COVER: Righetti on hands and knees as Regan moves to a neutral corner. Headline In Red: THE RIVALRY: CHAPTER TWO!
COVER STORY: Bridget Regan shows once again that the welterweight division isn't a one-woman show, stopping Amanda Righetti in seven to claim the Big Girl Gold!
COLE CLAIMS LIGHTWEIGHT STRAPS! (Picture: Palicki on her belly as Cole raises her arms in triumph.) Taylor Cole got a long-overdue title shot and pounded out Adrianne Palicki. Now the stunning champ turns her sights on Missy Peregrym!
ANY QUESTIONS? (Picture: Nichols on her belly near the ropes as a hard-eyed Biel looks on.) Jessica Biel silences the doubters...and Rachel Nichols...with an eighth round knockout that puts her smack in the middle of the lightweight title picture!
SCARLETT STOPS HAYDEN!(Picture: ScarJo stings Hayden with a hard right.) Scarlett Johansson wrests the flyweight belts from Hayden Panettiere with a ninth-round TKO!
ON A MISHYON!(Picture: Chung lies flat on her face as Williams struts toward a neutral corner.) Michelle Williams beats Brenda Song and destroys Jamie Chung on her way to a rematch with Vanessa Hudgens that, our panel says, could earn her a title shot or derail her career!
JM..EC!(Picture: Hewitt lies face down at Cuthbert's feet.) Stunning blonde Elisha Cuthbert follows her bantamweight title win over Jennifer Love Hewitt with a two-round destruction of the brunette that cost Love her JMD title...and a ton of pride!
BEWARE THE PIPER!(Picture: Perabo rocks Alba with a hard right.) Piper Perabo outfights Jessica Alba, ending concerns about her abilities to handle slick boxers and staking her claim to a shot at Cuthbert's crown!
SHHHH! (Picture: Ashley Tisdale in a blue bikini, right index finger at her lips.) While most of the flyweight buzz has been about Hayden, Cassie, Brenda, Natalie, Mila, Mishy, and Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale has quietly arrived...but our panel says she won't be sneaking up on anyone anymore after her four round beatdown of Vanessa!
I'M IN CONTROL HERE!(Picture: Portman nails Bilson with a right hand.) While Pack members Claire Danes and Michelle Williams deal with issues of their own, our panel says Natalie Portman has taken over the Alpha role at HISC!
HOTTEST IN SHOW!(Picture: Cassidy falls toward the canvas as Minka follows through.) Minka Kelly has a pretty face, but, as her fifth round punch out of Katie Cassidy shows, there's a lot more to the brunette stunner!
UM, KELLY? ALI'S STILL IN CHARGE! (Picture: Landry hammers Brook along the ropes.) Kelly Brook may have moved up to welter, but Ali Landry proved she's still the JKO Alpha with a fourth round TKO of her younger stablemate!
MEDALLION'S "OTHER" LIGHTWEIGHT ALSO IN TITLE PICTURE! (Picture: Cuoco smites Ellison with a right hand.) While the most of the buzz around Medallion Boxing has revolved around Biel and Perabo of late, Kaley Cuoco continues to prove she doesn't need to take a back seat to anyone with an impressive decision over Jennifer Ellison!
VIVA VANCAMP! (Picture: Dobrev lies face first on the mat as VanCamp smiles down..) Emily VanCamp has burst back on the FCBA scene with four straight impressive wins including a decision over Candice Accola and stoppages of Demi Lovato, Nina Dobrev, and Lindsay Lohan, and our panel says the sky just might be the limit for the "Revenge" star!
OUT OF THE SLUMP! (Picture: Page on her hands and knees as Gellar thrusts her right hand skyward.) Sarah Michelle Gellar finally breaks the slump with a seventh round KO of Ellen Page, but can the blonde beauty return to championship form at this stage of her career? Our panel has opinions!
ETHICAL OR NOT? (Picture: Lauren German in a silver bikini.) It's as old as boxing itself, bringing someone with inside knowledge of an opponent to a training camp to give your fighter an edge, but is it playing fair? Our panel agrees to disagree!
HAS RIRI ARRIVED? (Picture: Bloodgood on her face, arms beneath her.) Rihanna pounds out Moon Bloodgood and, perhaps, announces her arrival among the welterweight contenders!
HOW I'LL DESTROY JAMIE LYNN!(Picture: Lowndes in a black bikini.) Curvy brunette beauty Jessica Lowndes is nothing if not confident, so much so that she's telling boxing world exactly how she's going to batter Jamie Lynn Spears!
FOR SHAME! (Picture: Prejean on her back as Lima leaps into the air in triumph.) Carrie Prejean, with one career FCBA win, gets starched by formerly-winless Adriana Lima, and still Jenny McCarthy plans to continue "training" her. Our panel thinks it may be time to pull Prejean's boxing license and J-Mac's trainer papers!
SECRET SOURCE: LID COMING OFF SIMMERING FEUD BETWEEN FRENEMY LIGHTS AT FOXFIRE!(Picture: The familiar green question mark on a black background.) Our Secret Source says the long gestating hatred between Laura Vandervoort and Mary Elizabeth Winstead is about to break into open warfare. "There's no question that Jennifer Garner's commanding veteran presence has kept a lid on the enmity between the two, and with Jen G. as the number one light, there wasn't as much to fight about," the source says. "But Garner's about to retire and Laura thinks she's going to inherit the mantle, which Winnie will allow over her dead body. Then again, if Marvin Fox is smart, he'll go get another top-flight light, because, the fact is, NEITHER of these girls is a number one!"
POINTY'S CORNER: Thanksgiving means turkey, but Poindexter Del Crunchy says other game birds can be used as well. He discusses how to prepare...and HUNT...possible alternatives to the traditional gobbler!
ALSO: VANESSA HUDGENS talks about, what else, conquering Mishy and how she plans to go three-for-three at the next pay-per-view! BLAST FROM THE PAST: LORNA PATTERSON discusses her brief ring career, including the huge win over Goldie Hawn that made her a star, and the vicious beating at the hands of Tracy Scoggins that sent her into an early retirement. AND: KEELEY HAZELL! We SWEAR! We didn't just do the interview so we could take pictures. She has interesting stuff to say, too! |
