The second support fight of the Czech Connection event features Sophie Howard making her BBU debut and Michelle Marsh who is trying to snap a four fights losing streak which started in December last year. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.

Round 1:
Both girls look pretty nervous in the ring and deliver only single punches at each other. No one is willing to take any risk so early in the fight and despite Michelle being the veteran, her records seems to play on her mind. Sophie is happy to be involved in this laid-back tempo and circles around the ring for most of the round. Michelle tries some combination at the end, but Sophie steps back and easily avoids any trouble.

Round 2:
Still no real action to speak of. Sophie steps forward and tries a low jab at the blonde's ribs, but it's blocked. Michelle responds with a high hook, but it misses as the brunette leans on her. Both girls have clinched and push themselves to the ropes where they struggle for some grip. Michelle delivers some punches to her opponent's ribs, but it barely damages Sophie. The crowd isn't exactly thrilled by this encounter so far. A great deal of whistles is being heard when more clinching and waiting game is being displayed by both girls in the ring. The bell sounds and the fight hasn't sparked into life yet.

Round 3:
Finally some aggressive showing and it's Howard making the call. She produces a good combination to Michelle's stomach before landing a big single punch to her chest. The blonde steps back with her eyes wide open now and looks like she's realized the gauntilet has finally been thrown down at her. She responds with a wild flurry of punches, that might be too naive against a veteran fighter, but it makes enough impression on Sophie who quickly jumps back along the ropes. Michelle spots the opportunity and is right there after Sophie and continues to punch her to the body with an occassional high hook that skims off the brunette's guard. Michelle has taken the advantage and continues to pound her rival without much response. Sophie is eventually saved by the bell but she got outclassed in this round almost out of nowhere.

Round 4:
Encouraged by the previous round Marsh comes out in aggressive fashion and soon traps her foe in the corner. The intensity isn't quite there for the blonde but she delivers enough solid jabs to Sophie's midsection to firmly take control of this fight. Lioness Club Head Trainer Gina Wild is screaming like a woman possessed in the corner and cheering her fighter to respond to Marsh's spell of pressure and Howard finally manages to clinch with the blonde as Michelle took far too much time between her punches. A huge let off for Sophie as she pushes away her rival and looks upon her still with a spark in the eye. Meanwhile Michelle looks strictly business and remains focused on her job. Sophie tries some fancy low combination, but she's slow in execution and Marsh easily cuts it off before responding with a wild swing herself that the brunette was able to avoid only in the very last moment. The round ends with Michelle building upon her advantage.

Round 5:
There have been some hard words from Gina Wild to Sophie during the interval and it seems to have paid off as the brunette launches an immediate attack after the bell. Michelle is somewhat stunned by this and backs along the ropes, but Sophie's effort is only half-rewarded as she can't break through the blonde's guard. Nonetherless she continues her onslaught until she has to catch a breath and allow Michelle to escape from the corner after some tactical clinching. Both girls' faces are turned red now, there was a lot they put behind their boxing in this round however Michelle looks better of the two despite taking some blows to the midsection. They are happy to circle around the ring until the bell rings and Sophie made all the offensive action to pull one round back from Michelle.

Round 6:
The feisty approach from Howard continues as she jumps on the blonde straight from the bell and traps her in the corner. She lands a big uppercut on Michelle's jaw after finally breaking her guard and the blonde must clinch in despair. Sophie is upset and tries to punch her rival at the back of the head. Referee steps in and warns the brunette before the action resumes. Michelle is breathing heavily, she's never gone beyond fifth round in her career but it's a new territory for her opponent as well. Sophie delivers more punches that hit Michelle's head and the long, blonde hair are flowing behind as the crowd counts all the punches that are solid on target. Marsh in full surviving mode but Howard just can't get the job done in this round. Bell sounds and it's all square on points as Sophie takes another round to level the things up.

Round 7:
Sophie wants to build upon her new found confidence but her fitness is beginning to let her down. Michelle is hardly in a better shape, but the intensity has dropped right off this one. Sophie still believes she has Michelle at her mercy and steps forward, pushing the blonde along the ropes. However her combination is slow in execution and comes undone against Michelle's gloves. Then suddenly Marsh lands a big right hook on Sophie's head and the brunette nearly falls over. Blonde notices her chance and goes for the follow up but a chaotic flurry of punches only causes a small damage. Howard took one on the chin and couple of others on the ribs but clinches in survival mode. Michelle is able to further pound on her opponent's ribs and Sophie has felt all those single jabs as she walks to her stool on soft legs after the bell.

Round 8:
It's still anyone's for the taking but Michelle avanged her crisis in the previous rounds and looks ready for another offensive push. On the other hand Sophie looks really tired and in much worse shape then the blonde. Michelle quickly takes the advantage and pummels her into the corner where she delivers a strong combination she hasn't been able to find since round four. Howard's in real trouble now as she's getting outclassed by her more experienced foe. After one minute of relentless pounding from Marsh, she can't take it anymore and slides down on her backside in the corner. Referee is there to begin the count and Sophie just manages to get up at the seven. Back to action, Michelle lands a couple of hooks right into Sophie's nose and side of the head and the brunette's gloves slump right down and she's unable to do anything anymore in this fight. Marsh lands another wild hook to Howard's face, but the referee jumps in between them and prevents the brunette from sliding down to the canvas as she's been knocked semi-unconscious here in the eight round. It's over!!! Sophie Howard is unable to continue this fight and Michelle Marsh scores a TKO victory!!!

Michelle needs some time to realize the referee has stopped the fight and only after she spots him escorting Howard back to her stool, she begins to jump back and forth at the center of the ring. The crowd's reaction is mixed at start, after all their girl has lost, but Michelle's large breasts being shaken up and down make any hater turn into a fan pretty quickly. Michelle gives a wide smile to everyone near the ring and hardly notices Sophie being consoled in her corner. The brunette put up a brave fight on her debut and looked set to even win it at one point, but the lack of experience and fitness woes in the latter stages eventually costed her the win.

Final result: Michelle Marsh def. Sophie Howard TKO8.
