Prefight with Danni and Kylie

Kylie: Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to this very special coverage live from the Crown Palladium at Melbourne’s Crown Casino. I’m joined by my sister Danni, who has recently come out of retirement to join the Flyweight ranks at Downunder Boxing. Danni, we should be in for a real treat here tonight, the very first time the Downunder girls have taken on the mighty girls from the Lioness Club.

Danni: Thanks Sis, it’s great to be here this evening, although I would much rather be in the ring boxing but we have a full on card tonight and we are certainly in for a real spectacle.

Kylie: This is a real challenge for Nikki and Elle tonight because these girls are relative unknowns.

Danni: Yeah Elle can be quoted as saying she knows “diddley squat” about almost every girl from the Lioness stable. But I guess the same could be said of their knowledge of the Aussie girls.

Kylie: So we saw some tapes during the week on Bunton and Schwarz, both girls extremely talented fighters with a lot of experience.

Danni: We also saw glimpses of Kurkova, and the pundits are suggesting her fight with Jen Hawkins should be the fight of the night.

Kylie: Well I think Elle will have a few things to say about that. Have you got any comments about her first real fight tonight?

Danni: Look no disrespect to Liz Hurley but that was a veteran’s fight, really just a warm up for Elle coming into the fight tonight against Sophie Howard. Elle gives away 20 years to Sophie. But then again Elle will probably give away age in every fight. What she lacks in youth she makes up in speed and power so she will give a strong showing tonight.

Kylie: Any predictions to the outcome tonight?

Danni: I actually think the Downunder girls have got them covered in every fight. I’m predicting a 9-0 whitewash.

Kylie: Well we can only hope for that result, I have it 6-3 to the Aussies but I am really looking forward to seeing what the Lioness Club stable brings this evening.

Danni: Well Kylie and I are going to make our way ringside; we’ll catch you shortly for the first fight between Emma Bunton and Naomi Watts.
