I just think that the youth of Jessica Marais will shine through here. Jess Schwarz gives away 8 years to Marais who is fighting at her best. Marais comes off a big fight with Miranda Kerr which she lost but she punished the newly made mum. You can’t doubt Jess Schwarz experience and the knock down of Van Outen was brutal.

Round 1

Both girls wary, putting pokey jabs out there, Marais ducking and weaving lands a good blow to the belly but opens herself right up for the TIGHT ROOK HOOK and DOWN GOES MARAIS! Aussie girl spun off her feet by that crunching shot. Marais quickly up but stumbles back down. Gathers herself as the ref gives her the once over and then ON COMES SCHWARZ solid jabs, 1, 2, 3 sending Marais head back and forth as the stumbles to the corner. Schwarz in low pounding hooks into the Aussies rib section, her guard comes down by her side, knees bending in. RIGHT UPPERCUT SCHWARZ has the Aussie knocked hard to the corner, left right left right hooks at the exposed chin, proppy uppercuts keeping Marais upright as the German steps back and leans into to DEMOLISHING RIGHT HOOK, Marais head snaps to the right and settles back to the middle as she slowly sinks and Schwarz nails her with a LEFT HOOK to the temple which flattens the Aussie, DOWN GOES MARAIS and it’s over! KO1 Jessica Schwarz!

Danni: This is the second round 1 KO delivered by the Lioness Club tonight and we are talking hard AWUBA champs that are being bashed. I’m looking up at Baudo in the box and he is just pale and shaking his head. Not good for Downunder.

Kylie: That was just brutal from Schwarz, I couldn’t have been more wrong about her. Poor Jessica Marais has been demolished.
