guard, punching into Dani's mitts and forearms. Right hand Bev Mitchell curls to Harris' belly, catching plenty of beltline; curling left pounds into Dani's tummy; Bev extends her left hand, pushing Dani backwards as Mitchell steps forward. New patch of canvas, Harris still covered up: robust pounding of her biceps has brunette shuddering, shifting her feet, trying to lean forward and be sturdy in the face of Mitchell slugging. Beverly beats the belly again - rights and lefts catching plenty of purple: ref breaks it up, pushes Bev back, warns her to keep her punches up. More Bev as girls step-to: Dani leaning forward, getting shelled - she's being tuff, but not getting off, just standing there letting Bev bust away. Mitchell working hard, slamming away short, curling lefts and right to arms and chassic, then pushing her girl backwards: minute and a half in, Dani hits ropes. Beverly stays on the arms with short clout: Harris' V starts to wilt, hands sliding off her face as she breaks down. Cue Bev's right uppercut; cue Bev's left hook to ear; cue Bev's short, clubbing hook to jug. DANI GOES DOWN! No one punch does it - Harris simply wilting weepy-eyed to one knee, panting for breath. Beverly jogging away, winking at fuming Foxfire girls at ringside: Mitchell glowing, bubbly at Harris bravely struggles up at 8. "Don't stop it," Dani pleads as Ref checks her mitts: official waves Bev back in - she celebrates with a fat swinging right to Harris' paunch. Dani sobbing out, sitting into the ropes: clubbing blonde punches pound at the biceps and tummy, loosening the V so uppercuts and hooks can check that chin. Harris' head jerking up and around violently now - she's no longer protecting herself. Dani sloshing foward slowly, sleepily - Bev snarling, hustling side to side leather onto Dani and buffetting her face-first to canvas. Harris' face pinched in pain as she lies left-cheek down: she's shuddering, twitching, but she's not getting up. KO7 for Bev 'Bump' Mitchell!

After: Beverly wiping her foot on Dani's KO'd backside before ref shoos her away - Mitchell giddy, jogging back to her corner and hugging her trainer in celebration. Neve Campbell through the ropes in black slacks/lemon blouse gives Bev a big hug: Mitchell buoyant, chirping a mile minute at Neve - no question Campbell had a hand in prepping Bev for this moment. Dani being brought around on her stool all woozy and weeping: Neve slaps Bev on the rear, nudging her towards beaten Harris with a "Go get 'er!" word of encouragement. Beaming Mitchell hugs blubbering Dani to her feet, right arm strong about brunette waist: Bev Mitchell's giving poor Dani Harris a walk of shame! Mitchell glowing, waving with her left hand - shouting into the audience "Dani got bumped!" at times. Harris just staggering, swooning - wishing it would all just go away. Neve smiling at a fuming Rachel MacAdams ringside - Campbell just shrugs, makes her exit.
