Round 1:
Careful start from both girls with some single jabs thrown to test the opponent's skills. Nicole works some punches to the stomach but Louise covers them well and responds with few on her own aimed at the Canadian's head. Nicole ducks away though and circles around the ring. Louise tries to step in after a slow opening but the brunette weaves away and keeps the distance. A fake punch from Redknapp nearly sees her stumble over as she looked very focused on avoiding any early onslaught from the blonde but Louise didn't react in time and couldn't make her pay for that brief lapse in concentration. Redknapp tries to ignite some action by throwing more hooks to the head, but Nicole is much quicker on her feet and survives until the bell without much trouble.

Round 2:
Louise steps in more aggressively and lands some jabs to the midsection, she catches her opponent well this time and backs her against the ropes. A quick jabbing sequence to the stomach put the Canadian under real pressure, but she manages to clinch as the blonde was too slow in execution and couldn't land a solid follow up. Both girls struggle for a while before they are separated back to center of the ring where Nicole lands a hook to the blonde's mouth. It lands spot on target but de Boer looks as much surprised as the English girl. They begin to circle around again as Louise jumped away after that hit and it takes them few more seconds before they engage in another offensive attempt. Redknapp nails her rival with a nice hook to the ribs but Nicole responds with a hook to the cheek herself. Both women's guard is almost non-existent at the moment as they seem to concentrate on landing punches instead of avoiding them. But there are only single punches to the boobs and face and they don't inflict any significant damage. After a brief exchange, Nicole steps back and the bell sounds soon afterwards.

Round 3:
It's the English girl stepping up again, this time a fine combination rocks the brunette just seconds into the third as the punches land on Nicole's midsection and back her against the ropes. Louise continues with a combination to the head, Nicole covers it up, but still gets nailed in the ear before bending down and trying to clinch. Louise pushes her away but de Boer bounces off the ropes and nearly drags her down onto the canvas in the proccess. Louise looks frustrated and throws a rabbit punch to the back of the head. Ref steps in and gives her a warning. Redknapp isn't happy at all and yells at the man in the middle while Nicole sneaks back to the other corner. The fight resumes and Nicole keeps the distance as Louise tries to hassle her down and trap in a corner. She fails to succeed though as de Boer is clearly quicker on her feet and frustrates the blonde even more by weaving away from her until the bell.

Round 4:
Redknapp shakes her head during the interval as she's clearly upset on how this fight unfolded so far. She charges out from her stool and catches de Boer with a flying hook to the head that sees the Canadian fly towards the ropes. Louise finally showing some lightness in her footwork, jumps up to her and rocks her with a big jab to the face. Nicole covers up but gets send to the floor with an uppercut to the stomach follow-up. Ref steps in as Nicole is down on her knees and looking to waste some time before getting up. She's counted to seven before getting up, but she looked to be alright to get up earlier than that. Louise really thought she had her down and out there and looks bemused at the brunette waiving her gloves in anger. Fight resumes and Nicole ducks under the blonde's elbow and catches her in the ribs before throwing a nice hook to the cheek. Louise jumps away and seems stunned at de Boer's antics who charges like a wounded rhino jabbing with a great intensity. It's Redknapp's time to circle along the ropes as she evades the brunette's punches. Both girls looks exhausted at the bell, but Louise actually breaths a bit heavier allthough she has the advantage over her rival after four rounds.

Round 5:
Massive uproar in de Boer' corner as head trainer Amanda Tapping gives her girl a staunch talking to. There's no way Nicole stands any chance of defeating Redknapp the way she's been fighting so far. The brunette nods her head several times and comes out from her stool like it's a new beginning. Louise wants to step in as well, but her speed and lightness let her down as she takes one punch to the midsection before another jabs lands on her boobs. Nicole looks determined to make something happen after a mediocre performance so far and rocks her opponent with another blow to the head. Louise jumps away and seeks a breather along the ropes, but Nicole pours in with more jabbing and hassles her around the ring. Redknapp tries to resond but her punches are missing the target now and de Boer is peppering her constantly with well-placed hits to the arms and body with occassional follow-ups to the head. Redknapp is keeping her guard in tact for those high punches, but allows the brunette to land a lot more to the stomach and really begins to breath very heavily at the bell.

Round 6:
More confident approach from de Boer as she squares up to Redknapp right after the bell and rocks her with another big punch to the ribs before following up with an uppercut to the jaw. Louise takes that one on the gloves, but almost trips over as she tries to back away and suddenly the brunette breaks through her guard with a big jab to the nose. Louise winces in pain as Nicole backs her against the ropes and pounds her midsection before throwing another big uppercut to the nose. The blonde's guard is all over the place and she gets stunned by that blow to the nose, but manages to stay upright. She leans forward and tries to clinch but Nicole rocks her with another jab to the cheek. Louise in serious trouble now, covering up, looking to clinch, but the brunette shoves her away and lands a piledriver that breaks through the gloves and catches the blonde in the nose for the third time. Louise moans in pain and Nicole pummels her again to the ribs and stomach. It's getting very ugly and after no less then five straight punches to the guts, Louise finally can't take it anymore and slides down on her backside. Ref steps in and starts the count. Louise with her eyes closed, scrambles back to her feet at six, but looks in total disarray. Ref checks on her and allows the fight to continue!!! Nicole pushes her to the ropes again and lands more jabs to the stomach before finally running out of steam herself and backing away. Louise just wants this round to end and she's relieved upon heraing the bell, but she's looking extremely busted up walking to her stool with her nose in a very bad shape.

Round 7:
Amanda Tapping is cheering her girl on and Nicole contiues to breath heavily, but looks in much better shape then her rival. Louise carefully makes her way back onto the ring but she looks anything but recovered from the beating she took in the previous round. Some wild cheers from the Canadian corner force Nicole to step it up one more time. She backs the hapless blonde into the corner and nails her with a couple of hooks to the ribs before another jab to the boobs leaves Louise totally breathless. She drops her guard and bends down but before Nicole can finish her off for good, ref steps in and drags her away. Louise just can't carry on, struggling with her breath and stamina in general. The nose also begins to bleed now and Louise almost has tears in her eyes. She is escorted back to her corner as the ref calls it a day!!! TKO R7 Nicole de Boer!!!

Post fight:
Nicole looks almost too exhausted to celebrate her success, but she really wore Louise Redknapp out. to the extreme. WIthout a coaching help she probably wouldn't have ignored all the problems and allowed the blonde to pummel her away, but as it turned out it was Louise who's strenght let her down and after bossing the fight for the best part of five rounds, she just couldn't shrug the petite Canadian away. Round six proved pivotal as Redknapp was pummelled around the ring and quite frankly would be better off not to even come out for the seventh. Nicole was on the brink of defeat earlier and had she fought a more experienced girl, she wouldn't have made it through the third round already. However she gritted out her maiden victory and might still deliver some promise despite being no spring chicken anymore.
