BEFORE: Holly favored by media, given her great results in the last two years (undefeated), but Rihanna surely a different type of competition her. "Holly is soft -she couldn't bear the pressure on stage and so she decided to turn to less demanding stages" says Rihanna in the pre-fight "I am here to expose her weaknesses and claim a shot at the BBU title!". Holly of course not agreeing with the Barbados-born beauty: "She's taller than me, but I wouldn't say that she's more muscular -and her technique is not great either. Rihanna is a decent fighter, but she still has to become ‘good' and I'm not sure if she will ever be!" Holly in black bikini, red gloves; Rihanna in pale blue bikini, white gloves.

ROUND 1

Valance out with more pepper, Rihanna waiting for her, using her jab to keep Valance at distance and occasionally hit her. But Holly does not get discourage -she put a steady pressure on RiRi, using her body to push the taller girl towards the ropes. And there, it's all Holly's! Blonde girl pouring in, RIhanna cashing some unwanted hooks that put her wobbly butt. Riri stupefied -trapped at the ropes for a while but then able to clinch and break the pace of Holly's attack. Rihanna gaining position, jabbing, scoring with a right cross, and then hiding. One-sided assault in the middle of the round swings the verdict towards Holly for this round. Rihanna a little tired, a little surprised, a little dazed -she did not expect this sprinted attitude from the Australian actress.

ROUND 2

Rihanna needs to dictate the pace, to show Holly who's in charge here. But at the end -her jab is not dangerous for Holly, and when the blonde comes closer Rihanna gets in some troubles. Rihanna starts strong, but gets winded with the seconds. Holly more fluid, arms down on several occasions as it is clear that Rihanna is not able to put enough pressure. End of the round -it's Holly that works on Rihanna's body again. Big girls at the ropes, outpunched by the feisty Australian. It's clear that something needs to be said to Rihanna during the break.

ROUND 3

Rihanna gets some spiel from her trainer, but trading punches with Holly does not seem the best strategy for her. Holly faster, more precise -her right hook put Rihanna wobbly butt again in the middle of the round. RiRi covering, clinching, buying time -but she's there again, trapped, with Holly intensifying her pace. Poor Rihanna gets hit almost non-stop in the final minute -the big girl is well-built, but Holly's punches connect to her face and belly several times. Finally, it's the right hook that sends Rihanna down! Caribbean beauty hit hard on the jaw and her legs become like jelly for a moment -she gets down, spinning around, grabbing the middle rope in the effort not to hit hard on the ground. Holly dancing away, jumping around with confidence as she continues the one-sided assault of the singer. Big round for Holly, while Rihanna looks battered as she walks toward her corner for the break.

ROUND 4

The knockdown seems to have recharged Rihanna! Taller beauty using her jab, then steps in and hits Holly hard! Valance shocked by a right hook to the chin followed by a series of uppercuts to the chest. Blonde girl pushed to the ropes, with Rihanna that pours leather on her gloves and head. Valance reacts, punches eventually connecting on Rihanna's body, but the singer is given her blonde opponent a good spanking here. Finally, Valance clinches, gets out of Rihanna's wrath and away from the ropes. Girls finding each other's body again with punches, this time in the middle of the ring, with Rihanna once again more effective this round. End of the round -clean shot from Rihanna with the right cross, Valance trembling, but eventually managing to stay on her feet. It's a big round for Rihanna, while Holly seemed less confident in this round.

ROUND 5

It's Holly again early! Blonde girl instructed, almost scolded, by her corner in the break to use her body to contrast Rihanna's action. Riri misses again, Holly ducking and counterpunching quite easily, making Rihanna's ears ringing. Caribbean beauty unable to find the blonde's body and face, Holly keeps pushing her towards the ropes -quite easily. Rihanna punched like crazy, legs bending under Holly's attack, but still standing on her feet. Holly not discouraged, she keeps the downpour going and shifts to Riri's face. Two uppercuts daze Rihanna, and then it's a right-right-left-right to the face that SENDS RIHANNA DOWN AGAIN! Rihanna falling sideways, then down on the mat, trying to summon her forces to get up. End of the round -Holly goes back to her corner pumping her fist in the air, Rihanna looks discouraged as she sits on her stool.

ROUND 6

Frantic work Rihanna's corner to try to change the flow of the fight -she needs to get more precision in her punches and stop Holly's assaults somehow. Rihanna's moving better early, finding Holly with her jab and then it's the blonde girl that steps in again. Both girls trading punches in the middle of the ring. Holly's head snapping left to right, Rihanna's breast assaulted by the Australian beauty, until Holly finds the uppercut again. Rihanna's chin hit repeatedly, and then the girl's whining, her legs unable to run away. Rihanna standing there, still, as the crowd roars giving Holly the pace. Poor Rihanna unable to protect her head AND HOLLY UNLEASHES THE HOOK! Big girl hit, vacant stare on her face and then she sags down on the mat. Rihanna beaten, tries to rise but she can't beat the count!

And so that's all- Holly stopped Rihanna with a KO in round 6!

AFTER

Rihanna helped to her stool -singer able to win one round, but basically outpowered by Holly's superior volume of punches. Holly more precise, more active, stronger tonight. "I wanted Rihanna because she is a famous star but she looks beatable. I wanted to teach her a lesson -and I did it!" a very happy Holly Valance would say. Holly surely looked impressive in this fight, but Rihanna was a bit disappointing. She needs to do better if she wants to keep up with her fame.
