The verdict is still out on Krystal Forscutt who after an emphatic win over Karolina Kurkova suffered an equally horrendous defeat at the hands of Tabrett Bethell during the inaugural ACB PPV event. Her rival tonight is Daisy Lowe who made an excellent BBU debut knocking out the experienced Bar Rafaeli last September and vowed to fight Kurkova immediately after that performance only for Forscutt to spoil those plans by crushing the Czech model in December's title card. Lowe believes Kurkova has been afraid of her based on the debut win over Rafaeli, but she answered the bell for Forscutt, a fighter who's been highly touted for the future and her recent loss to Bethell was considered a major shock for most BBU insiders. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the lightweight division.

Krystal Forscutt wearing a black bikini and red gloves. Daisy Lowe wearing a red bikini and blue gloves.

Round 1:
Forscutt quicky comes forward, throwing nasty jabs to the head, but Lowe circles around them and counters from mid-range, landing single hooks to the midsection. The Aussie isn't impressed though and continues throwing solid hooks to the head and has Lowe dancing around her in avoidance. Couple of faked punches miss the target and Daisy lands a vicious hook to the ribs before jumping away. Krystal looks really upset, she's thrown more punches in the early exchange, but her rival landed more on her own. Forward burst from the Aussie forces Daisy to the ropes, but Forscutt's gloves crash off her guard and Daisy is quick enough to avoid getting trapped in the corner. She clinches Krystal and the referee separates the girls after a lenghty struggle sending them both back to center of the ring. Forscutt throws more hooks to the head, but Daisy keeps the distance and frustrates her opponent all the way until the bell.

Round 2:
Another blazing start from the Aussie who immediately squares up to the English girl and throws another barrage of punches to the head. Daisy covers up well, but gets nailed in the stomach with a quick low hook and Krystal pours in on her with more vicuious jabbing to the head. Lowe's face is all covered up, but Krystal pushes her to the ropes, trying to break the guard and landing single jabs to the stomach to soften her up. Daisy tries to respond with single jabs from the side but only grazes the Aussie who keeps landing solid blows to the midsection. Lowe tries to clinch and wraps her arms around Krystal's neck only to see Forscutt clobbering her chest with nasty jabs from close range. Daisy begins to moan in pain as Forscutt continues to land more jabs to the ribs and she bends down on her rival forcing the referee to finally separate them. Lowe is slow on her feet though and Krystal lands a big hook to the head inside the final seconds of the round, sending the English girl back against the ropes. However the bell sounds just as Forscutt was about to mount another charge.

Round 3:
Daisy with more aggressive attitude off her stool, jabbing intensively from the start and forcing Krystal to weave around her before stepping up again. This was only a brief spell of offensive intentions from Lowe, who gets rocked with a big left hook to the ribs and Forscutt nearly lands a huge follow-up to the nose moments later. Daisy was able to jump away in time, but Krystal leaps forward and backs her against the ropes again with some big jabs to the midsection. Krystal pours in with more aggression, peppering Lowe's arms and body from close distance. English girl tries to respond, throws single jabs from both sides, but misses Forscutt's head and gets nailed straight in the chest with a nasty stiff jab. Krystal follow up with an uppercut to the jaw and that one lands right on the target as Daisy lost her focus for a moment. Her head snaps backwards as she leans on the ropes and the crowd gets excited sensing a quick knockdown. Lowe covers up and stops another uppercut landing, but Forscutt pounds her in the midsection, unleashing a flurry of unanswered punches. Daisy survives the onslaught with tremendous difficulty, her knees getting softer with every punch taken, as Krystal grits her teeth in anger. The Aussie just can't send her rival down on the canvas and slumps in a clinch after running out of breath for a moment. Both girls remain in stalemate until the bell, but Forscutt scored a big round in her favor with that display.

Round 4:
Lowe breathing heavily during the interval with eyes stuck to the floor as Forscutt stares at her with visible envy. Nothing changes in the Aussie's tactics in the fourth as she immediately squares up to her rival, throwing nasty jabs to the face. Daisy relies on her footwork to weave around them and slowly wear Krystal out, but despite taking a couple of jabs to the ribs, Forscutt keeps backing her to the ropes. She sets her up with a solid combination to the stomach and lands a good hook around the gloves that catches Lowe in the cheek. Daisy wobbles and jumps back just as Krystal was about to nail her in the breasts. She avoids that blow, but gets pinned against the corner post and gets stopped in her tracks with a mammoth left hook to the head. Daisy looked like she was going to sidestep to the left and escape the trouble, but Krystal just landed a belter right on target and split Lowe's lip with that one punch! Lowe is stunned, covers up in the corner as the Aussie closes the distance in no time and unloads several vicious jabs to the head and body. Daisy slumps down in pain, bending forward and trying to clinch, but Krystal lands another clean hook to the mouth that makes her squeak in agony. Crowd gets up on their feet again as the relentless pounding finally gets rewarded inside the last thirty seconds of the round as Krystal breaks Daisy's guard for the third time, nailing her in the mouth and sending down on the canvas!!! Daisy's lips are covered with blood as she wipes it away before getting up at seven with visible discomfort. She's got twenty seconds to survive and manages to avoid a rocket right hook straight after the command as the Aussie was too eager to finish her off and allowes her to clinch inside the final ten seconds.

Round 5:
Intensive work has been done on Lowe's face during the interval, the wounds on her lips sealed by the cutmen. Krystal can only smile back at those efforts and she immediately opens them again inside the first few seconds of the fifth, breaking through Daisy's guard with ease and landing couple of jabs straight on the mouth. Lowe is slow on her feet, feeling the effects of Forscutt's rough treatment and the Aussie just keeps pounding her from mid-range, landing several jabs to the ribs and stomach. Daisy tries to respond but her single punches are weak and crash off Krystal's gloves who in turn picks up the tempo and counters with big hooks to the ribs. Lowe's footwork completely lets her down and enables Forscutt to dismantle her guard with another jab before a crushing left hook catches her in the eyebrow. That's another cut on Daisy's face and she's rooted to the spot! She just bends forward looking to clinch but Krystal romps her head back and forth with practice-like jabs. More blood covers Daisy's face who can't keep the guard in tact anymore and falls victim to nasty punches in the face. A barrage of hooks from both sides turn her light out halfway through the round and she falls down straight into the referee's path who was just about to step in and call it a day! The English girl crashes down on her side like a test dummy and she's not responding to the count! KO R5 Krystal Forscutt!!!

Post-fight:
Krystal climbs the ropes and enjoys the taste of success again. After a very bad loss on home soil to Tabrett Bethell she clearly dominated Daisy Lowe in the ring tonight and keeps her high prospects for BBU very much alive. The verdict is still out on her though, she's not the first Australian fighter who seems to do much better on International duty rather then home backyard. The lack of pressure to perform outside Down Under? Big KO wins over Karolina Kurkova and Daisy Lowe surely can't be ignored by the Green & Gold Magazine editors!

Meanwhile Daisy endured a torrid time in the ring, she was clearly overpowered by Forscutt and despite her best efforts, failed to keep the momentum from Rafaeli win going. She was unable to handle the Aussie's strenght all through the fight and ended up with a split lip and a cut eyebrow. However the damage done to her pride was much more significant and painful.

Final result: Krystal Forscutt def. Daisy Lowe KO5.
