"You know, all I've been hearing about is how big this fight is for Torv," says Gabby, shaking her head. "Torv needs to prove this and she needs to prove that, and she needs to win to stay ahead of all the other lights at Front Street. You know whatTorv needs to prove tonight? That she's better than ME. And she WON'T. Because she ISN'T."

"Gabby's dangerous, no doubt," says a hard eyed Anna. "She's an excellent boxer and she has a lot at stake tonight. But not as much as I have. It's simple, really. I have to go in there and take her out tonight. And that's JUST what's going to happen."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Getting ready for the fighters to come down the aisle now...and...wait...Wiz is climbing into the ring and asking for a microphone..."

McCarthy: "Get him OUT of there..."

O'Dell: "I'm being told that we're going to throw it to him..."

McCarthy: "We are NOT going to..."

Man In The Hat: "THANK you, Ms. O'Dell. You're looking PARTICULARLY lovely this evening. Now, before we get to our main event, I OWE someone something, and I ALWAYS pay my debts. So, while a special montage of all the knockdowns she scored in her most recent fight plays, backed by the song 'Let The Bodies Hit The Floor' by Drowning Pool, let's have a nice round of applause for my SPECIAL guest...POPPPPPPPYYYYYYY MONTGOMMMMERRRYYYYYYYY!"

McCarthy: "UNbelievable...UNbelievable..."

O'Dell: "Poppy making her way to the ring, getting a rousing ovation. Looking back at the Jumbotron and watching herself knock down...settle down, Mac. He's trying to get a rise out of you. Poppy smiling...."

McCarthy: "SHE is going to be SMILING out of the OTHER side of her..."

O'Dell: "Don't let him get to you, Mac. Poppy waiving to the crowd. Now getting into the ring and shaking hands with Wiz..."

Man In The Hat: "Poppy, thanks so much for coming tonight. I want you to note that I'm shaking your LEFT hand, because the right HAS to be sore from slamming repeatedly into McCarthy's face."

McCarthy: "I. Am. Going. To. Kill. Them. Both..."

O'Dell: "Easy, Mac. Easy..."

Poppy: "It IS a little tender. She has a hard head."

McCarthy: "Dead. She is dead..."

Man In The Hat: "Well, let's see if we can't make that hand feel a bit better. Bring it up here Rufe! Here you go, Poppy! This is a check for $150,000! $100,000 is the bounty for knocking Jenny out. The other $50,000 is a bonus for knockin' her down so many times before you finished her off!"

Poppy: "Thanks, Wiz. That's very kind of you."

Man In The Hat: "Now, just so there's no confusion. The bounty remains in place. Next girl to stretch McCarthy ALSO gets 100k!"

Poppy(laughing): "I want a rematch!"

McCarthy(through clenched teeth): "You'll GET a rematch you little..."

Man In The Hat(laughing): "Thanks for coming, Poppy..."

British Accented Voice From Jumbotron: "And I would like to thank you as well. As if you don't recognize me, this is the most beautiful woman in the world, Kate Beckinsale, coming to you fans live via satellite from London. Poppy, not only I, but the FCBA, boxing, and nay the CIVILIZED WORLD thanks you for hastening the retirement of that low-rent Playmate. Now, be a good has-been Jenny and announce your retirement. Poppy, good luck in your future FCBA endeavors!"

McCarthy: "DEAD. She is DEAD!"

O'Dell: "Hang on, Mac. It's almost over..."

Man In The Hat: "Let's give them both a big hand, folks, Kate Beckinsale and Poppy 'Babifier Of J-Mac" Montgomery! And, now, let's get back to our card. Take it away Jenny O!"

O'Dell: "Well...that was...um...let's talk about this next fight, Mac...oh, thank heaven! There's 'I'm Real' by Jennifer Lopez and here comes Gabrielle Union..."

McCarthy : "You know what's going to be REAL, Jenny?The a** whippings coming to everyone involved in this. Montgomery, Beckinsale, and EVERY FRONT STREET HOOKER I CAN GET MY HANDS ON! ALL OF THEM!"

O'Dell: "Now, calm down, Mac..."

McCarthy: "See, you'd think LOPEZ would serve as an EXAMPLE to some people. SHE humiliated me and I left her lying in a FREAKING PUDDLE!"

O'Dell: "Union climbing into the ring, dropping the robe and, Mac, she is ROCKING that seafoam green bikini."

McCarthy: "That's 'Power and The Passion' by Midnight Oil, Jenny, and that means the one member of Front Street with some class is on her way down. Here comes Anna Torv!"

O'Dell: "Anna making her way to the...did you just do a fist bump with Anna Torv, Mac?"

McCarthy: "I TOLD you, this kid has class. If she had REAL trainers and a REAL manager who would PUSH her instead of playing around with losers like Park..."

O'Dell: "Torv into the ring, helped off with the robe. Nice, understated little black number she's wearing, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Torv isn't about flash and all that. She's all about business and results in the ring."

O'Dell: "Well, we're about to see if she can GET those results. There's the bell for round one...Union straight across the ring at Anna and eats a HARD left jab for her troubles. Another. A third.. Gabby short with a right hand counter. Anna with a nice one-two!"

McCarthy: "Union not getting off at all right now. Anna preempting her."

O'Dell: "Torv using that piston jab to control Gabby. Keep her where the Aussie Enforcer wants her. Using the right to hook the body, stepping in close, hooking the lats with the left, tying Union up, then shoving her away and landing a good right to the head. Gabby backs off, resets. Torv forward behind that jab. Union retreating now, trying to find some angles to punch from and can't do it."

McCarthy: "Anna's dominating this girl. Gabby can't get off at ALL."

O'Dell: "Torv moving Union backward with that jab. Gabby can't get in range to punch. And that's the bell. Dominating round Anna Torv!"

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Round number two underway and Union looking to bob and weave forward. Torv stops her cold with the straight left. Again. Gabby wings a right. Way short. Anna lands the left again. Hooks the ribs with the right. Gabby steps in and Anna ties her up. Referee will break them. Union forward. Stopped AGAIN by the left jab. Anna doubles up, fits in a straight right. Clinical stuff right now, Mac."

McCarthy: "That straight left just stops you right in your tracks, stops your movement. Makes it easy to find you with a follow up."

O'Dell: "Anna having no problem finding Gabby at ALL. Lefts landing consistently. Union getting the guard up and trying to bob forward, STILL getting hit."

McCarthy: "Doesn't have any answers at all. Can't get anything done."

O'Dell: "Torv sticking with the same questions. The educated left jab, controlling Union, keeping her at bay, then the right hooks to the body and the occasional follow up to the head. Gabby not hurt as the bell rings, but being totally whitewashed here through two."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "We're underway in the third. Union bobbing, weaving, giving shoulders and heads, trying to do something to disrupt Anna's rhythm, but Torv patient. Finding her with that left again. Gabby still can't get off. Being preempted over and over by the Aussie."

McCarthy: "Union isn't hurt, but she's getting systematically beat up. This kind of thing can be pretty discouraging."

O'Dell: "Torv lands a hard left, hooks the ribs with the right. Union backs away. Resets. Flicking out the jab. Not landing. Anna a nice flurry! Landed a couple of solid shots in there. Union steps to and ties up now. Torv banging the lats with the right, shoving Gabby away, landing that left to the face again."

McCarthy: "Union's getting frustrated. Got to be careful and not get sloppy. Torv has the power to take her out of there...and quickly."

O'Dell: "Gabby stabbing out that jab a bit more now, trying to work off of it. Can't find the range. Torv putting on a jabbing clinic. Landing it from all angles. Preempting all of Gabby's offense. That's the bell for the third and another shutout, Mac!"

McCarthy: "The cards all have to say 30-27, but even that doesn't show how dominating Anna's been."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "On to the fourth now, and Anna back to work with that sledgehammer jab. Doubling up on it, stopping Union. Frustrating her attempts at offense. Gabby still unable to get off here. GOOD RIGHT BY TORV!"

McCarthy: "Best punch of the fight so far, Jenny! Landed it clean off that left jab! Got Gabby's attention!"

O'Dell: "Anna patient. Working with that left. Moving and controlling Union with it. Gabby can't seem to get past it and get any work done. Torv another left...ANOTHER HARD RIGHT! THATONE WOBBLED UNION'S KNEES!"

McCarthy: "Sure did!"

O'Dell: "Gabby covering up. Torv hooking the body, splits the gloves with a left...RIGHT HAND ANNA! DOWN GOES UNION!"

McCarthy: "Place that perfectly. Caught her right on the jaw!"

O'Dell: "Union getting to her feet at seven. Still a little unsteady. Takes the count. Referee waives Torv forward. Anna patient. Using the jab again. Snapping Union's head back with it. Hooking those ribs with a hard right. Union grimacing in pain. Torv a left to the head. Another. There's the bell. Union goes down but survives the fourth."

McCarthy: "Let's take a look at that right hand, Jenny. Anna splits the gloves with the left, snaps back Gabby's head, and the right whistles past the gloves and into the jaw before Union can get the guard back in place. Not surprised she went down. I can testify as to how hard Torv hits. Of course, she couldn't put ME down..."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "We're on to the fifth and Union being backed up now by the blonde's jab. Anna landing that thing like it's computer guided, Mac!"

McCarthy: "Union can't get set to punch. Every time she tries, Anna bangs that left home."

O'Dell: "Torv hooking off of it to the body. Union starting to feel the weight of the shot to the torso. Torv slowly walking forward. Turning up the pressure. Good right hand stung Gabby. Union tying up, Anna banging free to the body, backing Gabby up with another left. Rocks her with a straight right. Union covering up. Being forced back to the ropes. Tying up as Torv goes to the body. Referee breaking them."

McCarthy: "Union is just being SKUNKED here, Jenny. Not only hasn't she won a round, she hasn't won a minute, not a single exchange. Domination like this doesn't happen at the FCBA level. It's not like this is some novice Anna's fighting. This is a good, seasoned FCBA fighter, and Anna's using her for target practice."

O'Dell: "Anna lands the straight left again. Again. Follows with a nice right hand. Union trying to jab with. Can't find the range. TORV WITH A THREE PUNCH FLURRY. WOBBLED UNION. RIGHT HAND! DOWN GOES GABBY!"

McCarthy: "Not sure if it was the second right or the first that did the damage. Union looked ready to go when that first one landed."

O'Dell: "Union going to beat the count. Up at nine. Taking the mandatory. Referee going to let it go. Torv lands the left. Union covering up. Anna hooks the ribs. Bell. That's the fifth and another dominating round for Anna Torv."

McCarthy: "I've got this 50-43. Torv is just taking Union apart."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Sixth round underway and Torv now stalking Union. Looking to finish. Gabby with the guard high. Backing up. Trying to solve that jab. Anna lands it, misses a right, left hook blocked, right hand misses. Anna letting the hands go, trying to take Union out of there. Gabby trying to circle now. Torv lets the hands go, Union fires back...AND TORV'S HURT! OH, GABRIELLE CAUGHT HER WITH A STRAIGHT RIGHT AND UNION NOW POURING FORWARD, DRIVING TORV BACK TO THE ROPES!"

McCarthy: "First time Anna's been careless in this fight. Pressing too hard to finish."

O'Dell: "Union going to work on the ropes. Needs to take Anna out of here. She's way behind on points and clearly hurting, but she's all in. Anna covering up, hanging on. Gabby thumping those lats, trying to bring the guard down, lands a hard right. Anna clinching. Referee forcing the pair apart. Union lands a solid jab, followed by a right hook. Letting the hands go. Some of those are being picked off, but others are landing. Torv with the guard high, bobbing the head, trying to weather the onslaught..."

McCarthy: "RIGHT HAND, ANNA!"

O'Dell: "Torv with a beauty of a right hand counter! Union staggered and Torv banging the left home, then a right. Chasing Union back to the ropes. RIGHT HAND SNAPS GABBY'S HEAD BACK! Big left hook! Union ready to go! STRAIGHT RIGHT AND DOWN GOES UNION! SLUMPED ALONG THE ROPES TO HER RIGHT AND CRASHED FACE FIRST, PARALLEL TO THE ROPES!"

McCarthy: "She's OUT, Jenny!"

O'Dell: "Referee reaches eight, nine, Union unmoving, TEN! IT'S OVER! THE WINNER BY KO6, ANNA TORV!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Quite the performance by Anna, Mac..."

McCarthy: "Just dominating. Made one mistake, but she came back from it. This is why I say if The Weirdo had a brain, he'd be pushing HER and not a loser like Park."

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "Anna, you were in total control going into that sixth round..."

Anna(smiling): "Yes, until, to paraphrase Pink, I started acting like a dumba**! Between every round Neve and Jewel kept telling me, 'you're in command, there's nothing she can do, just let her come to you.' But, I got myself in a hurry and got sloppy. Can't do that against someone as good as Gabby. Lesson learned."

Tess: "And maybe some questions answered?"

Anna: "I never had any questions. I know what I can do. If some people weren't sure of that, well, now they know."
