This one’s all Witherspoon early. Blonde floors brunette in the first, has Virginie clattering in retreat all around the ring begin a stubby, hamhanded, bust attack and Ledoyen’s clubbed to the canvas again in the third. Different story in the second half—Virginie clawing her way back into the rounds with that awkward, pesky boxing from the perimeter, pre-empting Reese, polishing up her face with either mitt. Ledoyen reverts to her old free swinging form in the ninth and drubs Reese to her knees, but the all out effort leaves the French girl wheezing. Reese bodies up and finishes up the fight strong, pounding Ledoyen groggy along the ropes.
