Before: Apart from the MacPherson fight, this been the most talked about fight on the card. Both girls have been at each other for years and it has all culminated in this fight.

Cheryl: This b###h is mine. I will own her tonight. She beat her has been sister. So what. If she makes it to the first bell I will fight the second round with my right hand tied behind my back. Do you hear me you PLASTIC WHORE, I will tear you a new one!!

Danni: This fight means more to me than a few heated exchanges. If I beat her, then that’s enough to bring my out of retirement, maybe even offer her a rematch. I’ve got a record to maintain and that’s all this is about for me. I don’t care who she is, I just want to keep knocking woman out.

Round 1

Danni working the ring, encouraging Cole to come forward, then blasting the jab at her gloves. Cole’s guard holding up, tries to hook at the body but collects more jabs up stairs, None getting through. Danni still working off the back foot, jabbing away. Cole coming forward, jabbing the torso. OH RIGHT HOOK DANNI MINOGUE, DOWN GOES CHERYL COLE, Danni taking one to the mid section but blasting the hook right into Coles cheek and she spins to the canvas. Cole on her knees at 5 blood dripping from her mouth. Danni standing still waiting. Cole up at 8, groggy, mouth wide open to work the jaw. Danni charging in at Coles body as she bunny hops on one leg backwards to the ropes. DANNI POURS IT ON, blasting hooks at the Cole torso as Cole throws short sharp jabs at Danni’s face but she is oblivious to them. Uppercuts light Cole up, bobbing her head up and down, Danni hooks the rib cage again as Coles punches weaken. Danni blasting shots at Coles stomach as she buckles and DOWN GOES COLE AGAIN! Cole coughing and spluttering, slow to her feet at 6, nursing her sore mid section and waving the Ref away. HERE COMES DANNI, pushing Cole by the shoulders back to the corner, Cole covers up as Danni fires shot after shot, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, bouncing off every inch of Coles body and face, Coles arms drop to her side as she sits in the corner and DANNI SMASHES THE RIGHT AND LEFT HOOK TO THE JAW! DOWN GOES CHERYL COLE and its all over! KO round 1 Danni Fricken Minogue!!

Danni Minogue absolutely clinical in her demolition of Cheryl Cole. Cole hasn’t moved, Danni watching like a hawk for signs of movement bu there is nothing at this stage. Cole slowly brought around. Danni straight in there, what is going to happen here.

“Do you want a rematch”

Cheryl Cole putting out a glove for Danni to shake which she does, “I’ll think about it”

“Lose the undies Cheryl, we need to burn those”

Cheryl Cole reluctantly removing her undies mid ring. Rumour has it they will be burned and placed in a small urn, and this will be “The Ashes” trophy for the series winner.
