Mr. Erick Zann, the founder of the I.F.F.I. (quickly nicknamed "Iffy" by member Allison Scagliotti) established the organization in December 2011 in the Massachusetts port city of Innsmouth. Behind the nondescript walls of the IFFI Building is a surprisingly varied and well-equipment training center with only the standard boxing preparatory equipment, but with rooms for specialized areas for apartment house wrestling, beach and garden fighting. It seems apparent that Mr. Zann and his roster are to intending to compete with more established stables on a wide front.

The stable officially ceased operations on November 1, 2016. All their fighters under contract became free agents from this day.
