Bitterest rivalry in celebrity boxing - Theron needing to win with no excuses, Nolin looking to shatter the Theron mystique forever with another devastating upset. Theron reportedly savaging sparring partners in training, insiders are worried that personal motives might cause Charlize to brawl and play right into Gena's hands.

Round 1: Beauties refuse to touch gloves and Charlize comes out spewing jabs and circling away from Gena's big right hand. Lanky Nolin awkward in pursuit, getting shutout as Theron sticks and moves with precision.

Round 2: Theron continuing to move right, stick hard jabs in clusters, mixing in the chopping right hand to the side of Gena's head after touching Nolin's mouth with the left. Nolin getting wobbly butt, and in the final minute, Theron bangs a hard right hand off Gena's temple, then snaps the left hook off Nolin's eye and GENA GOES DOWN!!! Nolin in disrepair, struggles to beat the count, and Theron advances recklessly. Banging lefts and rights to the waist, Charlize breaks Gena down. Nolin staggering sideways, Charlize stepping with her and lifting right hands into the girl's mouth, still cranking left hands to the side of the head and Nolin spills to her hands and knees at the ropes. Gena Lee looking shattered, cowers on the ropes as Charlize wades in, but the bell sounds to end the carnage.

Round 3: Charlize on a mission, going to Gena's stomach with Hearn's left hooks from outside, stepping around the lanky blonde and buckling Nolin's legs with ripping body blows. Midway through the round, with Gena retreating, overreacting to every move from Theron - Charlize feints Gena out of position and kisses the short lead right off Nolin's mouth. Nolin's head rocks back, and she comes back groggy. Theron bodying up, using the forearm to press against Gena's throbbing body before lashing the blonde with wide rights and lefts to the bell. Nolin hitting after the bell, but Theron pounding a right hand to Gena's eye in immediate retaliation, then standing toe to toe to berate Nolin like an enraged stepmother. Nolin crying in her corner, has to be coaxed to come out for the 4th.

Round 4: Gena finally gets on the board, trading right hands from outside with Charlize. In the final minute, as Nolin gets the range with her overhand right, Charlize steps out, circling right and not letting Gena set her feet. Round goes as a draw - both women getting a breather.

Round 5: Gena starting to stalk as Charlize' boxing turns into full scale retreat. GENA HOLDING CHARLIZE' RIGHT ARM, DRIVING SCOOPING RIGHT HANDS INSIDE UP UNDER HER BRA. NOLIN ABLE TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH A LITTLE ELBOW ACTION TO CHARLIZE' BOOBS. In the final minute Theron lays on the ropes, covering up as Gena pounds away with swinging lefts and rights to the bell.

Round 6: Crowd uneasy as Theron looks threatened, but Charlize resumes the counterclockwise movement, neutralizing Gena's right hand, and opening up Nolin's face for the bruising left hook. Theron hooking off the jab, has Gena's face polished with a painful glow, and straight right hands at the bell have Nolin holding on with a grimace.

Round 7: Charlize back in control, laying down a blanket of jabs to open the round, stepping to the right, then leaning into straight right hands, snapping left hooks to smack back Nolin's face with a vengeance. Nolin looking shopworn, bleeding from a split lip. A cracking right hand catches her as she ducks, nearly putting her on her backside. All Theron at the bell as she walks Gena to the ropes, pulling Nolin's arms away from her body and slugging with fearsome determination with lefts and rights to the midsection. Bell sounds as Gena crumples into Theron to clinch.

Round 8: Gena Lee wobbling out on borrowed legs, hands at her chest. Charlize spanking back Nolin's head with freebie jabs, then stepping back to allow Nolin to stumble forward into the clipping hook/uppercut combination. Nolin pushed back outside, once again victimized with the jab up the middle, stumbles forward as Theron picks her up with the hook/uppercut at close range. Nolin breaks down, glassy eyed, mouth open, and Charlize chops the right hand, drops the right foot back and CRANKS a clubbing double left hook off Gena's jaw. Nolin collapses forward, and Charlize plays matador, letting Gena crash to her face on the canvas. NOLIN IS OUT! Charlize bursts into tears and raises her gloves in triumph as the crowd goes wild. After: This time Charlize didn't let her good work go to waste, finishing her rival after a sustained, brutal dominance through much of the bout. Shutouts in rounds 1,2,3 and 7, multiple knockdowns, and punishing power punching had Charlize in complete control, but with Gena still on her feet late, the dramatic turn around could not be dismissed.
