BEFORE: "I wanted a big, high-stakes fight for my Charlie's Angel debut," Minka says in prefight, "and a rematch with Katie is perfect. She beat me, so the pressure's on to get even, but that's what I want: tough situations to show that I'm a money fighter. Beating Leighton in overtime was like that - showed my heart: beating Katie's gonna be even better!" Cassidy loving the chance to spoil Minka's "Angels" premiere...blonde all snarky-cute at the podium. "I'm poison for Minka Kelly," Cassidy grins in rebuttal. "Actually for all those girls like Duff, Meester and them - they can't handle wiry, sleek blondes like me. I'll beat Minka unrecognizable; ruin her show-opening, and show that first wipe-out wasn't a fluke!" Katie bendy-backed - arching back on her hips to lick counter-uppercuts from her waist - right uppercuts off the right leg; left uppies off the left leg. Katie pivoting clockwise, sticking the jab: rabbit fur mitt thump-skidding off Minka's beautiful brows, parting her lips in wonder. Cassidy tilting forward with short, drifting right crosses from her waist - just choppin' those babies across Minka's face, applying a rabbit-fur polish. Wide right from Minka thumps home above Katie's left hip: blonde girl replies with bolo right uppercut off right leg, cuffing Minka's chin. Spirited stuff...down the stretch, Minka's pawing her left hand to locate Katie, bobbing on the spot...Katie's left jabs across Minka's left eye; Katie's right chops down across Minka's mouth, pasting Kelly pretty for points at bell. Snarky grin Katie Cassidy...she's pretty proud of herself in the first.

R2: Same again...Minka forward in that bobbing crouch, trying to work her lead-right/left-hook routine out of the bob: Katie loosey-goosey, pre-empting Mink with cutey-pie jabs between the eyes; polishing Minka's face shoe-shining combos; arching her back to lick bolo uppercuts to Minka's chin. Kelly's face shining up nicely under Katie's slick, accurate fists...blonde girl blows Charlie's newest angel a cheeky kiss at bell.

R3: Mink turns the tables, changing up her pattern to a pawing left jab at Katie's chest, followed by a roundhouse right upside the jaw. Cassidy staring after catching, looking dazed...Minka able to walk blonde girl down as Katie's flustered by brunette power.

R4: Good bell to bell pressure from The Mink: Katie in full backpedal. Blonde wary anytime Minka chases her to ropes: Cassidy quick to tie up head-and-left-arm on Minka, taking little right hands in the ribs until ref's breaks. Kelly in pursuit, bobbing her head under Katie's jabs, then looking to smoke her with power from the crouch...blonde girl grimacing, feeling Angelic power to her head and body both. Minka's turn to smile en-route to her corner: she's evened up the fight!

R5: Katie cute, shifting weight between left and right feet - clouting wiry hooks off her right leg, chopping short rights off her left. Minka pasted on her face/scalp, but hanging tuff: she's bobbing on the spot, finding Katie with right hands over that slender left hip. Midway through, Katie shoe-shines Minka's breasts hup-hup-hup...blonde girl pulls back onto right leg with hands at her waist, eats a sweeping hook that strokes from right ear to chin. Katie staring, lips parted...she's hurt, jabbing at Minka's tits on reflex...Cassidy starts a right from her hip, but Minka beats her to the punch, CRASHING a wide right hand upside Katie's head. BLONDE GIRL DOWN! Cassidy immediately out on her feet, legs locking up stiff...she tips to her right, hits canvas on right shoulder and rolls to her back...limber vixen out cold, damp blonde curls strewn across the bridge of her nose. KO5 in thunderclap fashion, Minka Kelly!

After: Resounding win a real boost for Kelly: she gets payback, AND delivers a high-pressure premiere-night win for her show. "I knew even in the first fight that Katie Cassidy couldn't take my punch," a beaming Minka gushes in postfight. "Very slick, very tricky - not going to take anything away from her, but I'm better and way more solid. I hit girls and they move...Katie just couldn't last against that!"
