Lucy is determined to start the evening off with a bang for the British girls, and is happy to be matched with Sayaka, the Japanese girl seeming equally keen to get to grips with the young English girl, and give her a beating.

Into the ring they come – Lucy’s wearing a red one-piece suit, and Sayaka a dark blue bikini.

Round 1

Sayaka comes out punching, and this takes Lucy aback really early in the round, the Brit taking a few telling punches to her body in the first half of the round, then regathering herself, she fights back, her orthodox style beginning to frustrate the more disorganised Japanese girl. Sayaka lands a good shot to Lucy’s mouth, and she rushes in, looking to land a big shot, but the Brit knocks her back with a three shot combo to the face, then puts her on her pretty little ass with a left hook to the jaw, staring down at the bemused girl, who takes a 6 count. Sayaka is pretty feisty when she gets back up, and she hurts Lucy with two more hefty punches to the body in a late flurry.

Round 2

Lucy seems more confident in this round, and she’s jabbing and moving a little quicker, starting to redden Sayaka’s face with her rapid fire jabbing, and the Japanese girl has to hold and clinch, trying to roughen the Brit up at close quarters. Lucy’s having none of that, though, and she looks the better boxer as she pops the older girl’s head back, then swipes her with a good left hook, turning her around. The Japanese girl is tough though, and she fights back hard late on, giving Lucy a few hard digs to the body, which clearly register with the girl, who wilts as she takes punishment against the ropes, and she’s the one clinging on at the end of a round she had dominated for 75% of the time.

Round 3

The round starts badly for Lucy, as Sayaka hits her hard in the ribs with two left hooks, then takes the wind out of her with a straight right to the belly, and the Brit’s rolled to the ropes and she takes more punishment to her ribs and flanks, dropping to her knees, and gasping for breath, taking a count of 7. She tries to jab and move when she resumes, but those punches to her body have taken their toll on her, and she’s much slower around the ring, which enables the Japanese model to hit her again to the body, the Brit unable to stay clear, and she ends the round looking hurt.

Round 4

It’s more of the same for Lucy to endure as the round starts, with Sayaka tucking into her from the outset, putting her in a corner and beating her to the body. Lucy clinches as much as she can, and it’s hard work for the referee to pull the girls apart as often as this, with Sayaka doing her best to punch the Brit to a standstill. By the final minute of the round Lucy’s looking weak, and a big left hook to the ribs has her stumbling, and she falls to her knees again, taking an 8 count, and looking shabby and worn as Sayaka gives her three swift punches to her face on the resumption, the Brit’s head swimming at the bell.

Round 5

Lucy’s looking less than keen now, and she gets belted to the ribs again as the round starts, each punch hurting her, and freeing up that face for punishment. Sayaka clips her jaw with a right hand, then turns her head back with a left, felling her with a right to the mouth, and Lucy’s on her butt in the corner of the ring. She struggles to beat the count, but she does, only for the referee to call a halt, saving her from certain knockout.

Sayaka really punished Lucy out there tonight, and that’s a second straight defeat for the English girl.
