BEFORE:

"Perry's got guts, I'll give her that," says Liz. "She'll trade with anyone. And that will be her undoing. Fighters like her never go anywhere in the FCBA. I know she's got a little winning streak going. Well, that's over, courtesy of Liz Hurley."

"Hurley may be the biggest challenge I've had in my career," Katy says. "She's experienced. She's slick. She's still very dangerous. I've got loads of respect for her. I'm still taking her out of there, of course. But I'm NOT taking her lightly."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "We're back at ringside and that's Garbage and 'As Heaven Is Wide', and here comes the lovely Elizabeth Hurley of the BBU! Hurley down the aisle, into the ring, disrobes and...wow, Mac! Just...Wow!"

McCarthy: "Orange is not a usual bikini color choice, but she makes this look good..."

Tess: "She could make the covers off your sofa cushions look good."

O'Dell: "And that's 'Firework', and here comes Katy Perry..."

McCarthy: "Using new music. Had been using 'California Gurls'..."

O'Dell: "Katy into the ring, and the bikini hasn't changed, Mac! That's the lime green number that gets the boys in the audience fired up..."

McCarthy: "Some of the girls, too, I'd wager."

O'Dell: "So, what's your take on this one, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Hurley's my pick here. I think Perry's too one dimensional. All brawl. She trades too much just like Hurley said. Liz is too slick and experienced to beat like that. Plus, she's also a southpaw. More problems for Katy. Perry could get lucky and hurt Liz, but all she is is a puncher, and all she has is a puncher's chance."

O'Dell: "Well, we're about to find out. There's the bell and Katy looking to engage here, but Liz having none of it. Using that long right jab. Sticking it in Katy's face. Keeping Perry at bay. Katy trying to work her way past the glove, can't get it done."

McCarthy: "This is slick stuff from Liz. Exactly the right game plan. Nice left hand follow, Hurley!"

O'Dell: "Set that up beautifully, Mac. Perry not hurt, but that got her attention. Katy trying to fire back, but short on almost everything. Hurley's jab controlling her. Liz landing a high percentage here. Again, not hurting Katy, but scoring and keeping her out of punching position."

McCarthy: "Perry needs to be careful here. Liz has her leaning and reaching, exactly what Hurley wants."

O'Dell: "That's the bell, and a good round for Liz Hurley."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Getting underway in the second now, and Perry again looking to engage, but that educated right jab of Hurley scoring. Liz not dancing out there, but moving well. Still got the legs in her mid-40s..."

McCarthy: "She's got 'em in the early rounds, anyway. The game plan for Hurley is to box with, wear her down, then get her as the fight goes on, like Torv did. But Perry doesn't have the tools to do that."

O'Dell: "Liz landing the right, Katy short with a counter right...BIG LEFT HAND FOLLOW HURLEY! DOWN GOES KATY!"

McCarthy: "I told you! Had her leaning and reaching! Went right over that right hand!"

O'Dell: "Perry to her feet at six, takes the count, and here comes Hurley thinking endgame! Snapping Katy's head back with the right, but Perry bangs back to the body. Liz lands a left hook, Katy a right hook to the ribs..."

McCarthy: "Liz needs to get out of there! This is Perry's game!"

O'Dell: "Hurley clinching. Referee breaks. Liz lands the jab, Katy ducks a whistling overhand left, digs to the body with a couple of short hooks. That's the bell. Katy got up and fought hard, but that's still a 10-8 round Hurley."

McCarthy: "I have Liz up 20-17, but Perry may have the right idea with that body stuff. That could be the way to wear a woman 20 years older down."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "On to round three and Perry not discouraged by that knockdown. Right after Hurley and eating the jab. Liz two steps left, jab lands again, one step right, lands again. Katy short with a powerful right and...DOWN SHE GOES! Oh, Hurley with perfect left hand and Perry takes a seat for the second time. Pounds the mat in frustration. Getting up again at six..."

McCarthy: "Hurley's embarrassing this kid. Perry's getting taken to school..."

Tess: "1976 called, McCarthy. It wants it's phrase back..."

McCarthy: "Shut UP!"

O'Dell: "Ladies! Trying to broadcast a boxing match here! Perry takes the eight and Liz more cautious this time. Sticking the right jab. Hooking a left to the head, backing toward the center, pulling Katy in."

McCarthy: "Perry's hurt. No question this one did more damage than the one last round. Doesn't have her legs under her."

O'Dell: "Katy bulling forward, Hurley ties her up, breaks on command, hooks the body with the left, circles right, sticks a one-two to the chin. This is all Hurley. Katy can't get off. Can't square up. Liz with a three-punch combination that snapped back Perry's head. That's the round. Another 10-8 Hurley and Liz is dominating here."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Moving on to round four now and Elizabeth Hurley conducting a clinic. Perry again coming forward like the bull to the matador here."

McCarthy: "Well, I'm not going to ever give the Weirdo much credit, but Hurley's exposing exactly what he's been saying about this kid..."

O'Dell: "Is she EVER. Landing that jab at will and DOWN GOES PERRY AGAIN! Hurley with the straight left and the referee picks up the count at four. Five. Six. Seven. Perry getting up here. Going to take the eight..."

McCarthy: "Referee should stop this. This is non-competitive. This kid is not good enough to fight Hurley and she's going to get hurt out there..."

O'Dell: "He's going to let it continue. Liz with a double up on the right jab. Katy covering up. Falling in. Hurley clinches, shoves Katy away. Snaps the head back with a right. Katy fighting back, digging to the body with some hooks. Liz hooks to the side of Katy's head. Backing Perry into the ropes. Katy trying to slug back to the body. Hurley snaps the head back again with a one-two."

McCarthy: "Referee ought to stop this right now."

O'Dell: "Perry still fighting, though, Mac. Digging a hook to the ribs. Nice uppercut, Liz! Wobbled Katy again. Hurley going to work now. Letting the hands go! Perry covering up. There's the bell. Round's over and none too soon."

McCarthy: "This fight is over, too. I've got it 40-33 on the cards. It's just a matter of time. They should stop this now."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Ready to go for round five, and a younger Liz Hurley might be willing to put this thing on cruise control right now, Mac and run clock, but I don't think that's her plan tonight..."

McCarthy: "No way. She's going to take this kid out. She won't take any chances, and she won't have to, but she's not going to let Katy hang around."

O'Dell: "Perry still moving forward. Hurley still working that jab. Katy eating them, but walking through, looking to work the body. Hooking to the ribs and the lats. Liz content to back and circle for space, pump the jab. Good left hand, Hurley! Stopped Katy in her tracks. Liz rocking the younger woman with a jab and a right hook follow! Katy falling into a clinch, digging at the ribs in close. Hurley shoves her off, sticks the jab...LEFT HAND AND DOWN GOES PERRY! FACE FIRST TO THE MAT..."

McCarthy: "She's not getting up this time and it's good thing."

O'Dell: "Seven. Eight. Katy to one knee. Nine. TEN! Can't get there! It's over! The winner by K05 is Elizabeth Hurley!"

McCarthy: "That's a great win for Hurley, Jenny, but that's not the story here. What we just saw there raises serious questions about Katy Perry. She's getting challenges from top-level fighters like Theron, and, after this, there's no way this kid can be put in a ring with even a second-level lightweight."

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go to the ring where Tess Valmore has our winner, Elizabeth Hurley!"

Tess: "Liz, I noticed you and Katy having a hug there at the end..."

Hurley: "Like I said, she's a gutty kid. I don't have anything against her. But, she's just not on my level, that's all. I don't blame her management for trying, mind. Have to find out about her, of course. Better they learn it from me than someone who wouldn't be as classy about it."
